We Love Meriton North Sydney. The self serviced apartments are beautifully appointed so you can cook if necessary. The bathroom has laundry facilities and the bed is super comfy with a nice big TV in the lounge and bedroom. The Coles is close by 2 minutes. The car parking is excellent and the staff are great. We have stayed 6 or so times in the last 2 years. Also the North Sydney train station is 4 minute walk or 10 to the light rail. We also drove to Balmoral Beach which is close and also got a ferry to Manly for the day. The views on the harbour side of the building are stunning and you feel like a millionaire.

The Meriton North Sydney is an ideal location. North Sydney train station just across the road. Greenwood shopping centre with very good IGA and cafe's across the road. Coles and Aldi straight around the corner.

Very, very loud thumping techno music coming from across the road at the Greenwood hotel/club every night, Easter public holidays included. It's extremely loud and went to about 11pm every night. The 2 apartments we had were in need of a proper clean, the skirting boards are filthy, there was dust at the side of the fridges and washing machines, dirt/crumbs on the kitchen floor around the kitchen cupboards. Washing machine leaked and in need of repair, we rang room services but no-one turned up to take a look. Front desk staff members upon arrival were obviously having a bad day as they were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. We were told there would be 1 express clean during our 6 night stay and that did not happen, there was no express clean whatsoever.

The location is excellent. North sydney train station is about 3 minutes walk, victoria cross metro station take about 5 (head for the denison street entrance). Excellent transport links. Buses also leave from outside North sydney station. I didn't book a harbour view room, which I didn't mind as I still got a great view and also the sunset across sydney. The harbour view rooms also must look across the Pacific highway, which must have been noisier due to extensive roadworks. I was on the 27th floor, so I got a great view. I loved all the space, and the washing machine and dryer were really useful for my 2 week stay. Desk was big enough to work at, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked that the apartment was cleaned through every 3 days, and toiletries and dishwasher tablets were replenished. It was also great to have a balcony, which I didn't sit on (27 floors up was too high for me!), but being able to open the door and have fresh air and views was lovely. I was also provided with a clothes airer when requested. The pool was also lovely, if a little on the cool side!

The dining table and desk were high compared to the chairs, which I didn't find very comfortable. However, I asked for a different desk chair that was height adjustable and was provided with one. I would also have liked written instructions for the washing machine and dryer, although I did Google them. I would also suggest providing dumbbells in the gym that are lighter than 8kg too. Nothing to do with the hotel, but bear in mind that it overlooks the Greenwood hotel that had music gigs - the music reverberates around the buildings. However, I heard 3 gigs while there and a) the music was good, and b) they finished by 10pm, so it really wasn't an issue for me.

Loved the room, I mean the washer and dryer for the whole week helped us so much. The bed was super comfy 😌 thank you! It was a great stay overall 👏

The front desk staff were not so friendly when it came to helping us check in with our luggage, we would have hoped like other hotels we would get some sort of assistance. We checked in late at night and to our surprise we got off and stood outside for them to open the door but they looked at us and than carried on doing what they were doing until I started knocking on the huge glass door. We did inform them that we will be checking in late so I'm sure they knew 🙂 but no harm keeping them outside in the cold for few more minutes 😄

I recently stayed at Meriton Suites in North Sydney, and I was blown away by how clean and comfortable everything was. The suite was spacious and immaculate, with a separate bedroom, a pristine kitchen, and a cozy living area. Every detail was taken care of—the kitchen appliances were top-quality, and everything, down to the toaster, was spotless. The king-size bed was unbelievably comfortable, though the two ensembles did shift slightly in the middle, but it wasn’t a major issue. The bathroom was huge, spotless, and stocked with luxurious, high-end amenities. I also loved the balcony with a breathtaking view of Barangaroo. The hotel’s pool, spa, and sauna added a nice touch of relaxation, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Meriton Suites for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

The only thing I didn't like during my stay at Meriton Suites was that the king-size bed was made up of two separate ensembles, which tended to shift slightly apart in the middle. While it wasn't a major issue, it did affect the overall comfort just a bit. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We loved it! Amazing views, clean apartment, super helpful staff who endeavoured to get us into our suite ahead of check-in as we had arrived on an early morning flight. Coles, Aldi, bottleshop, chemist and coffee shop around the corner. Only a few minutes walk to the train station with a shopping precinct. Handy location for Circular quay etc. Our suite on the 14th floor at the front faced towards Mosman with fabulous views including a glimpse of the Harbour bridge which is in easy walking distance. The laundry facilities are in the bathroom so the door can be closed to reduce noise. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there next time I'm in Sydney.

There were considerable roadworks directly outside the hotel in early Dec 24 which are beyond the hotel's control but they helpfully supplied ear plugs. There wasn't enough cutlery or a sharp knife but that would have been rectified had I asked, apparently, The sofa had a low back and was fit for purpose in terms of providing seating but it wasn't designed to be particularly comfortable or relaxing - not a deal breaker but it would have then been a 5 star review instead of a 4.5.

Everything about the Meriton Suites North Sydney is amazing. It is luxurious, clean , affordable, amazing location, stunning views and has attentive, kind and professional staff. We booked one of the more affordable rooms for the night before our wedding and our wedding night, everything in the room was perfect and the bed was so comfy. On our wedding day we were surprised with an upgraded huge, beautiful room with Harbour Views for our wedding night , chocolates and such a sweet handwritten wedding card. Thank you Meriton Suites North Sydney team for such an amazing stay. I can't wait to come back!

The stay at Meriton North Sydney from the day we arrived till the last day was marvellous. We were welcomed warmly by Ashmita and Neil upon arrival. We were early for our check-in by 2hrs approx and was pleasantly surprised that they allowed us to have the room since it was ready. Room was spacious and clean, bed well made, toilets clean, complete kitchen utensils, coffee machine ready w coffee pods and cream in the fridge. It was our first time in Sydney and loved how accessible Meriton was to the 'T' and 'M' line. Coles and Chemist warehouse were just around the corner. And oh, U must not leave the area without trying Betty's Burger. We are already planning to return to Meriton on our next trip to Sydney. That's how much we loved the hospitality and the location. Thanks again, Ashmita and Neil. That first impression does count alot to us :)

The maintenance staff and front of desk were amazing. Our washing machine was faulty and they replaced it with in the hour. The range hood light also failed and they replaced it in 15 minutes. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. The maintenance guys were professional and the level of service can not be beaten. It is a great location and the car park is easy to get to onsite and in busy Sydney this helps. The kitchens are well equipped and the supermarkets are walking distance 150 meters. The train is 5 minute walk so easy 2 stops to circular key. Well done Meriton Team

The bed was very comfortable and the view from our balcony from the 27th level was amazing: we could even see a bit of the harbour though our room wasn`t a harbour view room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is awesome: 5 minute walk to the train station, close to bars and the City.

There is a bar across from the hotel and they were holding a function during our stay, and the music was very, very loud, even with the windows closed. However, it stopped at 10pm. It`s not something that the hotel could control and I still give the hotel the well deserved 10, but it`s something to be aware of.
