Everything in the room is practically new. So it’s definitely comfortable and clean. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Managed to get a corner unit and also to be able to remain in the same room when I extended my stay for a further 25 nights.

I didn’t receive any email from the management on my 1st stay with them regarding the facilities and stuff. I received it on my 2nd stay with them when I extended my stay. Wasn’t briefed that there was an outdoor lounge on 2nd floor and gym on 1st floor. Maybe I checked in too early and the receptionist was too tired from the overnight shift. Also, I stayed for 33 nights for my 1st stay but no vacuuming was ever done so the floor has accumulated dust balls. But it’s still acceptable, though soon I will give a call to the reception to get it vacuum.

Staff were amazing! When we checked in they made my special needs daughter feel so special as we were travelling for her bday celebration. They went over and above and made such an impact on us all :) Also the fire alarm went off on one of the mornings and they met us in the stairwell as soon as they realised there was no need to evacuate. We really appreciated that. 24/7 Reception and snacks/drinks available. Modern, clean and tidy, and comfy beds. We loved the apartments! Everything we needed was there including washer and dryer and mid size fridge/freezer. Car parking was safe and secure. Huge shopping mall 5mins away and close to the Metro. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is rather new. All facilities are good and of high quality. Friendly staff and close to Macquarie Park Metro station and bus stops, very convenient location.

There were two hiccups while I was staying there but both were resolved quickly. Firstly, I booked a twin room. I arrived the hotel before usual check-in time. The reception staff kindly allocated a room for me to check-in immediately. However, when I opened the room door, I found that it is a queen bed, not twin beds. I requested for change. The staff helped me to change to a bigger room with twin beds. Secondly, on the first morning while I was having my breakfast at room, the alarm was on. All residents were requested to evacuate immediately via staircases. After we walked down seven floors to the Ground floor, we soon realised it was just a false alarm! I believe the hotel should investigative and ensure it is not a false alarm before making the announcement of immediate evacuation.

The location was fine especially because it's so close to public & private trains & buses. The aprtmt with beaut view was modern with kitchen & laundry inclusive.

The cost of breakfast is prohibitive. Also we paid $102 bond. We understood this would be reimbursed on leaving or checking out. (This has always been done by every Sydney hotel we've stayed in before)! We rang & was told it'd be dealt with. Happily, the electronic trnsfr (took over 3 wks) was completed: )

The unit was very clean and had all the amenities and more! ..toaster..full-sized fridge....washing machine..the lot

I was required to pay for parking (it was for weekends in my hotel in Canberra) and they also decucted a refundable $100 and $2 fee from my account ..not sure why ..I haven't had to do that for many years:( ..and it will take, I am told, 4 to 5 business days to get it back! ..unacceptable in this day and age ..score droppex from a 9 to an 8 (or even a 7)because of that.

24/7 reception. We were given late check out upon request. Updated fixture and appliances. Quality touch everywhere. It's apparent that the provider has tried to do their best to stand out from the crowd. Very comfortable and elegant accommodation overall.

Minor issue but there was some restriction on air conditioning control panel in our room. We couldn't put our room temp higher than 23 degrees. I've got a small child who don't like to put blanket on him and got cold/cough and we wanted to put the room temp 24 degrees for him but we couldn't due to the temperature setting restrictions. He felt a little cold on the first night but since this is a matter of 1-2 degrees, it was not a big deal for us. Provider can consider to allow room temperature to set 1-2 degrees higher if that's possible.

The room was lovely, and bed was very comfy! I've stayed at Veriu broadway and enjoyed the decor and comfort. The bathroom facilities were great and the outdoor area on level 2 is lovely. Staff were polite and there are plenty of shops and parks nearby.

I didn't realise parking wasn't included in cost. Had I known that I may have chosen a cheaper hotel. Free Parking in this area is hard. I spoke to someone at Veriu on the phone, and they said that unfortunately Bookings.com don't allow them to indicate parking is $35 which is odd and misleading. Traffic can also be loud during peak time if that bothers you.

We stayed at Veriu Hotel while searching for a rental property, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since our search took some time, the staff were incredibly accommodating and ensured we stayed in the same room throughout, which made things much easier for us. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hotel’s facilities were truly world-class. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Staff was professional and very friendly. Entire experience was of a high standard and would highly recommend. Close to metro, offers shuttle service to those staying for business. Room quality was first rate - large bedroom with great views as well as well appointed living room and kitchen. Service at this hotel was outstanding - very good staff and management. Highly recommend.

I would suggest to get guests to do breakfast you should upgrade your offerings - warm dishes etc. You should also offer complimentary coffee via a machine in your lobby.

This hotel was only opened two weeks prior to my stay --in adjoining 2 bed suites-each suite ha a fully equipped kitchen-Fridgefreezer, dishwasher,cooker, washing machine/dryer, toaster, coffee machine plus all cups and plates and cutlery and cooking utensils. An adjoining lounge with sofa and separate desk, the bedroom and bathroom were separate adjoining rooms. Both the bedroom and lounge had large wall tvs. The adjoining suites had separate access doors, allowing for privacy. A gym can be found on another floor of the hotel. The suite met all our requirements for the stay. The suites exceeded expectations.

The only small negative would be a concern that it will be very difficult for the hotel to maintain the current high quality finish of the suites.
