Our stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The standard room provided us with the necessary amenities while being away from home. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a functioning air conditioning unit. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, shampoo, and conditioner, and it was serviced daily, unlike some hotels. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site cafe, which offered great value for money, with perfectly cooked basic meals that were absolutely scrumptious!

Free parking was a massive plus, as was 24/7 reception for being able to arrive whenever but made me feel safe and supported if I needed anything. I really enjoyed the closeness to Burwood Chinatown as well as town hall. Both receptionist were great for my stay but I stayed an extra night after this and I really appreciated the kind female receptionist whose name I forgot to ask, my apologies. But she explained everything clearly, kindly and had really good customer rapport that I appreciated. I loved that there was a microwave in the room I moved.

In the next room and a previous stay, I was unaware there was no microwave. I think all rooms could use a microwave due to not always being able to go out or want cold food.

The facilities were excellent. The property is on the old Hume Hwy (Liverpool Road) in Burwood and it carries quite a bit of traffic at all hours of the day and night. The first room we were allocated on arrival faced on to Liverpool Road and noise from the passing traffic was very noticeable. We raised a concern about this but were initially told by the woman at Reception that there were no other rooms at that price level available. However, a few minutes later she advised us that she had found a suitable room towards the rear of the property. That turned out to be a very quiet room; we could not hear the traffic at all. As well, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also, we left a bag containing shoes in the room. When we realised this on the following night, we rang Comfort Inn and once more spoke to the same staff member. She was not able to leave her post at Reception at that time, but next morning rang back to say that she had found the bag and would arrange to have it posted to our home address. It arrived in the mail a few days later. The staff member who served us was extremely helpful to us and we are most grateful to her.

Great location, perfect for any activities in Burwood (Easy walk up Burwood road). The pillows are surprisingly comfortable. The parking was great, there were plenty of parks so if you’re driving don’t worry about not being able to get a park. I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s had everything I need.

Some rooms have beds on wheels which move when you sit on them, would be great to kit the rooms out with a microwave and some knives/folks which can come in handy for those who don’t like eating out. If you’re an older person some rooms have a bath/shower combo with a big step down so be aware.

Close to a few restaurants, IGA, bus to Burwood. Basement car park. 24 hour reception Rooms air conditioned but you can also open window if you want fresh air. Convenient breakfast

We were given a room with disability shower and bathroom. There is a problem with the slope of the floor causing the shower water to go over bathroom floor. Caution if you need to book this room. Staff happily moved us to another room.

The staff were great. They were extremely responsive prior to our travel and very friendly upon our arrival and during our short stay. The property was easy to find and in a good location with places to eat within walking distance. Cute little cafe downstairs for our morning coffee and the room provided everything we needed for our stay - could’ve even cooked a meal in the kitchenette with microwave and oven included. Would definitely visit again, thank you!

The apartment catered for very tall people. I was unable to access the entire second shelf in the kitchen cupboards and only the front items on the first shelf. Accessing the shower was extremely challenging and dangerous as I almost slipped while negotiating the height of the bathtub. A shower recess would have been much easier.

Our rooms were spacious and clean. Having parking onsite and easy to access was wonderful. The staff were friendly. We booked the accommodation because of it's location close to my son's home so that was great for us.

The sleeper in the sitting room kept moving apart so it was not comfortable to just sit on as a couch. More packing space in the bedrooms would be great - instead of the desk (there is one in the sitting room too), a chest of drawers would be wonderful. We didn't need to do much cooking but, if we had, it would have been a problem. For a four-sleeper, there was only one tiny pot - we were given a beautiful, new pot when we asked for one. Also, a new dish drying cloth each day of our stay would have been lovely, as well as a small brush and dustpan to sweep up the children's mess.

The room was quiet, away from the highway. The hotel was convenient and comfortable, a lovely Italian restaurant across the highway and a Thai restaurant and an Indian restaurant very close by.
