Staff very kind and great to talk to. The location, price and standard of the room was very clean, modern and comfortable with plenty of water and milk in refrigerator, ample coffee and tea available. There's a Vietnamese style restaurant attached to hotel very reasonable prices and when you book in there is two free drink voucher to use at the bar. Overall excellent place to stop off at.

I only stayed the one night so can't comment on dislikes because I stayed a Monday night not sure about day's nearing the weekend.

Nice and cosy and the balcony was private so loved that too. We were also given complimentary bottles of water in our fridge and 1 free drink at the bar. Lovely service couldn’t fault them :)

Only complaint would be not being able to open one of the balcony windows as it was super hot when we stayed. But we survived haha

When I asked for extension One of the male staff was not nicely replied to me It takes long time to answer to my inquiry, I asked 4 times the same question. This is what I don’t like at all It’s customer service must be better.

The staff were friendly. The drink vouchers were a lovely surprise as were the sweets on the bed. Our room and especially the bathroom was spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

The small vanity - larger vanity in the bathroom would be useful. No entry through the hotel before 10am - we had to walk around the block to get our car. Stairs up to our room - a lift is easier.

We traveled a long way for a family emergency, asked to check in a bit early because we were tired and weary travelers, Mick was extremely kind and accommodating. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The guided tour to our room by Alan was great. Clean and comfortable room. Mick had good local knowledge and was very helpful. Bed was warm and soft, bathroom clean, and functional. Enjoyed a drink in the bar watching the Wednesday night darts comp with some nostalgic music. Definitely recommend +++

Just a shame this was on a busy road. Absolutely no fault of the owners or managers.

Room was great. Gave bottled water as well. Breakfast box was fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. 5 minutes to train station - three stops to Cabramatta. Plenty of eateries and good coffee nearby.

The banging of the doors at night was occasionally disturbing - be nice to have some noise deadening on them that didn't interfere with operation. The breakfast box wasn't explained at check-in. Found out about it day three.

Room was clean and tidy, had an issue with the shower drain was fixed straight away. Bar staff were amazing and great to talk to. Nothing fancy but definetly with what we paid

Very small frosted window no real natural light, unable to open whisk so room was a little stuffy

Location.. 👍a little walk to the train. The shopping Plaza was around the corner. The Chinese meal was yummy as. Friendly staff. Thank you.

The shower drain doesn’t drain very well. Shower tap fell off. It was a bit dusty.

I liked the quiet room I got and the air conditioning, plus Netflix loved the pizza place right across the road and the security measures of a night time and the swipe cards very clean staff very very friendly look forward to going again!

The best part about this place is the staff. Some of the friendliest, most accommodating people I've ever met. Shoutout to everyone at the reception/bar and the room staff. The room is cozy and adequate, suitable for solo travellers staying for a short trip. Would come back if I have the chance. Thank you team.
