Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bed linen was clean. Good to have kettle, tea and coffee available. Shared bathrooms convenient near room and kept clean. Clothes hangers provided. Air-conditioning was great, as very hot weather. Room quiet . We had side of hotel room, plus aircondioning drowned any traffic noise. Security was good .

Would have liked water glasses in room. Carpet was rather grubby and old, but had been vacuumed. Parking a short distance away, but would be inconvenient for some less able bodied

Excellent value accomodation. Clean, room bigger than the photos suggested. Was expecting noise from the pub below but it was so quiet. I was playing tennis in Rockdale so location was perfect for me but not sure if it will suit international tourists. Staff very helpful.

I’m was happy with all staff facilities provided and good entertainment

Air conditioning needs to clean because when using a smell smoke coming out of it like someone has been smoking in the room a bit dusty on top where the TV was

everything from cleaning and services and staff room and location was perfect. Perfectly centred between city and other side. Plus we were worried about parking but there was plenty on the close by streets.

Rooms fans were not good.

Not sure why this place had such poor reviews it was good value in comparison. Room was clean and quiet.

The location is problematic in that it’s a way out of town but the railway station is nearby. Shared bathroom but it was clean and reflective of the lower price.

Room 308 is the last one when it should be followed by the room number 307, the bathroom was nice but the handdrye disturbes us when used and THEY MUST FIX ALL DOORS, door are VERY noisy when they close and it wakes up the hole corridor

Great location rail network very close, room I had was very quiet, reception staff were nice and friendly, plus great little cafe/restaurant attached……. Will definitely be staying there again.

Room was clean and tidy. Check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, next to train station which was perfect!

Shared bathroom could do with being updated. Also saw a cockroach in there!
