The suite was surprisingly luxurious for the money. Love having a view from my bed (although if you were scared of heights this might not be such a plus). Room was clean. Everything you could want for a one night stay (like me) or a multi week stay was available.

Parking was really tight - but that seems typical for Sydney and not something that can possibly be changed.

Comfy bed and staff were amazing, especially the check in was simple and easy and was able to have a ready room before 3pm.

The floors in our room were not mopped and we had to keep our shoes on because it was turning the soles of our feet black from the dirty.

The only criticism I have was Saturday (last night of stay)night was EXTREMELY difficult to get parking. Realistically you need a traffic light system or counter something telling people when ur car park is full so they don't get up to level 3 and end up 3 car deep where no where to go this definitely needs to be managed better. Our lounge had a massive stain on it which didn't make u want to sit on it other than that is was absolutely excellent, best accommodation I've ever stayed at and will definitely go back. I've already told people how bloody excellent it was. Even the shower was note worthy in my opinion. I absolutely loved the accommodation.

Difficulty and unavailability of car parking on Saturday afternoon, lounge didn't feel that clean with the big stains on it. Otherwise 10 out of 10 everything else absolutely loved it!!!

My husband and myself have stayed here quite a few times and love it so much, this is our go to accommodation in Sydney. This time we stayed for my birthday and decided to take my parents along for a 4 day weekend to do Vivid, Titanic Exhibition etc and this time we were on the 51st floor, in a 2 bedroom unit and the views were amazing! Location - is fabulous, so close to the ferry terminal, bus stops, light rail, train station, shopping and groceries etc, If you need to, Ubering around is easy and super quick to order but most things are within easy walking distance. Parking - cost is very reasonable,.safe and clean and if by chance you cant find a park in their parking garage, there are quite a few parking garages/places very close by, but we parked in the Meriton Carpark. Comfort - Everything is beautiful, staff are helpful and friendly, the units are clean, a great size, wonderfully presented and well set out. The balcony is just divine to sit and just chill or have a meal on. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable and It's fantastic that you can cook your own meals in a fully equipped kitchen so if you don't want to eat out, you don't have to. Booked Again - We've stayed several times now and before we left, we've booked our wedding Anniversary in September for 5 days and again cant wait! I hope we are given a room on the higher floors as the view is amazing. Such an amazing place to stay, we love it!

It was very well located just 12 minutes to Westmead Hospital where my husband was booked in for surgery. The apartment was compact but had two televisions one in lounge and one in bedroom. Kitchen was fully equipped with full size fri, Bosch dishwasher, full over with four hobs and microwave oven. The laundry was fully equipped with laundry tub, basket, iron and washing machine. For once the accommodation looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and comfortable although needed air freshener which we bought from Woolies next door- very convenient.

There was a musty smell and the shower was slightly mouldy.

Great location for attending Qudos Bank Arena to see Torvill and Dean Show on Sunday 22nd. close to the venue( short taxi ride), yet away from the chaos of Sydney CBD! We enjoyed the easy short walk to Westfield Shopping Centre as an extra surprise and enjoyable opportunity on Saturday afternoon. Also being on the 54th floor was an extra delight, as we have never been that high up before! Very exciting and interesting views!

We found the beds were a little firm, for us, but we know that it does take time to adjust. However, the rooms were beautiful and we will look forward to coming back!

Amazing location, enjoyed the choice of where you stayed in the building, room sizes are great and beautifully designed.

Didn’t enjoy not having a locked in parking space, personally had no issue but would have to especially as a big car owner being from rural.. rooms could also do with a broom/dustpan so you can tidy when staying more then 1 night but whole room service isn’t necessary. Also windows were dirty on arrival, disturbed the view during the day

Always love the Meriton Suites in Sydney. Super comfortable bed, huge suite for a couple and excellent facilities. This is our first time at Parramatta's Meriton Suites. Location is excellent near the Wharf, river and 10 minutes walk to Parramatta Square/Train Station. There is a Woolies Metro downstairs and cafes nearby. However, parking is extremely limited. There are a couple of Wilsons Parking nearby (two parking areas within 1 minute drive away from the hotel) which are much cheaper than the hotel's rate of AUD40 overnight. I would recommend anyone bringing a car to not bother parking at the hotel. I would also like to point out that unfortunately the check in staff on the Saturday that we checked in were very cold and unfriendly. I was very concerned with the parking situation but the two different staff members that I talked to were very unhelpful about it and we had to figure the situation out on finding an alternative carpark. The staff were also very unhelpful when I asked to confirmed about refund for the parking. At this point, my credit card charge does not record the refund yet.

Lovely well-presented apartment. Clean and spacious. Great view and loved the balcony. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good lay out. Kitchen great and great sized fridge. Location perfect for our needs. The gym, pool, spa and sauna were beautiful- clean and nicely presented. Having the METRO next door was an added bonus. Close the Parramatta River cats and nice walking tracks.

The lounge was too small for 2 people to stretch out on. Lounge very uncomfortable and no footrest. The television in the bedroom was situated in an odd position- it was too low and should have further along the wall towards the center. Disappointed had to pay for ice. There should have been an ice tray available to fill and place in the freezer. The gym could have had a few more items such as a rower.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at this incredible hotel, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations in every way! The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the friendly concierge team. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with every amenity we could possibly need. But what truly made our stay special was the extra touches the hotel provided to celebrate our anniversary. From the champagne in our room to the personalised note from the staff, every detail was thoughtful and appreciated. The hotel's attention to detail, combined with its impeccable cleanliness and outstanding customer service, makes it a true gem. We can't wait to return and experience it all again! Highly, highly recommend!
