The location was perfect to attend a concert at Qudos Bank arena. We walked there and back and it was an easy and safe 5minute walk with kids. Greeted at the entrance, helped with bags and car was efficiently taken for valet parking. Loved all the info on arrival about breakfast timings and arrangements for the valet return.

The pillows. I didn’t bring my own and I currently have a spinal injury that makes sleeping comfortably tricky. I was relieved when I saw there was a pillow menu and immediately called reception to request two firm pillows. I also stopped by reception on my way out to let them know I had left the room and ask how to obtain the pillows since I would be out for a few hours. They said housekeeping would deliver them, but they never came. I rolled up a jacket and tried to use it to bulk out the pillow throughout the night. I felt disappointed that the pillow menu was offered but not delivered.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at The Pullman Hotel while celebrating my birthday, and the experience couldn’t have been better! From the moment I arrived I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and great service. Room service was great and the food was delicious! Loved my birthday message, bubbles and sweet treat on arrival! The cherry on top thou was hearing Kylie Minogue’s music playing throughout the hotel—it was such a fun and thoughtful touch!!! It really set the perfect mood for the entire weekend!!! ❤️ and added to the excitement of seeing Kylie in concert! The room was cozy and super comfy, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff made sure everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out. After an awesome night at the concert, it was the perfect retreat to unwind, recharge for the 2nd night seeing Kylie and enjoy my birthday festivities! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate, and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you for your part in making my Kylie birthday weekend one I'll never forget!

Really clean hotel, very helpful staff, excellent quality room. Everything is really well put together, everything works perfect. Every little detail was great. Thick quality towels, proper good soaps, full block out blinds, a range of pillows to choose from, great mini bar selection, huge bathroom with an actual bath, good air con, plenty of power points, just everything was great. The restaurant was brilliant. Didn’t have to go anywhere, was great.

I’d say the only thing is the price is quite high, but it’s an almost perfect hotel so the price works. And the other thing is the entrance to the under ground carparks has a 3.2m clearance sign at the entrance, so we thought we’d fit, but then once you enter it says 2.2m, so we had to reverse back up the driveway and people had to move for us.

Location was great, restaurant was expensive but lovely.

We stayed in room 657 - it was a lovely room for what we required. The only thing i would mention is when house keeping came on Friday morning i asked for 3 clean tea cups, that is all that was required. I was told the cups would just be washed up - it looked like she wanted to head into the bathroom to wash up the cups?? My husband was in the bathroom at the time, so i said i would look after it. My concern was they were going to be washed up in the bathroom? in the vanity basin? where people wash hands and brush teeth - thought they should at least be removed and washed in a dishwasher and replaced with clean? If that is how they get cleaned before the next people move into the room that is a bit concerning.....

Great location and super close to Accor Stadium (300m walk) and Qudos Bank Arena (700m walk) if you are staying for an concert/event. The staff at check-in and the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Parking, while more expensive compared to nearby public parking, was easy and located underneath the building. We were in a high room and the view was amazing. Loved the two hour access to the Executive Lounge for drinks and canapes prior to what was a brilliant concert! Breakfast the next morning was standard buffet food and eggs/omelettes cooked to order.

While our room was well appointed, it looked very tired and in need of an update up to bring it in line with the Pullman brand and the corresponding price bracket. I found the bed way too soft for my liking, although it was fairly supportive.

Very nice hotel in the Olympic Park presinct in Sydney. Very clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and a good choice of pillows. On site covered parking was a reasonable price for Sydney. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only problem was both of the rooms / lifts cards kept deactivating so we had to come out of the lift each time we could not go anywhere and come back to the reception area to get them reactivated.

Room - Great size for what we needed. Nice deep bath for relaxing in. Great room service at midnight including the late-night food and fresh. Bed - Sleep like a baby on a soft cloud. Location - Great location for what we needed for the night. The lifts didn't take long to take you to your room as there is 4 for the building. Staff Service - From the time we arrived to the time we left the Staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions. We will definitely stay again.

That there was No pool on sight but there is nearby.

The location was fantastic as we were attending an event at Accor Stadium. The staff were great with nothing to much trouble. The welcoming plate was a lovely touch.

The bathroom could have been cleaner as there were things that had been looked over. Amenities could have been restocked after the first night but weren’t. It also looks like it’s due for a revamp. Vallet parking was great except for when we were leaving and had to ask where our car was after 40mins waiting even after calling to advise 20 mins beforehand

What an amazing place to stay while seeing a concert at Accor stadium. Great location and our room had an amazing view from the corner of the building. Very convenient and comfortable. Our only concern was working out where to find the valet parking on arrival as roads were closed for the stadium event.

Forward advice on how to locate Valet parking with event road closures would have made checkin less stressful.

This is our first time @ the Pullman as we normally stay at the Novotel across the road thought try it. We attended the HAUSER Concert @ Qudoa Bank Arena My husband says much cosier the room more relaxing, bed was very comfortable & pillows . Bathroom nice and big tub. Loved the basin much lower easier to use not so high Looking at size of pillows not seen in hotel like that before as was worried wouldn't sleep but actually slept well Compared to somewhere hotels I started taking my own but not this time to see Breakfast was very good . Good range they even ask you as included in price would you like poached egg or any way as they have scrambled on buffet. Even saw people having omelettes. Coffees Included in price from coffee machine. Close to Qudos Bank Arena walking distance so good and other events Overall we would stay again for sure

With breakfast the eatery area the way it's set up the room way It's designed only just have to go around here and around there. Plus first time there couldn't find cereal walked around and around otherwise food was great. Maybe just used to set ups elsewhere way set set In the lounge area where sit for a coffee, a snack from the menu or drink just too cold coming from the vents straight to head actially feel very cold . We kept moving until realised could sit near window Overall would stay again for sure anything comes up for an event near by
