The location was great for shops, restaurants and transport. Parking was usually free on street if you could get a space or use the hotel car park which you pay for. Staff members we came into contact with were excellent, friendly and helpful. All in all I would definitely return on my next trip to Sydney. Thank you Quest

The construction site opposite was a bit noisy during the day but didn't really affect us too much as we were out most of the time. The balcony was a great size to sit and eat breakfast and sometimes watch the building work

The location is great - walking distance to the shops and train station. Parking is available under the building for $25 a day (can go in and out as much as you like). Chatswood has two good size shopping centres in walking distance. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay, good size fridge & bench space and there are supermarkets walking distance to stock up on essentials. The one bedroom apartment is a good size for a couple - not big but much nicer than just having a hotel room. The balcony is nice to let some air in and check the temperature before going out! If your stay is longer, there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We were travelling with my elderly mum and they accommodated our request to be on the same floor (but there is no guarantee as they allocate rooms just before arrival).

The apartment layout is such that the bathroom is not near the bedroom - just a minor inconvenience in the middle of the night. The bath in our apartment had some horrible stains on it - some resurfacing is needed! A brighter light over the bathroom mirror would be helpful. The kitchen cupboards where the plates and mugs are stored are quite high - not a problem for me as I am tall, but my mum in her own apartment could not reach and needed me to get things down for her. Some apartments have just a shower, some have a shower over a bath - request what you prefer if you have access issues.

Nice room, clean and tidy, very close to all amenities, shops, etc

The overhead fan over the cooktop would not turn off so we had to listen to it the whole time. We were told that it is due to the fact that the fire alarm is connected to the hospital and that's why we can't turn the fan off. If you have the air conditioning on you may not hear it anyway but if the air conditioning is not on you will be hearing it. It would bother some people and not others.

The location, the entrance and reception all very modern and inviting. The front of staff were excellent and the room service was also very good. Easy access from reception to the rooms, lifts were clean and efficient and also good access to the parking.

Bed / mattress was a bit old and lumpy Also the extractor fan in the kitchen unit was on all the time and could not been turned off, so a bit noisy.

Location, clean bright modern feel. Excellent kitchen and bathroom including washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. Full sets of manchester, crockery and cutlery needs

Entry doors to rooms had very strong return springs and no method to keep them closed, which made it awkward to move luggage in and out. Entry door to 805ab could not be locked making access to 805a and805b insecure when in residence and wanting to keep the entry doors to them open for easy access between them. Had to stuff vanity basin plugs with tissues to fill for shaving. Dimmers on ceiling lights would be good.

The location is fantastic as it is across the road from Westfield and a short 6-minute walk to the train and Metro station which is on one of the main lines for both central and north travel. We parked our car in the secure basement where it stayed for the entire time. There are plenty of food and entertainment choices nearby. Will use this accommodation again. Thank you Quest Chatswood.

Fede, the staff member, was so amazingly helpful and friendly! She was also very kind as we were staying there for a funeral nearby. The property is very centrally located to the Centre of Chatswood and just about 8 min walk from the station so as we were arriving and departing by train from/to airport, it was so convenient. Good blackout curtains and comfy bed and good shower :)

The room was very modernly decorated and clean. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were adequately provided and new. The fridge, oven and stove were high quality Fisher & Paykel products and very new. The staff from reception to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. They take cleanliness very seriously as cleaning is performed almost every day of the week. The icing on the cake is it's superbly located at the heart of Chatswood and well-served being within few minutes' walking distance from Westfield, Chatswood Chase and a host of great restaurants.

Bed was too soft for our liking.

This property is conveniently close to a supermarket (probably 5 minutes by foot) . This property is also closely connected to a fair range of eateries in Chatswood - which although not as diverse as core Sydney (15 minutes by train) should satisfy most. Street markets close by at Victoria Ave (pedestrianised) on Fridays + weekends help food options.

Although well located, the property is still a max 5 to 10 minute walk to the station (partly sheltered , gentle uphill) - but you can navigate this by going through the mall and exiting at the far end at the pedestrianised zone. The property is still slightly soul-less (no attached bistro for a quick coffee etc) and feels very "structured" - and can be a little boring on a downday.

Pillows were a bit hard. Also we were given an 11 am extended checkout but at 10 am people were knocking on the door. Then at 10.30 the phone rang from reception saying we need to get out of the room and we explained we had been given a late check out , then at 10.45 a guy burst through the door. So process failure here and very annoying
