Breakfast was fantastic. The buffet was great. I would like to reference and applaud Sudarcha from the cafe - she was absolutely fantastic and very kind to myself and my family every morning. My family and I were not impressed with Alex ( male concierge ) think he works in the afternoon’s. From our initial conversation with him to our last conversation was very poor. Alex should not be working in this particular role if he can’t provide a smile and common courtesy when being asked simple questions. It doesn’t cost anything to be polite and helpful. Rooms: Tidy, clean, well-presented, Roomy. Bed: It is very comfortable and clean. It smells clean and good. The size is adequate. The pillows are super comfy. I wanted a similar pillow. would like to know, how to source one. Breakfast: Good atmosphere, can be improved. Menu change will help. The coffee machine gave me trouble on both days of my stay. Though staff are helpful. Car Park: Adequate, touchless pay system worked well. $20 per overnight, is okay, though discounted rates for over one-day booking will help. Doorman or Luggage transfer to the room: This service was not there during my check-in/Check-out. Definitely a thumbs down from my side. Online check-in/Check-out: Well done, save time and hassle. Keep it up.

No Help during luggage transfer. Can an automated door replace a doorman? not a good idea, you are removing the welcome gesture and the friendliness at level one. I felt an emptiness up to the front office.

We recently stayed at your hotel, and while the room was acceptable, I was disappointed that basic requirements such as water were not provided. and lights in the room were not working properly. I would like to highlight that the night staff, Henna, was excellent. However, the morning staff member on January 12, 2025, did not provide the level of service expected. She was unable to answer any of our questions and frequently apologized in rude manner without attempting to address our concerns or meet our expectations. The bed was really comfortable and the room was neat and tidy. The location was really central to a lot of surrounding areas and was a short drive to Olympic Park for a weekend event we had on. The indoor pool and spa is always a big tick with kids when looking for places to stay also.

The room doors are very heavy and bang very loudly when they close so it wasn’t great being woken up in the early hours of the morning when people were coming back to their rooms and hearing doors bang. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest as the food was barely warm and the bacon in particular was very undercooked.

I came for the Taylor Swift concert and I absolutely loved that you organised buses to get us to and from the venue, and at a really affordable price too!

There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like, only just a suggestion of that it would’ve been night to have some bottled water and other things in our mini fridge. We only had the 4 little cups of milk. We were short for time so we didn’t get to go to the shops to get water. The only negative was the price for the hotel, it didn’t feel worth $1000 a night. We only had two channels to chose from in the room which I’ve never experienced in another hotel.

Parking was easy there is a cost $20

Breakfast room tray outside of our room at 5pm check in, making us question if room was occupied. Self check in, no staff. Restaurants advertised as open, lights on tables set but no staff. Redirected to outside bar limited service. No answer for room service until later at night. Room service order (when answered) for dessert arrived no covering, which would be ok but the general 'grubbiness' of the entire place left a certain uneasiness. Not what was expected of the Rydges brand. Breakfast...don't bother go to a Cafe.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, firm but incredibly soft and comfortable with clean, crisp bedding and good pillows.

I was only there for one night and could not fault my stay in any way. The online check in and out option was very useful and made my entry and exit process smooth and efficient. If anything I did think the buffet breakfast option was quite expensive at $52 per person.

The rudeness of the guy receptionist night before we checked out. We’re just asking if there’s any restaurant that is open and he answered us like very awkwardly. He didn’t manage to help us or give us any recommendations. The room is nice but the curtains have holes maybe if they can check that. The teaspoon in the coffee mugs have lipstick on it. And in the cabinet there are bags of clothes that doesn’t belong to us.

The bed was bigger than our king-size bed at home. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel supplied. Car park was good and secure, but not undercover. Right across from the racecourse. Could see Accor Stadium from the hotel - and found out they do shuttles to Stadium when there is an event. Room service menu cheaper and more options than the restaurant. Oh , the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

We stayed one night for Taylor Swift concert. The hotel catered for this extremely well. There was even friendship beads in the foyer available for everyone! They had arranged a bus for transport too which was a lovely surprise and made the night easy esp for families! Our 2 rooms were interconnected, as requested and rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We all slept in after a late late night - and breakfast had finished. Would've been nice to have had something, even if a toasted sandwich to take away etc available.
