We arrived and was delighted with The Vibe. There were 6 of us ladies staying for one night as we were catching up with friends. 3 stayed in each room. Floor eleven rooms 31 and 33. The 2 ladies who slept on the single bed/sofa said that they felt it was a little uncomfortable, but sleep able in any case. When we arrived out rooms were not ready but the staff were kind enough to take our bags and place in storage as we were headed to the rocks for lunch. When we returned in the evening it was no problem for us to get our bags to head to our room. We all said we would absolutely book The Vibe again. Thankyou

Everything. Close to metro station, very clean, friendly staff making our stay enjoyable and comfortable, food court downstairs and Woolworth mini mart for basic essentials. Thank you for your welcoming hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing not to like except maybe have a saucer or a side plate or two in the room. We bought food to eat in the room but there were no plates for us to use. It will be nice to have just one or two. The food came with utensils, so worries about the utensils. Apart from that, no complaints from us. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel looked brand new! Everything worked, clean and modern.

Check-in was 3 pm, but my room was not ready when i arrived at 3.40pm. The final checks didn't take too long, waited, and additional.10mins, got to my room 3.55pm. Now checkout was 11am. When I asked for an extra hour as I was going to have a late night, they agreed to the extra hour, but it would cost me $40. Maybe a little bit more customer service, and if a guest can be accommodating when checking in, the hotel should maybe be the same. Otherwise, great stay!

Very comfortable bed and nice and dark!

Seems to be trend in hotels and this one was no exception to have no appropriate lighting for applying makeup. Not sure why bathrooms need to be so dark. Another odd trend is not having a doona cover, just a sheet which inevitably gets tangled and lost during the night so you’re just covered by the doona directly. Seems super unhygienic. Also, location is good except North Sydney seems to shutdown on weekends. The hotel is on top of a food court but none of the places were open!

Room was very clean and posh. They were huge and beds were so comfortable. The pillows were too soft but foam pillow combinations would have been better for those who need variations from feather pillows.

1. Would have liked to have a microwave oven for heating up, it was a pain not able to heat up our foods or milk. 2. The pool did not look appealing as there was lime deposit all over the steps and looked ugly. 3. There was no shade or umbrellas at the pool as the sun was too hot by 10am till late evening. 4. Need clear markings for the depth for safety as there were no coloured tiles to indicate the depth variation. This is important as the pool is small and one can easily end up on the deeper side.

Room was clean & comfortable, liked that the car park was downstairs and reasonable rates, Metro was across the road and 3 minutes to Barangaroo & 6 to Gadigal stn in the city for shows etc. Late at night Metro was very safe lots of security around and only a 10 minute wait between trains. We always eat lunch at The Firehouse which was only a few minutes walk. St Leonards park was only a short walk away so easy to catch up with family who had children so they could run and play.Also liked the coffee machine that also dispensed hot water.

Bathroom lighting was very low, very hard to fill water for coffee machine, not enough sugar & coffee in room. Lounge chair felt like springs were going.

These apartments are probably the nicest ones I’ve stayed in in a long time and I do a lot of 3 to 4 night stays in Brisbane both bedrooms head ensuite and if you get above the 20th floors the views are amazing. The windows could actually be opened right up so you can get the feeling of being on a balcony as well.

The one thing I would say is that the doors don’t lock automatically and they use a key so when you close the door, make sure you use the key and lock it. See view pic

Very friendly staff on the reception desk. We had a very nice room with a very comfortable bed. Very good shower. Green tea is supplied which was great. There is a bus very close by that goes straight to the city or further up Miller Street which was handy for us. The hotel supplied us with umbrellas on the day that it rained.

We weren't told about the wifi and there was nowhere in the room that gave instructions. I guess we could have called reception and asked. One night we were woken by voices down on the ground floor in the courtyard - the sound carries and is very loud. But the other nights were fine.

The location was amazing, we came down for my husband’s cancer surgery the next day and wanted to have a nice night beforehand. The room was large and quiet. The bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in. Pillows were a bit soft but nothing changed my views on how comfy it was. It’s a shame check in was at 3 cause as we had to leave at 5.30am we didn’t get to enjoy the room a lot. Highly recommend!

It was cold the air con was not on when we arrived and it took awhile to warm the room up, unfortunately the outdoor pool was just down the corridor and someone kept opening the door so the gusting wind kept flowing down the corridor into the rooms, but once we got the air con right we were ok. Pillows were soft but ok.

Room was spacious, bed was so comfy, AC was great. Great location, within walking distance of a bus stop (15min to Darling Harbour) as well as a shopping centre and metro station. Staff were so, so lovely. Sadly because of the weather I couldn't use the pool, but it looked fantastic.

Check-in took a long time as there was only one person at reception and the queue got long. However, the staff serving me were so nice and friendly I couldn't fault them. The toilet flush button was broken, luckily it happened on the last night. One of the bathroom towels had hair on it before I arrived and didn't seem washed.
