The hotel is beautiful and has quite a grand feel about it, it was a short visit so l didn’t get to use the other facilities ie restaurant/gym etc as l intended, as l was away from the hotel for most of my stay. The room was very clean and bed comfortable, there is all the convenient appliances available in the room eg mini bar, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, minus a sewing kit (unfortunately l needed one at the time). Location: quiet, it’s not close to shops etc if you want to go shopping/restaurants etc, but for me, the location suited me perfectly.

Appreciate the late check in, but had minor issues with lift and room entry (the cards didn’t work), so l had to go back to reception to sorted - was tired, but grateful to finally get into the room.

The location to the train station was perfect only a 5 minute drive, this was very convenient as we were going to a concert. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and out, our view was lovely we got to over look the race course

It was a bit expensive especially the food, not a lot of options on the menu, aircon was weird couldn't get it to just stay on cold all night could only do auto cold which meant the fan speed went up and down. One of the plugs in our room wasn't working which was annoying but we managed

The beds were beautifully comfy, the shower was amazing and the complimentary body wash smelled incredible! Foxtel on the TV was nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful! Dinner at the restaurant was genuinely one of the nicest dinners I've had in my life.

TV remote has a terrible range - i couldnt sit in the bed and flick through the channels you had to sit on the edge of the bed for it to register what was being pressed. wish the fridge in the room could get colder as it was just chilled drinks rather than cold.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and provided with an easy check in. Our room was beautiful, big and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Room temperature was nice without needing to use heating or cooling. The view of the race track home straight was good even on an angle. Watching morning track work as the sun rose was fun.

I'm not a fan of bathrooms without doors. The toilet and shower had frosted glass doors which meant no privacy when using them because the bathroom did not have another door between it and the bed which was right beside the bathroom.

Hotel and gardens looked amazing! Beautifully themed with lots of common areas to enjoy both indoors and outdoors including an amazing roof top pool! The view from the room looked over the beautifully manicured racetrack and horse stables. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

My bed and the food! Although the bed was beautifully made with crisp sheets and fluffy pillows, my mattress seemed & felt old with a big sag in the middle so it was difficult to get comfortable and affected my back. The food was also disappointing. Rather limited choice (I did not have the breakfast buffet) and also my dinner was served cold and with elements missing. I did send it back and it was remade and served warmish with different elements missing! I gave up at that point.

The bed was probably the comfiest bed we've slept in at a hotel. I love how big the pillows are. The view is amazing from the window. Very clean hotel. We ordered some room service and wow the portions were bigger than we thought. A bit pricey but if you're looking to just stay in and have a delicious meal, I'd recommend it. The burger was a highlight. A smokey flavour and looked fantastic. All the food we had was amazing. Staff were very friendly.

We were a tad disappointed by the tesla charger. First night was awesome, the receptionist let us use the one in the basement. Was easy to get to and find. Very secure and no issues there. However, the second night, they told us to use the one near the barn. Which was quite hard to find at nighttime so we tried again the next day. Its in a bit of an awkward spot. There's a sign that says no parking ironically and a row of 40 bins. So it was hard to park it there and remove the car afterwards. My fiance and I were a bit put off afterwards

Great hotel ambience, very quiet and lovely touch of detail. Appreciated the availability of an EV station. Would be a but more ideal to set it up at a well lighted location. And closer to the car park. Gym facilities good enough, everything works and is available. Overall, enjoyed my 3 day stay. Wl certainly bring the family in summer and enjoy the pool facilities on L9

Small gliche with room service as towels weren't changed but on request, room was fully serviced on returning end of day.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and safe if you are travelling alone. The location is convenient and very easy to find, there’s plenty of complimentary parking for guests, check in with the friendly staff is quick and easy and express checkout is available for guests leaving early.

Nothing. The only downside to my stay was having to leave early so I didn’t have time to check out the hotel’s facilities like I wanted to. I definitely will next time though.

I've stayed here several times this year, and it will continue to be my preferred hotel when staying in the Sydney area. There is a train station a kilometer away which enables travel to other metro areas or the city itself in about an hour. The rooftop pool is very much appreciated on a warm day, or to watch the sunset (or adjacent horse racetrack). Food in breakfast buffet is adequate, and the evening meals are of a high standard. Great staff and attentive service.

I didn't have any coffee sachets in the minibar area. Must have been overlooked on restocking, but I just waited until I went to breakfast for a barista made coffee.

Accommodation was lovely, and we did overlook the racecourse. The bar was nice when we returned from Sydney centre. The staff were helpful. The food was nice.

I found the restaurant a little confusing and chaotic. To sum up, I think communication could have been better about the process of self-serve or waitress service. The hotel was too far from Sydney centre, as it was an hour and half journey into the centre, which we hadn't realised when booking. However, the train station wasn't too far to walk to for train into centre.
