Didn't realise it was just a room above a pub! Slightly misleading description on your page. Very heavy traffic area.

Comfortable hotel a very short walk from the train station, cafes and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were hearty and appetising. The room was appealing with modern decor, comfortable bed and everything required for a relaxed stay. The website photographs were an accurate depiction of the facilities and there was plenty of car parking outside the hotel entrances.

The hotel is located next to the train line and busy highway. However, I did not notice any extra noise during sleeping hours.

A very comfortable room for an overnight stay. This old pub has been given a very stylish face-lift. The traffic outside is busy but double glazed windows keeps the noise level reduced++. Good screening allowed for a dark room for sleeping. The room's decor was very nice, and the bed comfortable. A free drink at the bar downstairs was a lovely add on. The pub's restaurant served us delicious food at reasonable prices. We had offstreet parking too in the guest's carpark We enjoyed our stay very much

From the outside, it looks like an old hotel but when you step in, it's tastefully decorated. Going upstairs, my room was really clean, lovely decor and a really nice bathroom, which was spacious and modern. It exceeded my expectations. There was also a complimentary drink and discounts off meals. You couldn't ask for more.

Nothing really, I was happy with the whole experience. At first I thought it was going to be noisy, being right on the main road but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was during he night.

Very noisy due to traffic. Leaving in the morning was a nightmare. Only 6 parks at the front, and because there’s no elevator, we wanted to pack the car from the front, not the back so we could reduce how much of the venue we had to walk through. It was a 10 minute drive to move our car from the back car park, to the front car park in the morning and this was after finding it difficult to navigate our way through a locked up venue and the back car park.

A sewer smell from somewhere but abit of airfresh or putting aircon on sorted it out parking is a pain with regulars but not too bad all in all a good place to stay maybe swap mattresses around would help with sinking feeling at pillow end as a suggestion. And toilet roll is rear of dunny so a little uncomfortable to reach .

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable sized rooms. Nice renovations. The bathrooms were huge and modern. The toiletries provided were very nice too. There was a bistro and Bar in the building. So we didn't need to have to leave our accommodation. Parking on site was available.

The Hotel is older with a lot of character. At the end of a long day and with a few heavy cases, we had to carry them up stairs, as there's no lift access. But this wasn't a huge problem.

Convenient location just off the freeway, well renovated, comfortable, perfect for a short stay. Great pub food after a long day of driving. Helpful and friendly staff. Good, but small, shower. Traffic noise has been successfully minimised so that it wasn’t intrusive. Happy to recommend.

We wished breakfast was available. On a Sunday morning we couldn’t find any options open nearby so it was a car trip for breakfast.

The hotel is on a very main road so the traffic is quite noisy. However the hotel is well-placed if leaving for the airport early as it is a 35 minute journey to the airport. There is good parking. The rooms are not large but they are very clean and have good facilities. The restaurant serves very good value food and the staff are all very pleasant. This is a stopover hotel only but in terms of value for money it cannot be faulted

It's quaint, clean, economical, and has good amenities. I needed to ask for a room upgrade to a room with a desk, and they accommodated me without changing the price.

It's above a pub. I thought it would be more like a traditional hotel. People should be aware it's above a bar, a casino, and BWS. Those things didn't affect my room or security or bother me while in my room, but since I wasn't really expecting it to be a hotel of that nature, I'm not sure you'd list it as a traditional hotel. I can't complain, though, as the price was extremely reasonable.
