Very clean modern room with comfortable bed.

Travelling with a car is very adventurous with overkeen parking wardens, high prices and no hotel own parking. Room light switching is also peculiar with only one switch position at the entrance for all lights. Internet very slow and weak

Lovely modern hotel based in North Sydney, 5 mins walk to trains then you're in the CBD in 10 minutes. Rooms were spacious with all the facilities that we needed for a week-long stay, plenty of eating and drinking options close to the hotel and across the road from a Coles store. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the room was regularly cleaned during our stay, I would definitely recommend staying here the price we paid was so much cheaper than staying in Sydney CBD and you're only ten minutes away with public transport.

Rooms definitely need some brighter lighting even if only in the bathroom.

Great location, just 15 mins to town on the train, and the station is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. The facilities are excellent, friendly and helpful staff and immaculately clean.

The way the breakfast is organised. You can only book a cooked breakfast or a continental type breakfast, which was totally inflexible. They need to consider an alternative approach or simply employ a buffet type approach which the majority of hotels I stay at do.

We selected a room rate that included breakfast each morning which was well worth it. The breakfast options were a la carte and were exceptional. Tasty, nutritious & beautifully plated. It was one of the highlights of our stay at Citadines North Sydney. The front reception team were very welcoming on our arrival & kindly arranged a special celebration for our wedding anniversary with a bottle of local wine & a tasty cheese platter, which was a special gesture that we greatly appreciated. The location was super convenient, close to train & metro stops and a very well stocked Coles was half a block down the street.

There is a very bright safety light in the ceiling that lit up the whole room & disturbed our sleep. Since we couldnt turn it off, that was really annoying.

I loved how helpful and friendly the staff were, our 3 night stay was amazing the room was exactly what we wanted the bed was amazing!!! Perfect for a cuddly weekend away with the hubby. Shower a great size, I was honestly worried because of some of the reviews but I found my stay next level, so old Karen probably didn't like her towels weren't folded right. Loved that we came back to our room the next night to a freshly made bed and house keeping done I didn't expect that. So so so many places to get food and coffee around and a Coles and also like right there on the corner. Do yourself a favour and stay we had a great time and will be back again for a get away from the kids. Feel free to give me a discount or free nights stay citadines and I'll keep promoting how great you really are to stay at lol

Only thing was the kettle and remote was dusty but come on if that's the worst thing about the place your winning.

i went out to find food every evening even though I would have preferred to eat at Citidine - too expensive and meals too 'fancy' when you're away for work. I'd like to suggest room service/ restaurant meals that reflect more like 'ordinary' meals. Whilst I appreciate it's not a pub cheaper meal along the lines of 'pub food' would create more money for you as people more likely would eat at Citidine. Hated ++ the cups to drink tea/coffee out of - that's the sort of cheap stuff you take away camping and nothing stays how. Think of it, cups for camping to drink out of so having 'pub/traditional' shouldn't be van issue.

Location and amenities service, beds comfy. Staff let us use bag storage on our last day to explore city before night flight and use gym showers upon our return as it was a 35c day, big thanks. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Took a whole for house keeping to bring up towels, after 3 calls, front desk ended up personally bringing them up. Dinner service was a little slow, chefs (2) seemed under the pump low on staff? Tuesday dinner 21st Jan. 4 foh also seemed a little stressed. Took an hour for mains to come out, and lettuce side was missing pickeled onions. Weren't in any hurry though.

That’s staff were very welcoming and helpful, as soon as we got there a member of staff came out to welcome us and help bring all our luggage to the reception, we had fresh towels the next day without having to ask which is amazing

The only things we didn’t like was the lighting in the bathroom, being a girls lighting is essential especially when getting ready, couldn’t find any PowerPoints in the bathroom so we had to dry our hair on the table in front of the bed, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the hot/cold air, weren’t even sure if it could even be turned of due to my friend having bad hayfeaver and sneezing/coughing she then realised there was dust on the air vents

Good sized room, very comfortable bed, very good location and easy access to the city. Good restaurant. Pleasant decor.

Parking is at a nearby Wilson's carpark and is exorbitantly expensive, even with the small discount available to hotel guests. The carpark is not particularly close to the hotel and would be very inconvenient to guests with a lot of luggage. The included breakfast was not a full or continental breakfast but a choice of one main dish and one drink. I was expecting at least a continental style buffet or a full buffet breakfast.

Very clean and modern building with a luxury feel to it. Rooms were designed well and offered a very comfortable stay, while being so close to the Sydney CBD accessed via the metro station.

The room always had an odd smell upon entering it and smelt a bit like sewage. Although after a while of staying in the room, we got used to the smell. Another slight inconvenience we found is that the entry to the hotel closest to the Metro station is not accessible after hours with a swipe card, so we had to walk around the building to the other entry to gain access. It would be nice if both entries were accessible by swipe card at all hours.
