The proximity of it to where we needed to go. The access to pub across the road and the fact we could have 3 bedrooms and kitchen all in one. Houses all 5 of us perfectly.

On entry it’s abit blah, blinds and walls are marked and so is carpet and lounge which made it feel alittle unclean. The bathroom and toilet were good and looked fresh. Maybe just a few touch ups and it would be a lovely place to stay. The people next door in apartment were up till all hours yelling, talking and making lots of noise into the early morning hours.

We didn't spend much time in the room, only really there to sleep at night. The room was spacious and mostly clean. There is plenty of car parking and it's very quiet at night. Staff seemed nice.

Only 3 cups & 2 teaspoons in the room, no plates or any other cutlery. Iron had something burnt on it and scratched from someone trying to get it off. Inside of kettle very dirty.

Loved the daily room service (clean towels and bedding) milks topped up in the fridge, floors vacuumed. Rubbish emptied daily.

That there was no plates and cutlery in the room as we stayed for a week. No ironing board but there was an iron. No balcony so when the kids went for a swim there was nowhere to hang the towels/swimmers to dry.

It was clean, tidy and well kept. It was styled well and there were plenty of beds for all 4 of us. We had a queen and 4 singles!

The volume didn't work on the TV and we couldn't turn it down, so had to watch TV on mute. And there were no plates, bowls or even cutlery aside from tea spoons. We have a baby and there were no washing liquid to was the bottles or other dishes. I will know for next time to bring some.

Location and friendly staff

A lot of areas where quite dirty . Tv stopped working I have stayed here a few times always got a large fridge this time a bar fridge . This was part of why I booked . Also bar fridge froze everything. Only 2 pillows per bed . Always been 4 pillows per bed .

The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The space was well-maintained and tidy, and we received daily service. The team was approachable and easy to interact with. Overall, the environment felt clean and secure.

We were locked out of our room the last night but that was due to technical fault. Staff worked pronto to fix this issue.

Townhouse a bit worn out in places but it was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet

Large spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Had toaster and microwave but no plates and cutlery which was strange. Walk in shower. Full size fridge. Well located just 1km off the main highway. Friendly receptionist. Free parking.

Hallway smelt like cigarette smoke. No internal safety lock on the door. Bit dated but not a big issue for overnight stay.

The large fridge not a bar fridge is why I come back .

There seems to be people living at the motel. Not against it . But they smoke near the entrance way and leave there rubbish there . It makes the motel look more like a shelter than a motel. But I can see why they do it . I understand why they are doing it . It’s been a amazing motel at one point .

The room was large and comfortable, the shower was warm, and the split system air conditioner was excellent. Most importantly the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was serviced every day with clean towels and waste bins emptied. Wonderful dining across the road at the Crossroads Hotel and magnificent takeaway next door at Chan's Canton Village (Chinese).

The whole complex is very old, in need of updating and improved maintenance ... cleaning, painting and new carpets. Raised some issues with reception staff on departure that requires rectification and/or repairs.
