What a beautiful place!! Huge room, old fashioned furniture but really comfortable bed. And great shower even if it takes a while to get the hot water running. Clean, huge, quiet from outdoor noise, netted windows so you can sleep with open windows and no spiders or such will come in

Dark on arrival, no sign indicating that this is the hotel, nobody in the house and key on a table. Quite spooky when you travel alone. Annoying noise in the morning with slamming doors at 8am (after a long-distance flight) to check the doors for fire security.

Large airy room, with large pieces of furniture but a 1980s style bathroom. Bed was really comfortable and house is in a quiet residential street. Suited us for our trip to the Accor Stadium. WiFi was a bit hit and miss but once the manager had reset it worked. Only comment is that with such a large room some "corners" git forgotten, we think, in the cleaning routine which meant some dusty areas and sorry but please remember to clean tv controls, sticky door handles and corners in the bathroom.

The location...very leafy quiet street. lots of lovely places to eat close by. Beautiful old house. Dining room to sit & eat in & lounge room to relax in.

It is advertised as a BnB but there's no breakfast. There's also reviews commenting on a continental breakfast but there is none included. That was disappointing. Also the pillows had no protectors on them & one was a bit stained. I had requested rooms close together, our room was upstairs and all the way down the hall & our boys were downstairs.

Comfortable bed, large bedroom, quiet, convenient location. This is my second visit to this charming old world beauty.

Shared bathroom but it was convenient, clean and large with only a small number of people sharing.

The place was great, spacious, beds super comfortable, amenities perfect for what we paid. Location amazing, close to everything & yet quiet away from the noise of town. Easy book in & book out. Everything we required & are now planning our next visit, aswell as thinking of booking entire hotel for our next function,/birthday event! Highly recommend 👌

The location was ideal for my purposes. The hotel and surrounds has a lovely old world ambience while the room itself was spacious and comfortable enough. The facilities were a bit tired but very pleasant nonetheless.

I didn't love that I was assigned a room with accessible bathroom. I found that showering without the confines of an enclosed shower surround quite uncomfortable and messy. There was an issue with the tv remote not working. I.e. the power on/off didn't work, but the remote did work ok once powered on via TV screen to navigate channel selection and volume control. Split system AC unit appeared to be inoperable, but a provided space heater kept the room warm.

Loved the feel of the place, and the gentleman who looked after us was super kind and helpful. Even when our room key didn't work one night at 1am he was so kind even though we woke him up for assistance, he was super sweet and sorted it out for us straight away.

The shared bathroom, and especially shower, has seen better days. Plus the cleaning lady didn't know when we were checking out even though we told her 3 times (we stayed 3 nights) and each morning tried to do the check out clean in our room which was a little annoying. Plus our queen bed was 2 singles pushed together which during the night kept deciding to be 2 singles again haha

Really poor communication. I messaged them a few times through Booking and never hear anything back at all. The shared facilities are great but be aware that things kept in the shared fridge are fair game for other guests to help themselves. Would have been good to have an allocated space in the fridge or something like that as it was packed up with only a few guests shopping/food with no space for anyone else. No “ house rules” or anything and thus our food was consumed by others. The mini fridge in the room was great but too small to keep much.

The decor was gorgeous, the room itself was spacious. The beds were comfy. The Manager Andrew was very helpful and kind. The location was great for our needs. We both were able to park our cars even though it was a small area. I liked that there was a 2nd bathroom available for use on the same floor as our room.

It was a little confusing checking in as there isn't a reception desk or anyone to greet you. Andrew was contactable by phone and he was very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Great location, lovely old building with modern facilities. Cooking facilities available. We had a room with an ensuite which is preferable to a room without.

Room keys were found in an envelope on the hutch in the lounge. This is open to people accessing the wrong room (because they couldn't read), which is what happened to us. Better communication about the check in and check out process is needed. It is self-serve, which is OK as long as people do the right thing.
