We came to Sydney from Melb to watch the UFC. This was a Beautiful little apartment, straight across the road from the qudos bank arena where the event was held. The room was stylish, modern and clean with everything we needed for the stay in clouding a buffet breakfast. Large spa, balcony room, foxtel which was fantastic!, 2 TV’s, amazing staff that really looked after us. Amir on reception organised 5 star transportation from our room back to the airport on our last day. We were treated like royalty and everyone was lovely from reception, cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff. Would defently stay here again.
If I had to pick anything at all, it would be the continual pop-electronica playing in the restaurant which was on repeat. The restaurant itself was nice though and so were the staff. Also the Plastic kettle in the room (stainless steel kettle would be much preferred so the water doesn’t taste like plastic) It is far from the city and we went to the zoo so transport was expensive however we stayed here for a reason and that was so we were in walking distance to the ufc which was ideal! Bars and restaurants were all within walking distance and the little supermarket wasn’t to far away ether.

The room was a good size with a great view of Accor Stadium and other fields/stadiums/park land. We specifically stayed there because we were going to a concert at Qudos Bank Arena which was a very short walk. Also a short walk to the train station which was easy to navigate to all the major attractions of Sydney.
The original staff member who took our bags before we could officially check in as we arrived before 3pm. She was rude, not smiling, did not at all let us know anything about checking in or offering something to do until check in. Barely got a word out of her and felt most uncomfortable. Thankfully the staff member that checked us in was much, much friendlier and helpful and made us feel most welcome.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Accor Stadium. We were very touched by the delivery of a little plate of cakes and a note welcoming us to the hotel within our first hour of having checked in. Definitely exceeded the experiences I’ve had at other hotels. A wonderful stay.
The pipes under the sink might have been leaking. There seemed to be a lot of water underneath the bench after using the sink a few times.

The view from my balcony was awesome especially after the rainfall.
I was not informed about breakfast times & choices so ended up missing out on my included breakfast. Some new fridges would be good as I had to dig out overfrost so I could close my fridge door. For the price being paid & not being able to use your own HDMI devices in the TV is not cool. Overall tho the location is great the view was amazing and easy to commute to sea life aquarium & Taronga zoo which was great but some minor things with accommodation could be better 👍

Excellent location. The man at check-in was lovely, very polite, and friendly.
The bar staff were very rude and not welcoming. There were lots of dirty dishes left out of rooms on my floor that were not collected all day.

The softest bed I’ve ever slept in absolutely loved the bed, location was 10 mins drive to DFO Homebush my daughter was dancing at quay centre so it was only an 8min walk down to it so perfect location and a wonderful range of fresh breakfast every day we loved the pancake maker and fresh fruit range there breakfast $38 option includes a barista coffee
Parking even with my Accor plus discount was still $35 a night so over x3 nights that’s a lot if there is ever an option to reduce the parking cost down to maybe $15 a night would be much more reasonable

The location was perfect. After a long day at the Easter Show it was a real treat to walk into the Novotel and fall into bed instead of travelling home by public transport. The room was well designed and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was heavenly. We didn't feel like the full buffet breakfast the next morning so we were very happy we could order a la carte and get just what we wanted at a very reasonable price.
The water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

We liked it was so convenient to get to and from the stadium and theres a few little easy mart style of places close to get some drinks and nibbles for hotel room and a few good places too eat aswell.. Staff were good, room was clean and tvs easy to navigate.. The bath and spa was 10/10
The air conditioning didnt seem to work in the room.. We did work out if the windows are open you cant use the aircon but we had all windows shut and temp on 18–20 and didnt feel like it made much difference… But still had a great sleep either way

Location, location, location! It is so easy to get into the stadium for an event. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful, officiant, and professional. The buffet breakfast was great and affordable with the "kids eat free" arrangement. This was much appreciated.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was loaded with springs, which dug into your back. A mattress comforter or piece of foam on top could fix it, but it was not a good sleep.

I got a berry smoothie, pancakes and fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast after my first night and it was lovely! Having breakfast in the late morning with the light coming through the window with the city view in the distance was wonderful.
I don’t know if it was because the keycards are designed this way or if I just got a busted one; but at least one of my cards wouldn’t let me go to a different floor when I was trying to go and see my friend who was staying in another room. I kept getting stuck going up and down between floors until someone nice would swipe their card for me and press the right floor button. It happened to me more than twice, even when I used the other card. I was pretty confused.
