Friendly check-in staff. Affordable rate. Clean room, bed and shared facilities. Air conditioning in room. Very comfortable bed. Electric kettle, desk and coat hangers. Helpful housekeeping staff.

Head lamp just above pillows was thick with dust. Iron did not work to iron piece of clothing. Could not collapse ironing board once put up. Had to leave it standing. Cockroaches in room and shower facility. Lane way which leads from parking lot to hotel is putrid with foul smell due to a constant flow of water coming from a cool room refrigeration unit. Had to lift luggage and take wide steps over dirty water. Heard rats or possums running through the ceiling each day.

Generally great. As good as can be expected for a budget option. The greeter/accommodation guy was great, the privacy was great the ability to access from the outside without going through hotel was great, liked the view of the Main Street, spacious bathroom. Likes the proximity to many good food choices.

Location on the main street with all the revheads making a racket at every hour of the night was a bit of a pain. Bathroom appearance is maybe the most distracting thing but otherwise the whole picture was wonderful. Thanks

Nothing to complaint big. Just minor which even 5 star hotel will have. Considering its price its a great place. Nice restuarants around the hotel. Very nice area safe. Coles is just blink away from hotel. Mattresses were too soft for us. Some people like such mattresses but we preferred bit stable not so soft.

Staff were really amazing. So friendly and accommodating.very relaxed vibes in the hotel felt right at home. For the price it is really really better than you would expect. Rooms look exactly like the pictures.the shared bathroom was fairly clean if a little dated but again can't complain for the price.the bed was a 9/10 on one side and a 2/10 on the other for some reason but I got the good side so 😂

Look it's not the hotels fault that citizens of greenacre love to reenact the fast and the furious from the hours of 6pm onwards hahha

It was quiet and the room was very clean. When I couldn't get the light over the bed on, they checked it immediately. When I had car trouble, they helped me solve it.

The soap dish in the woman's shower needed cleaning. All rooms are on the second floor (up 21 steps), so if you don't like stairs, it is a problem.

Comfy bed, big room, clean and tidy. Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Good parking behind in public car park. Complimentary drink at the hotel was also a nice surprise.

Some maintenance needs attention. One main light in room not working, shared toilets had one door lock broken and the other toilet seat had fallen off.

the bed was extremely comfy and the staff were welcoming (Ivy and a young lady working alongside Ivy, stood out from the rest as they went above & beyond when needing assistance).

• the bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper (even after my mum asked them to add more); simultaneously the hotel had been completely booked out. • no information pamphlet/welcome package offered on arrival. • (my mum was disappointed that they had) no map with events/experiences happening in the local area • smart TV unable to even open YouTube • no food available at the pub • room set for one guest when 2 were booked (one chair, one water, etc)

Staff were welcoming. Came up to Sydney for a concert and one of the staff members offered advice on how to get around and how to save money which was really appreciated so thank you! (Can't remember the ladies name but she was lovely. Maybe had pink nails?)

Working in Sydney. Stayed at the palms and others not ever ever again . Greenacre 4 me in any stays in Sydney Working or pleasure

Having to go to work while staying there

It was a little confusing at first however the staff were super nice and we got the hang of how to use the cards pretty quickly. That was really the only scuffle in being perfect. 10/10 would recommend

It was a little hard to find where to check in and the communal bathrooms were a little bit of a shock but other than that it was great 10/10
