* this place is a GEM. a friendly helpful peaceful experience from start to finish. *Quiet. heard occasional muffled voices in carpeted hallway. no loud noises at all. *Room 19 open plan - long and spacious. long sensible benches to unpack your suitcase. mattress firm enough. (we sleep on a brick) a new large bar fridge - not one for cans only! *large open bathroom with modern adjustable shower head. *a new great aircon. *we will stay again 🙂

The room was clean and had enough facilities and the staff were responsive. It was near some shops and bus stations.

The kitchen was not clean enough especially some pots were really dirty with hairs!! and we bought our own pot and plates as we needed for future and we stayed there for three weeks. But anyway we bought our dishes and the other facilities were good. So if you ignore the kitchen, the rest was clean. The rooms needed ACU on always but this was because of Australian weather which always needs air due to high humidity.

Ultra clean, modernised, spacious, high ceiling, comfy large theatre-style recliners in Deluxe Queen room, large plasma tv, flat access to ground-floor unit as requested. Secure building. Very quiet even though near busy road. Great value. Check-in was just at the bar at Forrest Inn across the road, not a separate desk area. Easy check-out, leave key card in room. Very happy. Off-street parking behind Forrest Inn was camera monitored. Dinner special ($18 steak and chips, salad extra $3) at Forrest Inn was okay but no dessert in stock and no alternative milk choices for barista coffee.

Bed was too firm for me and hotel did not supply mattress topper as requested but I took my own topper so it was comfortable.

Everything was brand new inside. Really wasn't expecting to have the creature comforts we did for the price! The caretaker was so respectful, caring and attentive. Nothing was any trouble. Even had recliners which was great for my husband because we travelled for a medical procedure.

Parking wasn't undercover. Wasn't a problem for us, but just mindful if someone is expecting that. Also, there was mould starting to grow in the shower. The bathroom was brand new (everything was), so it was really obvious when some of the tiles are showing evidence of mould. I felt like spraying a bit of anit-mould spray in the shower - then the review would be 100% positive!

Location was conveniently located 5 minutes walk from airport bus line. Walk to the Rockdale train station was 20 minutes. Near cafes and coffee shops for easy breakfast. Check-in easy and quick at the hotel across the street. Room was clean and well maintained.

We were confused about the check-out procedure. No one was present at the hotel across the street, and there were no instructions sent or in the room. We left the key in the room and assumed this was OK.

We stayed in January 6 and 7 nights in the motel. A large comfortable room (21) with a kitchnette. A very good bed, table and chairs, a large bathroom and all the facilities we needed. The unbelievable low price. Many shops 'around the corner'. A free parkingplace for hotelpatrons. In the hotel opposite the street they serve a variety of good meals for low prices.
