Very clean modern room with comfortable bed.
Travelling with a car is very adventurous with overkeen parking wardens, high prices and no hotel own parking. Room light switching is also peculiar with only one switch position at the entrance for all lights. Internet very slow and weak

I loved how helpful and friendly the staff were, our 3 night stay was amazing the room was exactly what we wanted the bed was amazing!!! Perfect for a cuddly weekend away with the hubby. Shower a great size, I was honestly worried because of some of the reviews but I found my stay next level, so old Karen probably didn't like her towels weren't folded right. Loved that we came back to our room the next night to a freshly made bed and house keeping done I didn't expect that. So so so many places to get food and coffee around and a Coles and also like right there on the corner. Do yourself a favour and stay we had a great time and will be back again for a get away from the kids. Feel free to give me a discount or free nights stay citadines and I'll keep promoting how great you really are to stay at lol
Only thing was the kettle and remote was dusty but come on if that's the worst thing about the place your winning.

Location and amenities service, beds comfy. Staff let us use bag storage on our last day to explore city before night flight and use gym showers upon our return as it was a 35c day, big thanks. Front desk staff were very helpful.
Took a whole for house keeping to bring up towels, after 3 calls, front desk ended up personally bringing them up. Dinner service was a little slow, chefs (2) seemed under the pump low on staff? Tuesday dinner 21st Jan. 4 foh also seemed a little stressed. Took an hour for mains to come out, and lettuce side was missing pickeled onions. Weren't in any hurry though.

location was great as i was so close to where Ineeded to go
i went out to find food every evening even though I would have preferred to eat at Citidine - too expensive and meals too 'fancy' when you're away for work. I'd like to suggest room service/ restaurant meals that reflect more like 'ordinary' meals. Whilst I appreciate it's not a pub cheaper meal along the lines of 'pub food' would create more money for you as people more likely would eat at Citidine. Hated ++ the cups to drink tea/coffee out of - that's the sort of cheap stuff you take away camping and nothing stays how. Think of it, cups for camping to drink out of so having 'pub/traditional' shouldn't be van issue.

That’s staff were very welcoming and helpful, as soon as we got there a member of staff came out to welcome us and help bring all our luggage to the reception, we had fresh towels the next day without having to ask which is amazing
The only things we didn’t like was the lighting in the bathroom, being a girls lighting is essential especially when getting ready, couldn’t find any PowerPoints in the bathroom so we had to dry our hair on the table in front of the bed, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the hot/cold air, weren’t even sure if it could even be turned of due to my friend having bad hayfeaver and sneezing/coughing she then realised there was dust on the air vents

Very clean and modern building with a luxury feel to it. Rooms were designed well and offered a very comfortable stay, while being so close to the Sydney CBD accessed via the metro station.
The room always had an odd smell upon entering it and smelt a bit like sewage. Although after a while of staying in the room, we got used to the smell. Another slight inconvenience we found is that the entry to the hotel closest to the Metro station is not accessible after hours with a swipe card, so we had to walk around the building to the other entry to gain access. It would be nice if both entries were accessible by swipe card at all hours.

The property was an easy walk from the train station and required a little looking to find as it has multiple entrances. It was located high up and the view was of offices opposite, but was quiet and comfortable. I appreciated the quietness of the room and the whole floor in general. The furnishings were pleasant to use and i particularly liked the bed which was one of the better ones I have slept in.
I did find the room a little dark, especially with the colour scheme, and the overcast days did not help either. Brighter lights and more of them would have helped with the ambience, but otherwise I have no complaints as the darkness probably contributed to better sleep. Some drawers in the closet to store clothes would also be good.

I would have given hotel an excellent rating BUT we booked a room with 2 beds and upon arrival were given a room with a king bed. No worries thankfully we were moved to another room #810. The toilet in this room kept on blocking. When we tried to advise the reception, no one answered. When we went to check out we advised front reception to be told it had happened before a number of times which is disappointing. Other than that, all staff members were really lovely and location in North Sydney is great. Metro station a short walk and lots of open coffee shops on a Sunday morning. Just avoid room 810.

Beautiful modern room with a large comfy bed. You will get a lift to the foyer area to check in. There is a pub next door for a meal. The staff were very friendly and professional. Great location for business travellers or those travelling light.
Agree with other reviews - the bathroom was very dark and didn't have a powerpoint. No parking on site, and the parking lot next door was closed, so we had to park over a block away and trudge our luggage back to the room. Not the hotel's fault of course, and staff did actually offer to help a tired pair of oldies :) But definitely need to be aware that if you have a lot of luggage or are travelling with children you will need to consider the logistics/extra cost. Consider booking parking ahead of your stay to save a few $

Location is perfect, walking distance to metro and Milsons Pt ferry terminal and Luna Park where a stroll along the river is scenic. Quiet street at night with breeze due to close distance to seaside. Clean room and comfortable beds and lounge bench.
I asked the receptionist about free parking on the street outside the hotel during public holiday. Unfortunately he wasn’t sure about it. I would have thought as the hotel does not provide car park facility they would then need to know the off street parking rules to guide their guests. Something to improve.
