Room was really nice, clean and spacious. The view of the Bridge and Harbour was amazing!! Aircon worked well. Bed was super comfortable and the TV, wow! It was enormous and SO high tech with Apple TV and the works, so that was very impressive. Room had a round table with chairs and also a desk so it would be great if you needed to get a bunch of work done. Hair dryer, iron and all that stuff was perfectly adequate, with lovely smelling bathroom products. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Simple check in and out experience. 2 min walk to North Sydney train station and adjacent bus stops up North and into the city, so you can't fault the location one bit. Short walk to North Sydney shops and about 15 mins on foot to Kirribilli. So good, will definitely stay again!

The coffee & tea amenities seemed a bit dated being a kettle only. Most hotels have pod coffee machines these days, but depends on your preference. I ended up having tea and it was nice! They were having a scheduled power outage (that we were well informed of) from 4-6am so during that time the aircon, lifts and all power were off. Made the room a bit hot but not a huge deal. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear people talking extremely clearly in the next room, but I have a feeling it was because of the adjoining door and the sound must have been getting through the cracks.

We had a stunning view of the Sydney Harbour, bridge and Luna Park. The Beds were comfy and our room was clean and comfortable with all amenities.

The lower floors are seriously affected by the rumbling and rattling of the trains that go directly under the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor but I heard that it could still be heard on the 6th floor so go higher if you can. Saying that we did sleep slightly better the second night, maybe because we had walked all day and we were tired or we had adjusted to the noise. We will definitely come again and recommend this hotel.

Truly breathtaking views and a cosy atmosphere make for an unforgettable stay. The tranquility of the accommodation is exceptional, and with easy access to public transport, major routes, and nearby amenities, it's unbeatable. Secure parking, friendly and welcoming staff, a charming bar and restaurant to unwind in, and professional laundry services to keep your clothes fresh. The beautiful porte-cochère adds elegance and accessbility to the experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the views, an indulgent bath/shower allowing you to admire the stunning views, and a cosy lounge/office space within the room, perfectly designed for productivity and relaxation. A dream escape! I’m counting down the days until my next visit!

The location, only 50m from North Sydney Railway Station, was perfect for me, as I have some mobility problems. However access to the lobby from Blue Street is difficult for the less mobile. It's either about 18 steep steps to the 'side entrance' (which is locked at 9pm, although there is a walkway around to the entrance), or up the quite steep vehicle access ramp, which has no handrail, as you might expect. I actually think the ramp could be dangerous as you are potentially sharing it with cars and taxis. The view from my room (912) was wonderful, with great views of the harbour bridge and beyond. The Restaurant's buffet breakfast is awesome, with everything anyone could possibly want available. At $30 it is reasonably priced too. And the plates are warmed! 😊

As mentioned in my 'likes', I think access from Blue Street should be improved, but, given the location, I'm not sure how that could be achieved. An escalator would be out of the question, so that really only leaves a lift, which would perhaps present security issues, although it could be monitored and controlled by the Reception staff, which is there 24/7!

We had a long stay with you from Christmas into the end of January . We loved the staff particularly Thibault and Carol on front desk as well as Benjamin a French guy working in the bar . All the staff were amazing and we just love staying there . We love the rooms , the view , the beds , the service was above and beyond and it’s a credit to you all working there . I used to work there years ago in 1989 and loved it in the restaurant and room service . I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know . Thank you for a lovely stay .. Belinda & Tony van oosten , plus our boys and Winston the dog loved it ..

We loved everything no criticism

The view of the harbour is indeed spectacular and worth paying a little more for in my opinion. Having seen reviews about train noise being an issue I booked an upgraded room on the 12th floor and wasn't disturbed by it. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Pillows are on the thicker side, but I didn't ask if other options are available. The room service dinner options I tried were "standard" meals - battered fish, bolognaise and lasagne - but flavoursome and enjoyable. Staff are friendly and efficient. After multiple bad experiences with Uber Eats (on separate trips to Sydney) a decent room service option was definitely appreciated. Special mention must go to hotel bar staff member Ben who has an amazing talent for cocktails that are spectacular to watch being made, and delicious to drink!

No bath oils or salts are supplied. This would be a nice value add for the upgraded room, especially as you can't actually see the view from the bathtub due to the high placement of windows.

Short walk from the train station, convenient to a great cafe, directly across from the station, but closed on Sunday so we couldn't go back for a second time. There is also a convenience store between the hotel & train station. The view from the room was amazing during the day and stunning at night. Room service could be ordered online and was delivered in half the time stated. The bed was comfortable, and the curtains did an amazing job keeping the room dark. I definitely recommend staying here for the views alone.

Walking from the train was a breeze, but the only access to the hotel for guests arriving via the train was up the carpark ramp. Walking up the ramp while pushing a full sized suitcase was not great. If you're arriving in a car, this is not an issue The bathroom was a little too compact, and the water pressure was not great. It needs an extraction fan to stop the mirror steaming up.

Location is perfect. Great transportation network close to the hotel. Just a 1 hour walk to Circular Quay. 20 minutes to start the walk over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Hotel has great room service, so I could dine in the comfort of my own room. The view from my hotel was as advertised. A great view of the city.

The gym had water damage and was out of commission so I didn't get a chance to use it. There was some drilling and banging taking place intermittently on three days while I was there. Very disturbing although to be fair, the work commenced after 9am on two of the days. There proximity to the North Sydney Station meant that there was a constant rumble.. although I got used to this after a few days.

Fantastic location, staff on check in were very friendly. Waiting staff for breakfast and evening meal were very helpful. Food selection was great for vegetarians as well as meat eaters. My partners birthday whilst we were there and the staff went above and beyond. Thank you..

The hotel is above a train station which can be a little noisy but only during the day..try and stay on higher floors if preferred. But it didn't bother us.
