The hotel room was very clean, quiet and large. Good location, with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. at street level. From my room, I could see the CBD skyline in the distance, as well as North Sydney, St Leonards and Chatswood. The hotel is an easy walk to Burwood Station, making for rapid access to the CBD. I really appreciated the warm, friendly staff. Thank you so much!

I couldn't get coffee in the morning at the breakfast buffet because the coffee machine wasn't working. Coffee at breakfast-time is a must for me! But I expect this was a one-off issue. I had coffee in my room afterwards. I had trouble adjusting the aircon in my room - it seemed 'stuck' at one temperature and I couldn't alter it. It was a little warmer than I liked in the morning.

The location was amazing and parking was easy to find. The rooftop deck had amazing views and a bar. The Cafe downstairs served a quick and delicious breakfast.

The room was not what I expected.No carpet so didn't feel very comfortable. The room was huge, but no table in the room so this made it awkward when ordering in-room service for dinner as we had to sit on the beds to eat it. There were 4 chairs on the balcony and again no table outside either. The walls were filthy and needed a good coat of paint and we couldn't get the room to cool down. I adjusted the air but it didn't seem to work well and we had a very hot sleep.

Location of the Hotel was very good and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of breakfast. Staff at every part of the hotel was very helpful and friendly.

On the first morning we woke up with a wet floor, assumed it was from the air conditioning condensation. We reported to reception, and they promised to attend to the wet floor as soon as possible. Later in the day when we returned, the water and problem was still not attended to. Hence, we had to make a complaint, still nothing was done. After another complaint, they brought us a bottle of wine for which I thought was very poor management and poor too little compensation considering I paid over AUD $400 per night for that room.

It was clean and the interior was modern, the staff at reception was nice especially Nina. The bed was comfy. The hotel was really easy to find, and close to shops

The rooms feel a little basic for the price. The staff told me when we checked in that we had received an upgraded room but when we got into the room it was exactly what I had booked so that was a little disappointing. Barely a view of the park for a park view room. The view is mostly of the roof of the below level. The TV in the room is not a smart tv and is useless unless you have a Samsung phone to screen mirror.

Overall really convenient for the reason of staying in Sydney for the weekend. We didn’t really need to venture out to far to have everything that made the stay great eg: food, drinks

The buffet breakfast was cold when we went to eat. The heating system was turned down or off but the chef & staff more than made up for the error & cooked fresh food that we required, complimentary coffees from the barrister & an sincere apology for the error by the chef himself & the wait staff

Great room! Comfy bed, good workspace, well stocked mini bar. Really liked the bathroom, especially the bath. The staff were responsive and helpful; I particularly appreciated the offer of breakfast after some troubles with the bath in my room.

A couple of tiny things - super tiny! The way the sinks are designed and positioned in the bathroom made it difficult to squeeze in between them to do my eye makeup. The other thing is that I would have loved a loo with a soft-close lid - the thud was jarring every time.

the hotel is really good the only suggestion I have for you is to spend a bit more time on the in-room dining menu. I order off it every stay and sometimes I can order steak and awesome stuff from the "fancy" restaurant downstairs and then the next stay it's only the food from the cafe-style restaurant. I also notice the dessert menu going up and down with availability and quality. Food is very important for any traveller.

the Crowne plaza sydney burwood is within close proximity to local transport, Westfields shopping centre, restaurants and eateries nearby .

Early to midweek the onsite Restaurant Onyx is not open for dinner until Wednesdays. so if you staying other nights you need to go out to dine . But the Onyx restaurant looks nice .They do have a onsite cafe that offers Burgers , small selection of pizzas etc.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Momo was very patient in helping me with the TV and provided excellent service on several other occasions. The breakfast was very good and the staff went out of their way to look after us. The pool, which has an amazing view, was enjoyed by us and our guests. I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay totally met my expectations with the staff looking after us in their very friendly and caring manner. I would totally recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The fact that I was initially accommodated in a room that had no real City view. BUT after bringing this concern to the staff it was corrected and I was moved to a room with exactly what I had paid for and that was a "room with a City view".

Too narrow rooms Breakfast was cramped , plates really small , no full buffet where you can just choose your self however the food we ordered was really tasty . I would just have fathered to chose how many pieces of bacon and eggs I had . I only received 2 mushrooms . A bit stingy. Nicely decorated restaurant though maybe just not fit for purpose for a buffet breakfast Very minor concerns. Your staff are wonderful, friendly , helpful and deserving of a pay rise .
