Staff were friendly & were very helpful after a spill of choc milk on the bed. The staff were very fast in response to our needing new bed linen. Reno's look great.

Please please please make available 2 cups and saucers & teaspoons plus 2 glass drinking glasses. All above please match. It is upsetting & embarrassing when guests go downstairs to ask for a cup or spoon and are refused. Lighting is very low & a potential hazard in room and in particular the ladies shower. Some minor changes would make all the difference - also please change lock to show when occupied.

Close to train station, the toilet and showers were never occupied, the staff was really nice, OK sized room, OK WiFi, the bistro had good food

The hotel is on top of a gambling place, pub and bistro which we found quite funny, but nothing negative about it; the WiFi was quite bad at times

good location about a 5 minute walk from the train station. room was clean staff were nice

the ladies bathroom lock works but you are unsure if it’s locked as it opens from the inside even when it is locked - quite confusing

Price of hotel booking and prices at the bar, easy access to train station therefore easy trip to central station and the city, very comfy beds and air conditioning

Distance from city and acess to Sydney Olympic park is a bit tricky but once you figure out the train systems it makes it easier

Staff were very friendly and let us leave our bags there before we could check in. Our room was very quiet even though the hotel is above a bar and I had a good sleep both nights.the location is great because it is easy to get to the airport (the 420 bus) and also really easy to get into the city on the metro

It would have been good to have a bedside lamp but that's a personal preference

only one shower/toilet between all the rooms and couldn't use toilet if someone was in the shower.

Location was perfect, and we have stayed at this site previously. An excellent budget hotel.

If you don't like shared bathrooms then this property is not for you

The great price for a very clean, comfortable room that had everything we needed. Staff were nice and hotel was secure and we felt very safe. Also the complimentary coffee was tasty.

We had a kettle in the room, but to fill it up with water we had to go all the way down to the bar, I'm not sure if maybe we missed where we were actually supposed to fill it up, but it wasn't too bad at all.

Location because of great transport, food options and other necessities

For the convenience and price there is nothing I did not like
