We travel from Canberra every year as a church group and we always choose WM Hotel because we love that it’s easy to get to, close to the Bass Hill mall, petrol Stations & fast food restaurants. We also love the ease of being able to park just outside your door/building. It is family friendly which is great for our children who feel comfortable and safe. The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. We always enjoy our stay at WM Hotel.

My two teenage sons and I stayed at the Hotel after attending an event at Sydney Olympic Park. The price was the cheapest in close proximity to the stadium, the staff were extremely helpful with accomodating our late arrival, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor parking just outside our door was also an added bonus for us. We were extremely impressed. Thankyou.

Well located as I was working close by. Receptionist was very friendly & agreed to my request of a room downstairs. Bathroom looked liked it a new renovation with a great spacious shower.

The tiled floor made the room very cold especially in winter. It took a while to warm the room. Room had a microwave, however no plates or cutlery.

I requested for a ground level room which was granted. I was able to park just a few steps from our hotel room door. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, air cond provided although we didn't use it as it was a cold day. Functioning TV, Nice hot shower with good pressure.

Location was good. Free parking was excellent- able to park right outside the rooms. The rooms were excellent, very clean & comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Large bathrooms. Takeaway food close by. Fridge/microwave/kettle all supplied in the room.

We arrived and were allocated room 8- the door wouldn't open. We told the staff member & she said to hold the card and turn the handle of the door- I explained I did this multiple times. She then checked the door and it was stuck. We got moved rooms which was ok but to the second level- we were travelling with a 9 week old baby which made it hard to carry all things up the stairs. But it was a minor inconvenience for one night.

My wife and myself stay here everytime visit Sydney which is twice a year.Everytime staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Help and meet any requests or enquiries you have.Rooms clean and spacious with good parking and close to shops.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating to requests. Rooms were updated and fresh, rooms were quiet with no outside noice.

Location was not great for walking to restaurants or cafes but we knew this before booking. Only a short drive if needed.

Our room was very comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy road, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and the owners have spent a far deal of effort and money to modernise. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the block out curtains.

The wifi didn't work on my phone, but was fine on another brand. Unfortunately the TV worked sporadically.

I like that it had free parking & a great location.

I didn’t like how the carpet looked. It had stained all over and didn’t look the same as the picture. But glad I got moved into another room that was a lil bit better.

Clean and tidy. Updated, modern and well presented. Good value for money..$100 cheaper than Travelodge.

Everything was fine. Big tv, microwave, new aircon, comfortable bed..what more do you want.
