Convenient, near malls and eateries. 20 mins drive to city centre. Clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms unit is actually make up of 1 executive studio and 1 studio room connected.

Some nights the room just smell of food, even we are not cooking. Not sure if is the ventilation issue. No view for 5 nights as we are facing the residence blocks. Bookings say need to reserve car park lot, however think that could be deleted as I tried messaging and write in, no reply at all. No issue of car park when there.

Good price and location. Rooms are big.

There was a machine running noise in one of my rooms every 30 minutes and lasted for several minutes each time and I couldn’t find the exact source of it. It sounds like from inside the ceiling or the wall between kitchen and bedroom. I called the receptionist to come and check it at the first night around 8pm when I noticed it, but nobody ended up to check so I just tried to get used to it in the following week.

The location was great for shops, restaurants and transport. Parking was usually free on street if you could get a space or use the hotel car park which you pay for. Staff members we came into contact with were excellent, friendly and helpful. All in all I would definitely return on my next trip to Sydney. Thank you Quest

The construction site opposite was a bit noisy during the day but didn't really affect us too much as we were out most of the time. The balcony was a great size to sit and eat breakfast and sometimes watch the building work

The location is great - walking distance to the shops and train station. Parking is available under the building for $25 a day (can go in and out as much as you like). Chatswood has two good size shopping centres in walking distance. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay, good size fridge & bench space and there are supermarkets walking distance to stock up on essentials. The one bedroom apartment is a good size for a couple - not big but much nicer than just having a hotel room. The balcony is nice to let some air in and check the temperature before going out! If your stay is longer, there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We were travelling with my elderly mum and they accommodated our request to be on the same floor (but there is no guarantee as they allocate rooms just before arrival).

The apartment layout is such that the bathroom is not near the bedroom - just a minor inconvenience in the middle of the night. The bath in our apartment had some horrible stains on it - some resurfacing is needed! A brighter light over the bathroom mirror would be helpful. The kitchen cupboards where the plates and mugs are stored are quite high - not a problem for me as I am tall, but my mum in her own apartment could not reach and needed me to get things down for her. Some apartments have just a shower, some have a shower over a bath - request what you prefer if you have access issues.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. 15 mins before reception closed at 11pm, someone answered the phone. We really appreciated this. Loved the spacious executive suite with cooking facilities, eg pots and pans; and washing machine. Great for our 5 night stay.

I found that the cups and saucers, drinking glasses were placed too high. Prefer they were bench height.

Nice room, clean and tidy, very close to all amenities, shops, etc

The overhead fan over the cooktop would not turn off so we had to listen to it the whole time. We were told that it is due to the fact that the fire alarm is connected to the hospital and that's why we can't turn the fan off. If you have the air conditioning on you may not hear it anyway but if the air conditioning is not on you will be hearing it. It would bother some people and not others.

The location, the entrance and reception all very modern and inviting. The front of staff were excellent and the room service was also very good. Easy access from reception to the rooms, lifts were clean and efficient and also good access to the parking.

Bed / mattress was a bit old and lumpy Also the extractor fan in the kitchen unit was on all the time and could not been turned off, so a bit noisy.

Location, clean bright modern feel. Excellent kitchen and bathroom including washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. Full sets of manchester, crockery and cutlery needs

Entry doors to rooms had very strong return springs and no method to keep them closed, which made it awkward to move luggage in and out. Entry door to 805ab could not be locked making access to 805a and805b insecure when in residence and wanting to keep the entry doors to them open for easy access between them. Had to stuff vanity basin plugs with tissues to fill for shaving. Dimmers on ceiling lights would be good.

The location to the train station and shopping/dining was excellent. Very close to family who live in Willoughby. Room was very clean and quiet. Adequate facilities in the room. I didn't hear any noise from any neighbouring rooms. We had two rooms and were put on the same floor level which was convenient.
