I stayed in an executive suite. I brought a family member to St Leonards for a booked admission at North Shore Private Hospital. This hospital and Royal North Shore hospital are an easy 15 minute walk from Quest. I worked on-line from my room at Quest. The wi-fi was excellent and the work desk, comfortable. I self-catered using the excellent cooking facilities. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. There are lots of eating options in short walking distance if you don't wish to cook. The T1 and T9 train lines are within a 5 minute walk. The Metro is a 10 minute walk. The room was comfortable and soundproofed, so really quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Couldn't fault it.

The hot water in the shower was quite tricky to regulate, but once I got it right for my shower of the day, it was beautiful.

Very clean. Great location as it's short walking distance to train, metro, supermarket and fast food restaurants. Clean comfy bed, good space in room and bathroom. Room equipped with necessities including laundry facilities. Generous instant tea and coffee options. I like that the shower has a glass door and there is a full length mirror available. Adequate storage. Lovely positive ambience, modern design, use of bright colours and artwork that depicts Sydney particularly the iconic bridge. I love that spa, gym and pool are included in the hotel amenities. Friendly front line staff.

I couldn't draw the curtains for more sunlight or privacy at night. The hooks need repair. Even though I only stayed couple of nights I had expected my bed to be made, room tidied, dishwashing done and bin emptied. I do these tasks at home almost everyday. I just wanted to have a break. I guess it was my fault I didn't express clearly these expectations to the housekeeper when I told him I didn't need fresh towels or new sheets. As someone who have stayed at hotels regularly I try to do my bid to help the environment but it's still nice to come back to a clean room and a bed made. I did ask for another hot chocolate sachet. I'm happy I was given extras. Also it would be nice to see special touches like towel shaped in some artistic form like what other hotels have.

Modern, clean, well-appointed apartment. So close to everything. Exceptional customer service. We were arriving late and Elly (I think that was her name!) rang to check how we were going. It was pouring with rain but all the parking spaces were booked. Then Elly rang back 10 minutes later saying she had ‘moved some cars around’ so there was space for us! Much appreciated!

Parking is very tight and limited. You have to get out of your car to swipe the second sensor that lifts the boom gate.

Pritema helped me by phone before the stay and was very generous and thoughtful. Other staff members during stay were very accomodating and responsive. Rooms are spacious and well supplied with necessities. Close to Metro station

Proximity to highway made it a little noisy during the night but this is the price to pay for a central location. One or two items (curtains looking tired in bigger apartment, as well as a few cobwebs outside of windows and mould outside of windows in 2 smaller apartments) might just need a little attention to bring quality up to near perfection. They were very small items that did not impact our stay. And were promptly addressed by staff when noted.

The rooms were perfect for our needs for this stay, and the staff were accommodating in ensuring that our rooms were next to each other and not too far from the lifts as we were travelling with elderly relatives who we needed to be close to.

There isn't anything that we actually didn't like. There is always room for improvement in cleanliness and service which is why I didn't give a ten, but we were happy with the rooms for what we needed on this weekend.

Great facilities, clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Perfect location to my office, if you are going further afield there's a train and a metro very close. Close to Coles, Pub, pharmacy, food. I didn't use the pool or gym but these are great resources.

Only issue was there was no recycling facility onsite. I bundled up my recycling and took it to the office. It would be good to have either a recycling bin in the room or a communal recycling point.

Location, as very close to St Leonards station and Crows Nest metro. We stay here every time we come to Sydney. Easy walk to rental cars and many restaurants. The apartment was perfect with Nespresso coffee, all kitchen appliances , good washer and dryer. Very comfotable with windows that open for fresh air.

The washer is hooked to hot water BEWARE. This is the second time we encountered this.

The property was great easy location, parking was east the weekend female workers on reception were extremely lovely and welcoming smiled waved and said hello everytime we walked in. It made my saturday enjoyable seeing happy staff.

Beds were very hard ( possible mattress toppers needed. Shower head should be handheld. TV was falling of the wall. Internet was very slow. Around 8mbsp download speed and 1 upload. Pool was like ice when using it.

We arrived late after a long day travelling and we had also prebooked off street parking. The staff greeting us at reception were marvelous, had clear, printed paper work to gain entry to the garage and to use the facilities of the premises. While staying 4 nights we did lots of local travel by train using St Leonards station, a mere 3 or 4 minutes walk away. We will definately stay again as I can not think of anything negative about our stay. Fantastic.

LOCATED 5MINS FROM TRAIN STATION, COLES, RESTAURANTS, BAKERY, TAVERNS & PUBS IF NOT WANTING TO LEAVE THE AREA. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. POOL AREA WAS CLEAN & SPA JUST NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. ALWAYS FRESH TOWELS AND GYM HAD ENOUGH EQUIPMENT TO DO A WORKOUT. OUR ROOM CAME WITH A KITCHEN AREA AND A MINI FRIDGE WHICH IS HANDY FOR THOSE NOT WANTING TO GO OUT. OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY
