HI we have not stay as when we arrived and then they would like us sign the agreement to deduct $500 if any damage they found without provide photos etc and we said we are uncomfortable. the staff said in that case that it is not to check in and they will do refund to us. They also said it is normally not fund and for this they are able to do refund. However they asked us to let the bookings know first. Then the bookings will contact them, when the bookings contact them, they said no. I appreciate if somebody can provide the refund as you promise and you can check your own CCTV. I hope you can answer this question and I put 4 out of 10 as I have not be able to live there but the staff was friendly and the manager michael also great. However I need the refund. hope you remember

Service from staff excellent. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink, bottled spring water and fortune cookies. Free use of laundry with washing machine and dryer is helpful. Not much steps to climb, especially if you enter on the accommodation side. Pub and restaurant on site. This hotel fits the expected public standards.

In future they may replace the carpet tiles and install ramps for wheelchair and heavy luggage access

The room was small but comfortable. Being part of the hotel gave us the option to have dinner there. They serviced the room which we didn't expect. Nice to come back find the room all clean.

No cold water in bathroom basin. Hot was ok, obviously something wrong with mixer.

Manager was very nice an helpful , also get complimentary drinks . Very close to bistro an public bar an beer garden which was great .

Nothing to complain about , cleaners were quick an good . Wasn't noisy at night . Nothing negative to report .

Bed was excellent most comfortable bed I have stayed in a long time, air con was on as the day was quite hot so it was lovely I could cool down straight away.

There were fireworks begin set off in the parking lost I thought they were gunshots

Wifi offered was free pubwifi and not sure if that was able to be got into by others. All good. I used my HotSpot off my Phone to connect. Thank you.

A couple of small cockroaches around the back of the fridge and in the waste basket.

Amazing staff & Cleaner Garry was our highlight of our stay!!! also the bistro was amazing

Easy check-in. The motel section is right next to the pub with an excess door between the two. It is very easy to walk between the both and I love the fact that I don't have to travel to find a place to eat

Close to everything we needed and more. Big room, cold aircon, good water pressure, the pizzas were great too.

We would have liked facilities for all guests (3 in total) 1. Drinking glasses for each guest (there were none) 2. The bottled water was a nice touch but only two 3. Coffee cup for each guest (there were 2) 4. Face washers 5. Chrome cast TV

Family room is very big. Bathroom also large and excellent water pressure in the shower. Bistro at the hotel was handy with delicious meals. Parking was easy.
