I liked the bath tub which had a plug so I could use it properly. I liked the shampoo and conditioner they smelled really nice. The towels seemed larger than average which was good especially when using a shared space. TV, TV remote and air con all good and in working order I hate seeing things advertised on line then nothing to work when you get there.

The bed side lamp did not work. It is handy to have to read at night rather than using the overhead light. The bulb seemed fine but I was too tired to ask.

The staff were friendly acccomodating even a tv remote control went missing got ad mother one. The bed was extra comfy moulded to your body air conditioning was great.

It was ok used of noise on a main road. Sad o much noise after hours with other people yelling in the corridor of the accommodation section. Need to learn to communicate and baby crying and scre among for hours. Should stay someone else. Of the toilets in the ladies was filthy dirty.

Newly renovated rooms very contemporary. Clearly did a great job on a budget. Very good effort. Room was clean and tidy. Big tv. Bed comfortable, sheets clean, enough pillows, good aircond, room security good.

Angle of tv to bed an adjustable bracket would have been good. Communal toilets and showers a little rough. Had been refurbished but had also worked hard. Could do with a bit more attention. I prefer to wear thongs in communal showers and did not have any so did not use shower.

Comfortable beds with quality linen, shampoo and conditioner available, air conditioning was on prior to our arrival which was very thoughtful on a 39c day. Plenty of natural light. Very quite despite being a Friday night. Easy parking. 5min walk to the train station. Would absolutely stay here again.

Needed a bathmat, hand towel and face washer in the bathroom. Glasses/tumblers would be helpful for cold drinks as there's only tea cups. Shower could do with a deep clean.

Good value for the price. It's just a minute or so to drive and park in Villawood CBD for shopping (ALDI/KFC) and taking trains into the city.

Would have liked a microwave oven if available. It's easy to miss the entrance to the car park, but it's allowed to enter through the "Exit"; otherwise one would have to drive around a few blocks to get to the entrance. The rooms are all upstains and there is no lift.

I liked the hotel's spacious and secure car park, ensuring my vehicle was safely accommodated throughout my stay.

The hotel was disappointing due to the presence of insects in the toilet, which greatly detracted from the overall experience.

The property was in a good location for what I needed, beds were comfortable and staff were excellent to deal with.

The bathrooms could use a bit of a clean and so updated locks on the bathroom doors.

Everything is good to stay close the train station , supermarket and staff are so friendly and kind.

I thought they have laundry service but not at the moment. I hope laundry service will be back soon:)

Both the room and the common bathroom were clean and quite new. There was even a bathtub but I didn't use it. Plenty of car space. Considering the price I paid here was almost half of any other hotels in the area, I'd say it's good value.

There were times I could hear people talking in the corridor clearly but I'm not sure if they could hear us inside. All rooms are upstairs with no elevator so consider if you're having a lot of luggage.
