Our garden room was beautifully appointed with a private sitting area among the flowering bushes. Everything was supplied, even a Nespresso machine! Our host, Helen, was super friendly and helpful. She directed us to a great Indian /Nepalese Restaurant within walking distance at Hunters Hill. We had a table overlooking the river with gorgeous views.

We're not used to city road noises but you can't avoid that in Sydney!

My partner and I really loved this accommodation. It was so pretty. It was very comfortable & clean. I forgot to take photos, sorry. We will definitely stay here again. The directions we were lost. Owners need to mention the directions in the confirmation email. We drove around & around for half an hour. It's on the Burns Bay Rd highway up a very, very steep driveway, so take care... Bec ❤️

Great communication from host, well appointed room, very cosy and comfortable. Very close to Royal North Shore hospital, so very convenient. Nearby to the water, would have loved more time to explore.

My husband felt the space was quite small, but if you are only sleeping there or spending small amount of time there, it isn’t a problem.

The personal and hospitable service of the host went above and beyond what you expect in the hospitality industry. The host really made you feel welcome and nothing was a bother. A personal offer of an early morning call was reassuring.

The parking was crowded and a bit awkward. But, that didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Chris was an excellent host. Kindly offering help with luggage and shopping when we found ourselves unexpectedly without our car. Very comfortable bed and good attention to detail in facilities provided.

Heat lamps in the shower. Heated electric mattress topper - all great for winter. Mini fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle made eating cheaply easy. Good location for visiting lane Cove and hunters Hill. Owners were great. Bus stop right outside.

Driveway into the property was very steep with unsteady paved bricks. I didn't drive to the property but would feel nervous doing so.

Was lovely and very private . Directions to get there were very good and the room was very well equipped. My partner and myself enjoyed our one night stay very much.

Lovely private setting with pretty courtyard garden outlook. Very convenient for bus right outside property. Nice waterfront walks nearby. Hosts really lovely and accommodating. The electric blanket was welcome on our cold nights stay in August.

We are elderly and with mobility issues so a steep driveway was a challenge but this is clearly identified in the property description. A grab rail for access/egress from a raised tiled shower recess would have been welcome. Location suited our visit purpose very well but being from interstate we had no car and whilst it was only a twenty minute walks to shops and restaurants it was a bit too far for us and again this was purely down to our circumstances.

Great location at a great price. Bed was super comfy and we slept wonderfully. Chris and Helen were wonderful hosts.

Water pressure in the showers was quite low. There was a slightly stale smell at times, as if there might have been some old water damage.

Location was great for my needs on this particular occasion. Room was comfortable, bed was large, and shower was roomy. Hosts were friendly and accommodating>
