The 2x bedroom flat was lovely for our group, however it was a little cramped, we were very appreciative that the sofa bed was made up ready for our 2x teenage granddaughters on our arrival.

I'd preferred upgrades not being offered if you have to wait until arrival to find out if the upgrade is available, the 3x bedroom apartment wasn't available. Knowing it wasn't available would allow us the choice of finding a 3x bedroom if we knew beforehand. When we were heading to bed we found there were no extra blankets available, it was too late to call housekeeping to ask for blankets.

Very helpful and friendly staff and wonderful location. It was our children's first trip staying in a hotel in Sydney and they were thrilled with the pool and the view of the city. We were celebrating our son's 4th birthday and they very kindly gave him a Sebel teddy bear and some snacks. The location was great, so close to transport, shops and the night markets. The kids loved it! Very spacious and clean apartment. We will definitely stay again!

The parking was a bit confusing and not clearly signposted and we ended up in the underground Council car park. We could then not get our car back out, but the staff were quick to ring a Council representative to come out and open the car park for us

Absolutely clean new sheets,pillows and covers. So delighted,big, clean white towels. Room seemed recently refurbished. Quality furniture, however, solid and appropriate for my stay. Great coffee maker in the kitchen, and a quaint teapot. More than suitable. Good cutlery, excellent crockery. Everything was provided for. Great service.kitchen was excellent with full,equipment.

The only issue was the oven. It seemed not to have been cleaned. I never used it, and it may be that it was only the internal glass door that was dirty. Might not be possible to get it clean. Two saucepans were very scratched and marked. In saying this, the third saucepan was clean and useful. Fridge had not been defrosted, quite a build up of ice in the kitchen. No tea towel in the kitchen

A nice suite in a really convenient location. The room had a nice view down to Sydney skyline (thanks to a high floor and orientation of the suite, including a balcony. Being travelling to the local MacQuarie university, the location 2 minutes walk from the Chatswood train station was wonderful.

The main hall is really minimal. Arriving too early, besides the chance to drop my luggage, I had no chance to restore a bit after a quite long travel. I understand this is not a hotel, however the above aspect might be improved.

Location was fantastic. 2 bedroom premium apartment was ideal for a family. Plenty of room and 2 bathrooms.

Could have done with a good clean. Floor was messy, glitter everywhere and food spills on it too. Fresh food spills. The kitchen smelt badly like food that had been cooked in it previously. Greasey cupboards abound stove etc To be honest I would have cleaned it but nothing to clean with. Dried up flowers in wardrobe from previous guest. 🤪

Liked that it was just a quick walk across the road to Westfield and so close to trains etc

Not enough information regards to breakfast eg led to believe it covered every person but it was only for 2 people out of 5 guests so was really inconvenient for our stay, only some of the staff at reception were friendly one female staff was really rude when enquiring about this issue and when I explained the inconvenience she said it wasn’t her problem and they were very busy, when I spoke to the manager on duty at the time he was very apologetic and understanding

Location was great. Train & Metro only a 3-5 min walk.

Air conditioning wasn’t good. The fact you couldn’t adjust it from the room or bedroom. The rooms are a little outdated. No smart TV So you cannot stream Netflix etc. There is a DVD Player next to TV & an old stereo in the cupboard under TV. Only one hair dryer even though there are two bathrooms as we had a two bedroom apartment.

Room is very big and comfortable. Bed in bedroom is comfortable. Washer and dryer are handy. Location and location. Carpark is convenient and not expensive compare to sydney cbd . A lot of street food around . Check in was smooth and it very friendly and helpful receptionists. Pool and spa are heated.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. It 's fine with the little kids but not for adult. Should provide extra pillow or blanket. No room information leaflet. A/C in the room is not working as no instruction how to operate. Bath room is a bit tired , need a bit TLC.

Very spacious. Huge living room. Huge bed. Convenient location right across the Westfield Mall. Helpful and friendly staff

Carpet outside room was very dirty. When I arrived and when I left. The continental breakfast included a ham and cheese croissant but there was no way to toast it, only microwave which made it soggy. Within this price range there should have been an espresso machine for making decent coffee. Or something. Instant coffee from an envelope not acceptable, especially since the hotel does not offer coffee in the lobby like other hotels in Chatswood.

close to transport and shops the apartment was well supplied. There was an oven and hot plates as well as a microwave but we didn’t do any cooking. A tea towel would have been useful. Kids loved the heated pool but the spa was too hot 38C

We were a family of 5 but the included breakfast was only for 2🤔 Despite communicating with the property 3 times the sofa bed was not made up Rubbish is not collected apparently you need to ask housekeeping for it to be picked up Dishwasher leaked, we had a puddle in the kitchen. There was a problem with the bill. The hotel claimed credit card details had not been received even though when we sent details we asked (twice) for confirmation it had been received but didn’t get an answer. Poor communication. Now we know how things operate I would stay here again.
