Friendly professional service. Good facilities. Room in very good condition and well presented - decor etc. Nice to have an openable window. The water pressure and temperature of shower was awesome! :-)

Didn't have clear instructions for check out, particularly because I left early before reception opened. Would have preferred if the parking was a little cheaper. I noticed the basement was almost empty. You may be able to reduce the price and actually encourage higher take-up, making more money in the end. My second card (which was in the holder near the entry) was missing after housekeeping attend.

The studio apartment that we stayed in was clean. Can park onsite, free of charge which is subject to availability. There's paid parking available as well.

There is waterproofing issue in shower cubicle. Water seeps from underneath the shower(sealant) to the outer tiles totally socking the floor mats..an uncomfortable experience. There is no business lounge. Checkin strictly from 2pm- check out strictly at 10am. Management doesn't allow to extend for few hours..no late checkout. In absence of business lounge creates an issue to attend to work related commitments around checkout time. There's tables and chairs outside the building..but it's too cold and noisy to be outside to attend to work.Perhaps allow for late checkout..even for a small fee?

I had a truly wonderful stay at Quest Macquarie Park. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful—well above my expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I would especially like to thank Inna and Lucy, the receptionists. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this place deserves 5 stars. I will definitely choose it again. Thank you!

Spacious rooms with great value for money. Close to the metro which makes it easy to get to the city and great parking on the weekend with parking associated with the adjacent offices available to use for free.

Vomit/food mess was left on the floor in the seating area around the outside of the property for one day. A little discomforting to see walking into the hotel and wasn't cleaned for a whole day. Additionally, no housekeeping on Sunday.

The hotel was conveniently located to the metro and had quiet rooms. The staff was helpful, and the room was satisfactory for my two-week stay.

More attention could have been paid to deep cleaning. The picture frame above the bed had been splashed with something sticky and hadn't been cleaned. There was no access to the power points near the bed as they were behind the padded bedhead, and significant dust had built up across the top of the bedhead. The extractor fan above the stove had not been cleaned in a long time and was sticky and greasy to the touch and gave off an odour. I had only two pans in the room, a big and small frypan; a couple of saucepans would have been useful. I have specific dietary needs which is why I have to self-cater.

Pet friendly accommodation, near to where we needed to take our dog for surgery in Artarmon. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked with items.

The room we were given wasn’t in the best condition, with a few things that need repairing such as the walls and parts of the carpet, we figured that’s why it’s one of the pet friendly rooms but when you’re paying an extra $100 for your dog to stay it’s unfortunate to be given a less than standard room.

Location was perfect for our stay. It was very quiet, clean and the staff were very helpful.

No power points accessible near the bed to plug in my husband's Cpap machine, fortunately reception was able to lend me an extension cord to reach. The bed head was screwed to the wall so the powerpoints that the lamps and clock were plugged into could not be accessed. There was no toaster in the room. It was a room for two, and booked as such, but there was only one chair. There was a padded stool in the corner which was not very comfortable to sit on for any length of time. A room for two should have two proper chairs.

Staff were very accommodating and nice. We had a minor issue with one of the lamps, which was shorting the fusebox. This was only discovered late in the evening, but the staff were very helpful in finding us a new room. Really appreciated the assistance late in the evening, as we have two kids and needed to get them to sleep. The night manager promptly came up and helped us move to the new room.

The staff at the reception were very nice and ready to help the guests. The two rom apartment had everything inside, clean room and comfortable bedding, and convenient and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. I enjoyed the stay.

The car noise from the roads was definitely downside. You may ask to avoid the rooms facing the road at the corner if you're a light sleeper. Also, the location was close from the Macquarie Park metro station(500m), but there were few restaurants within walking distance. Most restaurants were located near the Macquarie centre.

It was a lovely surprise to check in and be upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment - what a bonus! The apartment was perfect and after being on the road for a week it was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes... We travel with a large van so being able to park outside in the car park was great - some places do not cater for larger/higher vehicles! We would definitely stay at Macquarie Park again!
