Location was great for visiting family & friends around Sydney. An absolute bonus to have off-street parking always available. Room was comfortable & very well appointed - & I had a lovely outlook from my window!

Being at a t-intersection on the Pacific Highway it was difficult to drive out most times, & virtually impossible to turn right towards the city, requiring a long trip through back streets. But this didn’t spoil my stay! The 2-seater lounge in my room was located where you couldn’t watch the TV & there was nothing to put a glass or mug on when I sat there. Again, not a big issue, but a small coffee table there would be useful - & the TV positioned on the wall opposite.

The room was always clean. Room service staff always kept the room in a good condition. The room was spacious and well furnished. Always having a very good supply of coffee, tea and sweetener. Lots of light in the room that you can control if you need bright light or dim light. The hotel is so close to public transit. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. They make sure to take care of the room and any maintenance that needs to be done, they do it proactively without me having to ask. Overall, great stay and totally recommended. Thank you

Not much honestly. Just two small things, it'd have been nicer if there was a microwave in the room Also, I requested an early check in as my flight was so early. But I was only allowed to check n at 2:25 pm... even after the check-in time. I understand that it is upon availability but it'd have been good if that could be accommodated. But again, overall no major complaints and that won't affect my rating to the hotel and the staff.

Comfy bed. Good lighting for reading. Good size shower. Nice aspect from balcony which had seating. We were at the back of the property so it was very quiet. A decent sized room and plenty of cupboards. Reasonable breakfast. Safe, easy parking. Great having a pool. We noticed the place has a laundry and communal kitchen of sorts with microwave and stove. BYO pots, plates and cutlery and cooking tools if you are using the stove. With the bus just meters from the property, it was so easy to catch bus and metro/ train to the city. We will stay again for sure.

Staff at breakfast was impatient and a "no can do" person. She sat in the eating area, watching her Asian program on her phone and it was very loud and annoying. She was asleep in her chair, when we left on the second day of breakfast. Not a good look.

Three nights included weekends, less than $400, nothing to complain about with this price, and free cancellation and free car park! Plenty of car parks. It is free in Sydney! No train nearby but there are lots bus lines, but we choice here cuz we have own vehicle. Room is very clean! Motel only 10mins drive from Chatswood shopping centers, night market and chatswood chase and Westfield has free parking as well. Very handy ! Bed and pillows are ok! Not too soft or hard, room clean each day included weekends. Thanks bring your own comb and toothbrush. They only offer shampoo and body wash.

The facility is old, very old, but clean. A bit noisy when you have none respect travels next door, not very good soundproofing, but it is cheap place so I think I can tolerate it. Breakfast doesn’t recommend, adult $18 and early book $15, kid Under 12 is $7. Food is very basic, toaster, cereals and scrambled eggs, bacon. Very basic western simple breakfast like lives in aged care…you can even get better coffee from BP petrol station…. Not worth to try…

Parking is a pain. It's not allocated so it's a risk there might not be space if you go out for the day and come back late but we did always find a spot. We had an SUV and it was fine but it is tight to get about. Bathroom tends to flood a bit when showering and there were small fruit-fly type flies around the drain

Vast improvement in decor and cleanliness since we last stayed there in 2016. Room 31 was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was immaculate, and I loved the smart mirror in the bathroom! Towels were snowy white and clean.Bedding clean and fresh. Bed was a little firmer than we are used to but still comfortable. Other reviewers mentioned bed bugs, no evidence found in our room, and I check every time I stay in a hotel. Could hear the toilet flushing and shower operating in the room next door.

Sugar provided in room was hard in the packets, milk provided tasted off. No spare roll of toilet paper in the room. Strangely, there is no microwave either. We ordered and prepaid breakfast in the restaurant, probably wouldn't do it again. Hot trays were not at a correct temperature, everything was quite cold. Cereal was stale. Coffee from the coffee machine was not great. Christmas decor still hanging in restaurant windows in May shows lack of attention to detail.

The Twin Towers Inn was perfectly adequate for our purposes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were also quiet, being placed well back from the Pacific Hwy. It was well located for our purposes, being near the Royal North Shore Hospital and other medical facilities. If you wish to use the small communal kitchen you will have to bring your own cutlery and dinnerware. St Leonards is a bit of a wasteland, with very few local amenities or services, especially after hours. Staff were helpful and accommodating, being willing to store our luggage for the day whilst we went about our errands. We would stay again.

Although the website suggests that the restaurant is open for dinner and there is a bar for patrons, neither were operating during our stay although the restaurant was open for buffet breakfast.

I paid around $200 (it was a Saturday night when everything is more expensive) and got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking a rainforest. Reading other reviews it appears the rooms are not all the same, so pick the more expensive rooms in your configuration bracket to make sure you get a good room is all I can say!

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast buffet. The hotel is not immediately close to cafes and I have to have breakfast straight away due to having some medications which have to be taken with food. The croissants were supermarket bought ones and seemed stale. No tongs for the bread. I would stay at the hotel again but would not buy the breakfast buffet again.

Room was excellent - spotlessly clean, great decor and very comfortable bed with crisp clean white sheets. Good finish to the room with a "high-end hotel room" feeling ... it didn't feel like I was at a "suburban inn" when in the room. The room I had was spacious which was great as I needed to get some work done and I did not feel like there was limited space. Will definitely put the Twin Towers Inn on the accommodation list for my next visit to Sydney.

1. The external appearance of the property is dated. 2. The location at traffic lights on Pacific Highway. Whilst I could not hear traffic (staying in a deluxe room with garden view), to drive safely out of the inn's driveway I could only turn left. However, this minor inconvenience is offset by having a convenient car space for my vehicle (free parking).

We were downstairs and even though we could hear the people upstairs it wasn’t too bad. The location was great and the rooms were big, the bathrooms were freshly renovated and the shower was great with awesome pressure. The beds were soft but still comfortable. The verandah had a great view but unfortunately didn’t get any sun.

Not the hotels fault but there were no smoking signs everywhere and this one guest chose to smoke on the pathway where you walked so it was disgusting that we had to walk through the smoke. Then last night my husband said several males were swearing and yelling in the middle of the night. He said it was that bad he was waiting for a gun shot. Thankgoodness that didn’t happen. We know the hotel can’t screen guests. And we know it’s not the hotels fault.
