The location was very central and the view was superb. Staff was friendly and accommodating, will stay again. Really appreciated the included parking space.

The sofa bed wasn’t made up for our children or even the extra sheets were not in the apartment at check in. We had to ask the receptionist for the extra sheets and we made our own sofa bed. The kitchen light was dim & flickering so we kept it off during our stay so as not to hurt our eyes.

Located right on the edge of Kirribilli and Milsons Point, this apartment offers a fantastic base for exploring Sydney. Enjoy stunning balcony views, a modern and well-equipped small kitchen, plus the added convenience of a washer and dryer. You'll be spoiled for choice with excellent restaurants and cafés just a short walk aw ay. With both the ferry and train station almost at your doorstep, getting around the city couldn't be easier.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and dirty. Could be more attention to cleanliness - especially glassware and cutlery.. Lack of toiletries in bathroom

The apartment is located near Milsons Point train station. This was very convenient. There were some restaurants in the area and an IGA store nearby. The studio apartment was small, but it had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s a comfortable apartment with a nice pool. We enjoyed the Kirribilli Markets across the road, and my daughter enjoyed Luna Park down the street.

The bathroom was very narrow. There was a metal door stopper on the floor, which was inconveniently located. A plastic door stopper on the bottom of the door would have been a better option. There was a bath/shower, with a shower curtain - I didn’t like this. I was also upset not to have any towel rails or hooks to hang up the towels or clothing when showering. I was happy to have a balcony to hang out our wet laundry, but it faced a wall. We had a water view from the side. The towels weren’t very clean. There were some stains on them.

The 1 bedroom apartment I booked was excellent. Furniture was clean, all linen supplied and good quality, comfy pillows. A mini- Uh milk, and single serve coffees/sugar were available on check-in. The male staff member who was doing after hours check-ins on the Friday night (K####, redacted for privacy) was fantastic. Friendly, hospitable, went above and beyond what I expected when doing an after hours check in. The location is absolutely fantastic. Less than 5 minutes walk to the ferry & train station (with a small child no less), an IGA and cafes within 60 seconds walk. The pool was excellent, didn't try the gym ( I forgot they had one and didn't take gym clothes). Considering the location I expected the interior to be noisy, but was more than pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case. Oh, and free garaged parking is included.

Ridiculous as it sounds, all the tiles through the building are incredibly slippery. This includes the entry foyer, pool and walkways.

I loved this apartment, beautiful bay views could be seen from the balcony and room. The apartment was very clean and cooking utensils in the kitchen were very complete. The location could be easily accessible to trains, buses and ferries to go to the city center. Milson Point Station was very close only 4 minutes from the apartment on foot. Mini Market and Food Court were very close. Staff Jo Anne was very friendly and helped me a lot, I was very grateful to her. Highly recommend apartment

There was no liquid soap

Staff were just amazing. The room was huge with a full kitchen. It's 100% to me to pay extra for a habour view. The one lady at reception went over and above I feel for us.

Wasn't the fault of staff, but the only thing that really disappointed me was No Channel 7 at all. Apparently, due to the weather a few days ago with Arial. Only because I went on Home and Away tour that day, and was a triple episode I tried to watch on my ipad. Other than that, I 110% would stay again.

The view from the room was amazing. It's close to the station so you can easily take the train, but it's also close to the Harbour Bridge so you can walk across it - it was a great location. The staff were very kind and we had no problems during our stay. Thank you very much.n

Since it's been around for quite some time, there are some areas that are a little damaged, but it hasn't caused any particular problems.

this was the perfect location for us, out of the hustle and bustle a little. we had tickets to 2 shows in one day, one at the opera house and one at the Sydney theatre company theatre at circular quay. this was an incredibly smooth journey on the ferry for us. on our second day we also used an Uber back across the bridge very easily and then caught the train home. we have previous stayed in several other locations on the main side of town and on each occasion it has been way more inconvenient to get to things at the Circular Quay end of town. I’d also like to say that the young man whose job it was to let us in after hours couldn’t have been nicer. sorry I forgot your name but you were great.

The artwork on the wall was pretty faded and lame and it could have done with some funky second-hand items from an op shop to give it a hit of character, but that’s obviously just being picky.

The location is the best about this property, and the open view facing Lavender Bay is the best part of the apartment. We stayed in a one bedroom which is very spacious and bright.

The experience depends on which unit we stayed which can vary greatly. The other unit we stayed before we move was dated and not as good with the view. The biggest dislike was that kitchen utensils were dirty still with stain and grease on the pans. Definitely need to upgrade on the cleaning.

Parking included in the room rate. Quiet room. Friendly reception team. The property has a washing machine.

The room is incredibly dated. Everything needs an overhaul. One bed side light didn’t work, some of the down light globes had blown. The carpet is thin in places. The fold out sofa’s stuffing was apparent. There were brown marks on the curtains in the lounge and one of the tassel hooks was broken to pin back the curtains. Cutlery and crockery was mismatching with some crockery chipped. There were dirty marks on walls and doors. When I first turned on the shower the shower head came off, easy fix. There were items there from the previous guests. Everything’s needs some love and cleaners need correct training.
