The front desk staff at this Meriton location are absolutely top-notch—super friendly and always eager to help! Anytime I needed something, it was delivered promptly with great efficiency. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the train station, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. You really can’t ask for better convenience! I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Sydney. Highly recommended!

If I didn’t love everything, I’d probably be one of those people who complain about the thread count of their pillowcases. This is, without a doubt, one of the best places to stay in Sydney!

Very spacious apartment; designed to enhance ‘living’ rather than just ‘staying’. The adaptive bathroom / shower could easily accommodate a wheelchair if required. The bed was ‘king’-sized; dark curtains effectively kept the rooms free of city lights at night. Pool, spa (great temperature) sauna - ideal following competitive sports! The accessible parking; however, essentially very close to major transport hub: train, metro, buses thus within easy reach of any part of ‘Sydney’: the city, the beaches, the suburbs including the airport. The friendly, helpful reception staff. Location within easy stroll to range of shops, variety of cuisines (including food markets on Thurs / Fri) and restaurants/ cafes; entertainment at The Concourse and cinemas.

The indoor pool was a good size, however, water temperature needed to be much warmer to be comfortable! Too chilly for ‘winter’! Additional handrails along full length of graduated steps would have made the pool easier to access safely!

The balcony was handy being a smoker. I love cooking and even though the surrounding restaurants meant I mostly eat out it was excellent to have the option. Staff were lovely, and unobtrusive. Nice and clean. There were a couple of little chips of paint off some of the kitchen cabinetry and a dent on the fridge door to show that it wasn’t brand new. Great place.

On one of my stays a few weeks ago I had an enclosed balcony which defeated the purpose for me. No chopping board supplied during my stay previous to that. Nothing to deter me. I am booked at your Bondi Junction location today till Thursday, and looking forward to it.

- not very clean inside the apartment, spiders on the windows, windows are dirty - whole apartment was freezing with massive drafts of cold coming in the cracks in the windows, poor insulation. I was freezing a lot of the time -jacuzzi had little to no water in it - aged scuffs on walls and fixtures doors etc - microwave was broken It could have been better the biggest issue was the cold draft coming through the windows which made the apartment very cold at night

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jacob, the manager, was incredibly professional and attentive — he made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. His communication was prompt and helpful, and we truly appreciated his support. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect as I had an appointment in Artarmon the next day. Facilities, including the full kitchen, and a walk-in shower were terrific. Bed was super-comfortable and the air-conditioning made it wonderful on a very humid day.

I had a few issues with streaming my device to the room TV - some simple step by step PRINTED instructions would have helped this Gen X-er get it right. Also, whilst the bathroom was a good size and had a walk-in shower there were a few things that could have been better. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom as far as I could find, and there were no washcloths in the linen provided. The shower fitting were terrible. Water temperature was easy to adjust, but the showerhead was difficult to manage and position. A fixed rainwater showerhead would have made showering a really indulgent and enjoyable experience.

Great location, very convenient for the train and buses and 3 mins walk to the main shopping area in Chatswood. Good sized apartments with fully equipped kitchen and laundry which is super helpful. Gym and indoor lap pool was great as well.. no one using the gym and pool.. it was like having your own gym and indoor pool!!

The apartment was not cleaned during our 7 night stay.. on day 3, the beds were made and toiletries and towels replaced. Not even a vacuum around the apartment. We were expecting a little more from housekeeping, even for the day 3 “refresh”.

Very large suite, with generous space in the living area and full sized bedroom. Had amenities included, plus a washer/dryer which was great for the longer stay. Used to live nearby so this is a great alternative to a Hotel city if you don't mind a 15 min train ride to the city centre. Location is excellent - just 3-4 mins walk to Chatswood Station and 5 min walk to the main shopping centre of Chatswood. Chatswood has all the shopping and food you need with Westfield and supermarkets 5 min walk away. Train ride from Chatswood is around 15 mins and frequent (just look out for Trackwork and make sure it's not occurring during your stay on the Sydney Trains website track work section for T1 Northshore line, otherwise you'll be stuck with a rail replacement bus to the city).

Our room was at the end of a very long corridor, but other than that not many issues.

The location (Chatswood being an excellent transport hub) and facilities of the room (self catering with washing machine) were exactly what I needed.

A clothes drying rack in the room would have been helpful as there was plenty of space, although once I asked a reception, one was provided. I stayed for 7 days but on day 6 a cleaner wanted to do a deep clean of the room, change the sheets etc which would have been very wasteful. I declined this. The swimming pool was not clean enough but this may be me being fussy as I used to manage pools for a job.

It’s a great location, within walking distance to the train station, Chatswood Westfield and Chatswood chase. It was a large apartment room with everything you would need. The gym and pool facilities were great and staff were friendly.

Some things were broken in the apartment (a lamp that turned on and off/bathroom door handle) and the floor had been cleaned with a sticky cleaning chemical that did not feel good to walk on. We had to leave shoes or socks on when inside which we didn’t like.
