The hotel was conveniently located to the metro and had quiet rooms. The staff was helpful, and the room was satisfactory for my two-week stay.

More attention could have been paid to deep cleaning. The picture frame above the bed had been splashed with something sticky and hadn't been cleaned. There was no access to the power points near the bed as they were behind the padded bedhead, and significant dust had built up across the top of the bedhead. The extractor fan above the stove had not been cleaned in a long time and was sticky and greasy to the touch and gave off an odour. I had only two pans in the room, a big and small frypan; a couple of saucepans would have been useful. I have specific dietary needs which is why I have to self-cater.

Location was perfect for our stay. It was very quiet, clean and the staff were very helpful.

No power points accessible near the bed to plug in my husband's Cpap machine, fortunately reception was able to lend me an extension cord to reach. The bed head was screwed to the wall so the powerpoints that the lamps and clock were plugged into could not be accessed. There was no toaster in the room. It was a room for two, and booked as such, but there was only one chair. There was a padded stool in the corner which was not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time. A room for two should have two proper chairs.

The staff at the reception were very nice and ready to help the guests. The two rom apartment had everything inside, clean room and comfortable bedding, and convenient and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. I enjoyed the stay.

The car noise from the roads was definitely downside. You may ask to avoid the rooms facing the road at the corner if you're a light sleeper. Also, the location was close from the Macquarie Park metro station(500m), but there were few restaurants within walking distance. Most restaurants were located near the Macquarie centre.

The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our almost 2 week stay visiting our family. We found the beds really comfortable. The location to the Metro and numerous bus connections was fabulous as we chose not to rent a car.

The kitchen area is ageing, there was visible rust in the dishwasher - although we didn't use the kitchen to cook, only for breakfasts.

Nice size room with well maintained and cleaned beds and bathroom. Plenty of space in room and the reception was quick, polite and efficient. Parking was free and easy but there was also an option for secure undercover parking if wanted at a cost. No pressure was applied to pay for the secure parking and there was sufficient on street parking.

The room was a little noisy from traffic on both major roads beside the building necessitating the window to be completely closed. The A/C was fine but the option of a fresh air window would have been welcome.

The room was clean and so was the whole hotel. The bed was comfy and the toilet and showers were spotless. Perfect for a business trip. I will definitely be back if the price is the same. ALDO I loved the Car parking. This is a major thing for me as Car parking is usually a hefty expense on top of the hotel price.

Please note, the following are just small things and does not affect my decision to come back. The TV was flickering with some interference. No streaming apps on the TV for me to log into.

The A/C kept turning off every 2 hours - I did alert the front desk - we just had to reset it every few hours but annoying through the night when the room was stuffy. I felt the $120 extra cleaning fee was steep to allow our dog to stay the one night - all linen should be cleaned regardless however she is a 'oodle' so doesn't shed fur. other then that, all was ok

The room was clean. The place is close to the station, that's why we chose this place.

There was nothing much nearby. The shops closed early by UK standards. The tv was not levelled and was at an odd angle. The duvets sounded like it was in a plastic bag. There were no USB sockets in the room and/or to charge near the bed. We booked the room for 2 adults but only had 1 actual chair.

The overall experience was amazing. The check in was very smooth. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. the amenities were very well placed. the utensils in the kitchen was exactly the dame which we needed.

I requested for a late check out since i had a late flight but it was not honored. This made my heart broken as i had very high standards on the property.

The hotel was as described. We loved the kitchen setup. The appliances made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks each day. The fitness room was small but met our needs. We had a rental car, so the location was perfect for us to get around Sydney. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Some areas could use updating but this did not affect our stay. We asked maintenance one time to tighten up the shower head. This was fixed in less than 30 minutes.
