I told them I was gonna do a late check in and late checkout. They're very accommodating. And Will (the staff that welcomed us) was also helping us carry our bag as well.

I think the hotel didn't inform the cleaners that we're gonna do a late checkout. So she woke us up at 9.45 am and even after I told her that I am gonna do a late checkout at 12 and already told the hotel, she still knocks multiple times and the last time she said she's been waiting with an unpleasant expression, like it was our fault.. It was really uncomfortable for us because we're not well rested due to that. Oh and the reading lamp wasn't working as well. Kindly check that please thank you

Its close to the sydney cbd. Also the hotel have parking space at the back which is hard to find near the city. Public transportation is also available just outside of the hotel. Plus different restaurants and convenient stores available outside.

The shared facilities are hard to maintain cleanliness since lots of people use it. Dont expect too much. Need more light in the room. You get what you paid for, but this is definitely a good deal.

We ended up staying here for 2 weeks. Even though the accommodation is located on top of a pub it felt private and never had any noise issues. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Always kept clean. Shared bathroom/toilet but was modern and always kept clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great family room with on site parking. The staff were really friendly and the pub downstairs is nice for a meal, as is the roof top terrace. Bathrooms are shared which worked fine but is the only reason I'm not giving the place 10 out of 10. Everything was clean, including the shared bathroom. I'd definitely stay again.

It's a great place, bathrooms are shared which is not ideal for families but worked well enough.

Size of the room. Location. Reasonably quiet for a hotel. Good showers. Clean. Safe. Good security. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Windows that opened. Easy access to city with public transport.

Stairs with heavy luggage. Noisy doors if neighbors let them slam. Toilets too small. Lighting not good for reading

Staff were extremely hospitable! Great bar/restaurant down the bottom had multiple great meals ! Nice large room!

Bathrooms could have been slightly cleaner. Fridge might have been nice in the room as kitchen had a bit of a funny smell.

Great place, Nice location and very near to food shops , cafe and just walk across to the bus pickup point. Very accessible and convinient if you have plans to go straight to CBD area and vice versa back to hotel thru bus #120.

The big room with 3 beds should have 2 aircond separately. The washing machine door panel need to fix or at least put some notes thai it will requires to manually open the door.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. It was very accessible on the Bus route and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were really clean and quite big. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. The location of the pub hotel was perfect with coffee shops across the street, a dive shop just up the road and free parking nearby. I really liked the rooftop beer garden too - I would definitely stay at this venue again. Perfect

Nice facilities, beautiful timber work and stained glass in the hotel, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable linen, sufficient towels for all guests, great communal facilities (outdoor eating areas, kitchen, washing machine), easy and quick check-out. Beautiful park behind the hotel.

No UHT milk portions in room service to make a cup of tea/coffee, no iron and ironing board in room, hard to find staff just after we left in the morning (we had accidentally left a mobile phone in the room and had a hard time finding staff to help us get back into the room), there was no room service (food) available despite a flyer in the room advertising room service, slight leak in bistro ceiling because some water dripped on us as we ate dinner.
