The location (once I found it and learnt the best ways to navigate walking Parramatta - as not a local to the area) was perfect. After a few days I found there were quite a few shortcuts to get around Parramatta _The bed was comfortable and Minh was very accomodating with a number of questions I had. Purchasing breakfast the night before was better value but there are plenty of other options in the area. Great Spot.

On arrival Discovering Parramatta with my heavy luggage trying to locate the building. Id have appreciated some quick tips when I checked in. Any other first time visitors Id suggest investing in studying a map before jumping off the train! I wish Id had known this upon arriving...eg how to get to Westfield through the underpass - how to get to the office through the underpass...I was coming via the train and spent a great deal of time trying to work out how to find the building - In hindsight, google maps was suggesting walking through the underpass so I was walking around the streets getting quite confused.

The room had cooking facilities, and a bath in the ensuite. The windows could be opened to allow fresh air into the room. The hotel is walking distance to the CBD and transport interchange. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

No complimentary black tea in the room. As a tea drinker, this was disappointing. Herbal tea (chamomile) and green tea was provided though. As was coffee and sugar, and milk was in the fridge. The hotel is on the corner of a busy main road, and close to the CBD, so expect traffic noise if the windows are open.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very close to Westfield Parramatta and only a short drive to the Blue Mountains

we over looked the pool/spa area and it had people in it late at night who yelled at each other the whole time (they were drunk), our bathroom was set up for disable people and we found the whole floor got wet and slippery(dont know how the elderly or disable people can handle that)we asked reception for towels so we could cover the floor and not slip over

Not a bad hotel at all for the price. Spa bath included in the room, most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel, close to Westfields and train station, nice breakfast, parking on site- a lot to like.

Seem to be a dispute between staff at breakfast time or they were short staffed- either way there was no cutlery and a room full of tables that were not cleared and nowhere to sit. We tidied a table for ourselves, and made someone aware. They eventually sorted it out. Food was good though.

The apartment was easy to find, I was in Parramatta on a joint business and leisure trip. It was easy to get to and from my office, serviced by nearby restaurants and the Westfield. Trains to and from Parramatta are frequent and close by. The pool facilities were easily accessible.

I did have to ask for towels a few times during my visit and coffee.

We were there for Taylor Swift's concert and the staff went above and beyond to make the weekend special. From playing the music in the restaurant to the lyrics written in the elevator, it was such a nice vibe. Very close to shops, a hub train station and many restaurants. Room was clean, had a microwave and kitchenette which was very useful, great blockout curtains and a nicely sized bathroom with an over bath shower.

The room only had 1 pillow per person which was quite a flat pillow. The aircon seems like they use evaporative, which would be fine in dry heat but unfortunately we had 90% humidity so the room stayed quite warm.

Was clean and comfortable was exactly as what the pictures look like which can sometimes not be the case. If I need to stay In parramatta again I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I realise it will probably be in the fine print but it was unexpected when I had to pay an extra $200 to cover potential Damages. I know You get the money back but if you pay on card you don’t get it back for about 2-3 days so maybe make this a little more prominent. I have never had to do this before normally the card on file just gets charged if any damages occur. Not having to pay upfront.

Amazing staff, gave us an upgrade. The property was extremely clean, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We thought of washing one of our coffee mugs when we returned from our day trip but by the time we came back, the mug was washed already. Thank you so so much whoever did it, but you really didn't have to do that, we felt super guilty. :-)

The WiFi speed could be better.

It was close to Westfield and the train station. Easy access to the city and Qudos bank stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and suitable for my two night stay.

The bathroom needs a few repairs. Cracks running up tiles and a water damaged door needs replacing. A bit dusty and no bottled water in the rooms. Found it odd that the bar didn’t open on weekends. A drink before our concert would have been ideal

Great location, close to the mall, train and bus facilities

Second stay with this location, first time was with my sister for an Origin game in Sydney. Was greeted with less than pleasant reactions from the check in staff and asked to have a $300 holding for the duration of our stay whereas, when I checked in the second time with my father for the NRL grand final we had a lot nicer welcome and only asked to take a $100 holding (as hotels normally do) I feel as though my sister and I were judged before we entered the building and a price of holding was based off our looks and age. (Please bare in mind it was a late flight with a long train ride, no make up and comfortable clothing)
