Good location, feels new, spacious and clean room, easy access to everything.

Clogged bathroom/shower room 208(not draining well when showering) and staff not so skilled in terms of customer relations. Housekeeping forgot to empty the bin from the previous guests and there was a sanitary pad inside the bin thats smelled so bad. They emptied it straightaway but no apologies were said or even a simple sorry will do like you know it happens, we miss things sometimes. But at least say something on behalf of the facility? This is petty but it’s part of the whole stay experience.

Clean, quiet, safe accommodation. Short walk to North Sydney trains, Victoria Cross metros and Greenwood Plaza for shopping. Large, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned bedroom with windows that could open for fresh air. Spacious en suite bathroom with shower. Fridge, kettle and tea / coffee supplies in bedroom. Guest laundry with washing machine and tumble drier. Wide-choice continental breakfast in spacious dining room with outlook onto a beautiful garden. Peaceful chapel, museum and café on the same property.

Much better than a soulless hotel! Make the time to look around the precinct- the chapel where Mary McKillop is buried is right there, & a charming gift shop & cafe. Nice gardens and historic buildings. Very comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Very good buffet breakfast included in the price (everything except bacon & eggs). Lovely little details, like scissors provided to help open the weet box packets, & chocolate to sprinkle on the cappuccino from the coffee machine. Extremely convenient to public transport and the city. Delighted at having found this place; we now stay here whenever we come to the city. Highly recommended!

Did not like something, but it isn't possible to change it- the windows- high up - can't properly enjoy looking out.

This location was fantastic. The locked gate with card entry to parking gave extra security. The room was huge as were the hallways. Air-conditioning was centrally available but could be altered if needed. Breakfast was included in the tariff, large spacious dining room and attentive staff.

We had 3 rooms booked and had to cancel 1 room because of the flooding as my daughter was isolated..we could not get a refund as is the policy even though they were not booked out . I understand this is the policy of all venues but I wonder if maybe special circumstances should be taken into consideration.

The location in North Sydney is excellent. It feels as if you're in the quiet suburbs, and not in a major part of a capital city. The room cleanliness was outstanding, and it's not often you can say that. Rooms are spacious, climate controlled, blackout curtains and a fridge, Great staff. I was attending conferences in South Sydney at the ICC, and this is good location to head out from each day with a little bit of planning. Train from North Sydney can save you a lot in cab fees etc, and you don't need an Opal card as a short-term visitor, as they support debit/credit card NFC to tag-on / off the Sydney trains. They have a garage for hire cars also.

The only additions I could think of, is a shared microwave somewhere, and a filtered water fountain to fill up at.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in the downstairs room, plenty of variety and more than enough to eat. Staff were excellent, and allowed us to drop our bags early so we didn't have to cart them around with us and called a taxi for us when we were travelling to a wedding.

We tend to do a lot of sightseeing during the day and return home at end of day too tired to be bothered going out for a meal - we like to come back and kick back and relax. If there was a little microwave in the rooms and some eating utensils, we could pick up something at some point whilst out and bring it back for reheating. There didn't appear to be any take away shops nearby that we could utilise.

I liked everything about this property, especially the location which is 5 min walk from either North Sydney station or the new Metro station at Victoria Cross. My room was very spacious, huge bed, big windows overlooking the garden and big shower. Everything was very clean and bright. Very generous breakfast as well.

The whole building is very spacious and all white, which makes it feel a bit cold. This is not helped by the staff not being particularly welcoming, especially at reception. The tiny bottles of shampoo and body lotion (which I didn't use) were not very environmentally friendly. Most hotels have now refillable bottles.

The room was so spacious and simply, but beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and our outlook to the lawn area and other buildings was lovely. The included Breakfast options were more than enough, and the onsite cafe was a great choice for lunch or morning tea. Location and proximity to restaurants, train and buses was excellent, and being able to explore the historical buildings onsite was a nice bonus. We were sorry not to have not been able to stay longer.

We thought the main entrance to the accommodation was very hard to find. We drove past twice before realising where it was.

Very spacious rooms. 250m from the Metro and the same distance in the other direction for the T lines. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The continental breakfast had plenty of options. Perhaps having a hot chocolate option for those who don’t drink tea and coffee would be appreciated The staff were really helpful and friendly Great value for money for accommodation in Sydney. I would definitely stay there again

Nothing !Felt sorry for the poor desk staff when a cranky guest belittled them because their card stopped working 0930 instead of 10 He went on and on as if it was a major tragedy The desk staff simply were very polite to him as he raved on I suggest you pay them more for dealing with rude people 😂
