Overall satisfied with the stay with the staff being very friendly & accommodating. Great comfortable room, internally was very well styled & modern.

Few minor issues, the parking lot was difficult to locate during outside hours alongside the area being an bit rough but overall we were satisfied with the stay.

Me a 12 year old (that was a dream) I L O V E D ✨💝the fact that I didn't have to share a room with my parents each room had it's own T.V , Kitchen , Bathroom and a Hall room I loved the balcony ,therefore I could see the fireworks 🎇 😄 I had soo much fun experiencing all the new restaurants around my Hotel 🛍️ and the parking was so 🔐 secure.Overall this hotel succeeded my expectations.

I can't think 🤔 of something I didn't like ,except for that one of our cards were not working 😭.

Nice polite staff. Rooms are large and you have everything you need for your stay. Proximity to eateries and a shopping mall, also very close to public transport.

No nets for mosquitos, we ended up severely beaten as a result. Beds are pull-up beds, would be good to have a proper bed. Carpets were sooo dirty, our socks were not recognisable after walking in the room for a short time. We paid for a parking, but it was already full, so we parked on some narrow side.

Modern well appointed appartment. Good adjoining room system which worked well travelling with older kids. Proximity to food and shops is good with plenty of multicultural eating choices nearby. Parking on site was convenient and well priced once we worked out you had to drive around the back to enter. Would stay again. Balcony accessed from room was pleasant in late afternoon.

Not a criticism of the establishment. Some people may find walking around the general area a little uncomfortable but appearances can be deceiving. We had no issues, wandered down to local festival & people we passed were friendly.

The room was clean, the bed king size and the location was walking distance to shops and plenty of places to eat. Overall good value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like. I would have preferred a comfy chair or couch to sit in, but that could have well been because of the room I chose - so not a criticism per se.

Possibly the most comfortable motel bed and pillow I have ever slept on. The shower was great too, unusually spacious for a motel bathroom, with good water pressure. The staff were all lovely, and their number plate recognition setup is the first one I've seen that actually works! I could drive my car out of the car park without drama. Clean and great value for money, I'll be back whenever I need accomm around the Liverpool area.

It was a little bit noisy for me, but that's what happens when a country girl goes to the big smoke, isn't it? We're just not used to the activity of a city. I'll bring earplugs next time. And I don't know if my GPS was drunk, but I had a little trouble finding the parking entrance. Don't let that put you off, I'm 'directionally-challenged', so normal people would probably find it with no trouble.

Customer service Thursday onwards beautiful person. Helped with further bookings and gave an extra key card when requested to assist with our needs.

On arrival to check in Wednesday afteroon, I asked for a 2nd key card as husband finished work at 3am Thursday. I was told by customer service to come down and let him in myself. The only downfall of our stay.

Love the rooms! We booked a One bedroom apartment and it was perfect size for our family of 3, even had a pull out couch. Beds were so comfy, good sized room& nice private balcony.

Only negative was finding a park to check in, and then having trouble finding the parking. They do give you a map but the location does make it a little confusing.

Great location and quality.

One room had broken and missing furniture. Followed up with manager for compensation. This was provided in the manner of a free night of parking. Understand availability was an issue on New Year’s Day. But I do wonder why this room was given to someone in the first place.

I liked the room upgrade,although there was considerable noise above the room coming from maybe pipes and maybe the sewage system.

I have two knee replacement and needed help while I was sitting at the reception for a lady there to help me put on the shoes. She refused and said if companies policy not to do that!! I struggled to put on the shoes myself. No duty of care and customer service was zero!!
