Friendly staff. Handy location to shops and public transport. Sauna.

Basic room service only every three days was not often enough to replace the tiny usables and toilet paper etc. Kitchen bin tiny and so rubbish accumulated. It was only when I mentioned this halfway through our stay that I was told there’s a rubbish chute by the elevator. Strange to have to do that in a Hotel though. Room service should be every second day. Otherwise ensure there’s plenty of toilet paper and sample size usables in the room.

Location. Walking distance to a Westfield. And a nice coffee shop next door. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Modern and very spacious and comfortable. Lovely suites. Staff very friendly and helpful and courteous.

The cleaning for my personal standards had to be better. Some fingerprints allover doorknobs. The toilets should be better cleaned from the inside and some dirty old stains in bathroom door. But overal it was very passable. Main issue is to force the costumers to connect their phones to the TV to be able to watch anything at all and this by using our own accounts which is something not all of us are willing to do.

Room we were in was exceptionally perfect for my birthday gift for my Partner.

The swimming pool was a bit smelly and there was only one elevator working at that time. Apart from that all is well and excellent

One bedroom apartment With an particular balcony Great I was also on the 15th floor I did kkk thanks for the Heights I kk for my disability And also meriton how much it is definitely worth living in the hotel And also its was very close to the shops ie Westfield's Liverpool, Liverpool Plaza Coffee shop, Moore St Macquarie Street Casanova coffee shop in Macquarie Street Purple parrot was just outside of the hotel St Luke's church is close by for all of the Anglican All saints Liverpool, was just down the street from the Anglican Church

room size was exceptional. internal laundry was sooooo good. bed was awesome. shower was great. on the negative side the front door was so heavy and hard to open, especially when pushing the trolley thru with our bags. very annoying. we did have a wonderful stay and the room was brilliant. ta dave.

front door too heavy and cumbersome plus doors at basement were a joke. how are you supposed to push that trolley thru whilst holding it open. everything in that hotel is designer driven, which we enjoyed, and those basement doors outside the lift looked like they were designed by a 5 year old. very annoyed.

The location is excellent with an awesome little cafe just outside the door and the mall was only a small walk too. Lots of little eateries and other stores along the same stretch of road The hotel had everything we needed but if we needed anything else outside the hotel, it was all within walking distance The beds are so comfy, shower pressure was good So nice knowing that we had a nice room to go back to at the end of a long day

Just a couple of things: Firstly, the air con in our room wasn't working well enough It just did not pump out cold air at all so it felt a bit stuffy all weekend. Thankfully it had a balcony so was able to get some fresh air in Secondly, carparks were hard to find on the weekend we arrived Ideally we wanted to find carparks within the hotel and we were lucky to find a couple. Also the staff were very understanding when we arrived back late one night and gave permission to park in a reserved carpark

The space is amazing, great view from inside, Floor to ceiling glass window. Absolutely a feeling of spaciousness, bright and good lighting, including Washing machine, absolutely all you need to live for many days.

I hate hate the lack of quilt cover. They have good and firm bed, but the quilt does not have quilt cover. Instead they give you two white sheets, one on top, the other underneath the quilt. I stayed up all night trying the handle these sheets pulling this way and that and still couldn't get it right. My sleep quality was severely affected by it. It's a pity, for a great room, excellent room, to have one terrible thing which caused me to lose my sleep. Terrible. The cost of a quilt cover should not be that much higher than two sheets.

The view, the service (they were extremely accommodating and hospitable especially when our room had a curtain fall down and our car broke down in their carpark), the gorgeous pool and decent size sauna. Also loved the big monsoon showers at the pool and the access to a lounge trolley

The aircon didn't really heat up the main room very well and the king bed had two ensembles pushed together, you could feel the seam in the middle of the bed. The towels were also a bit stiff but other than that, it was the most exceptional stay!

The suite was impeccably designed, combining elegance with comfort. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, and the panoramic views from the windows were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, the suite offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making our stay truly unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

While our stay at Meriron Suites was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the suite’s cleaning schedule, which only occurred every few days, was a bit inconvenient. It would be helpful if spare waste bags were provided for guests in between cleanings. Additionally, we encountered issues with the heating/cooling system. It was quite slow to warm/cool the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Despite these concerns, the overall experience was still positive, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better.

I was having a day procedure at the local Private Hospital and the location was quite close for our overnight stay, The car parking was good, with easy access and underneath the Suites. The security in place made us feel very safe. Aldi is across the road and Westfield's just down the street. Our 1 bedroom suite was spotless and well appointed.

Probably need more hand towels and amenities in bathroom - eg only one hand towel for two people and one small bar of soap for use in both shower and basin.
