Location was easy to find. Bed was super comfy and the staff were lovely and helpful. They provide lots of communal facilities and access to cutlery etc, and plenty of car park spaces behind the hotel away from the motorway. Kettle, AC and shower worked well and the TV in the room worked great. Complimentary coffee and tea sachets available in the rooms too, everything was wonderful.

The sheets had previous stains on them (I assume it was unable to be washed out fully). The rooms were clean for the price but there were scruff marks along the walls that could be cleaned for further engagement of cleanliness. Due to the location, you often hear loud bikes and cars drive past throughout the night however it was not a big deal for us as the window sealed well.

24 hour checkin for an emergency travel situation, meant I had someone to assist me late at night. Very kind staff who have to help customers late at night. Bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel is next to a convenience store in a petrol station. Good functional place.

It's a little bit intimidating coming in to a 24 hr hotel as you worry about who else is there late at night, but despite my anxiety about this the place itself was fine. A little noisy and busy at times. No lift.

The restaurant and Mini Market at the service station for groceries, also the vendor machine with snacks. The accommodation also had microwave to warm food and to mention are laundry.

My agenda demand for response came midnight to early hours of the morning that I would sleep in and miss out on breakfast.

Very basic No FREE drinking water bottles (only sink water) The towel holder was broken from previously but not being fixed, so there is no towel holder in room 210 Stairs are a bit of a challenge for someone who has a problem like me.. especially if we need to go out for meals and go back to the room.

I have stayed here many times and it exceeds the expectations of its closeness to the city.

We had to wait and hour and a half for the staff to come and check the bbq for gas and then go and get some. This was very disappointing and surprising as every other time I have stayed here I have never had an issue with anything.

Hey ive been to the this venue a few times with my dog "photo" im verry happy with the motel. Its affordabl, close to where I need to be. Its pet friendly(with warning) late check ins and some ine at reception 24 hours. Yeah i like it.

Ok . Well when travelling alone. I like to watch porn . As do all men. But I found there was a security's protector on the wifi or tv. So for evry clip of porn i had to stop and disable this protector. It was tedious. No wonder you remotes have wet stuff all over them. Also beds on wheels on lino floors. Dangerous and unsexy.. That is all

Easy access to parking. Cheaxk in at any hour. Staff were exceptional

No actual dooner. Not enough pillows. The brand of amenities available & very minimal. Prices could be better. My bathroom had other women's hair strands all over the place. Bathrooms need an upgraded. Windows need darker tint.

The rooms were perfect in terms of the combination of beds for our family and an extra unrelated guest. We had a joined room with three singles in one room and a double/queen and a single in the other. Good room for bigger families.

My son was not able to collect the key before hand and I was told I would need to amend the booking in order for him to do so. This was difficult as we were driving and it would have been good to be able to sort it out verbally over the phone. Thankfully, my son was able to get into our booking and add himself - all worked out in the end. No shower hub, and curtains that do not quite reach the floor, meant that there was very quickly a lot of water on the floor.

The location was good, and not too far from Olympic park where we had to go for the night. Very easy to find on the main HWY. Great having a service station right next door for us to grab snacks and fuel when we needed it.

The bathroom was clean, just had a strange smell and the toilet seat felt like it was about to fall off. But it was great value for money and we were happy overall. All staff were very friendly and the place was well run.

The location was the best. Near everything within walking distance and also driving distance to the bigger shopping malls. The staff are helpful & also the aircon inside the room works absolutely perfect. The parking on this site is amazing as there’s plenty of parking available.

Only downside was you could hear the next rooms conversation and whenever they would open their door it would sound like it’s my door to my room opening.
