Staff were great, cleanliness and fresh clean decor of the reception and the whole building inside, plenty of parks and accessibility after hours, a clear designated smoking area which was really good and it just catered to all genres of people who were staying there, who had different plans. Nice common area for people to bring food and eat and the continental breakfast was really good. Value for money, clean, fresh, convenient and great helpful staff always available.

Would be nice if it had an elevator as the rooms on the bottom floor were unavailable.

I loved that the beds were very comfortable although the blankets were very thin. The wifi didn’t work which was a major let down especially when ur travelling and all u want to do is lay down relax and watch some movies. But the staff were nice but on ground level a really bad smell coming from there not sure what that is lucky I was on leave 3 but over all the rooms were comfortable and great for the price.

We didn't have breakfast there, always out for family funeral and had breakfast with family.

Well i guess is a budget hotel, so i didn't expect much, i bought my own stuffs, like milk, sugar, coffee cos we love our tea n coffee, can't get water to refill kettle, have to walk down to the laundry cos the sink is big there, small sink in the bathroom, can't fit the kettle in it, the shower needs a glass door, so the water can't spread and wet the toilet and the whole bathroom floor, that's why we used so many towels, after we dry ourselves then i used the towels for the floor, is probably why lots of hotels have glass doors now to prevent water from wetting the whole floor, that's my downfall but otherwise is okay for the price.

Unfortunately we were told on check in that one of our rooms wasn’t available and the room now allocated had non working aircon and tv. They offered complimentary breakfast. Luckily it wasn’t too hot, a standing fan was available in the room. The other room, the aircon wasn’t working, staff member tried to reset it. Unfortunately this didn’t fix it, but we didn’t need the aircon. We were told at check in that room would be available in 5 min. This became nearly 30, complimentary bfast offered and late check out. Staff were friendly and apologetic. Will definitely return again.

The facilities are compact and bedding is clearly nice and clean. The carpet was in good condition. Staff were lovely. Well priced. You get what you pay for and this is good value for the price.

The bathroom is small and as old bathrooms are, hard to keep spotless. Still very reasonably clean for the age of the place. The bathroom doesn't have much space to place things but still 'usable'. The walls of the room had clearly been repainted but had a couple of minor chips so you could see the old paint coming through.

I truly appreciate their swift response to my inquiry. Their efficiency in handling the matter was impressive and made a positive impact. It's refreshing to encounter such dedication to providing timely assistance. This level of service deserves recognition and commendation. Thank you again for the prompt action.

The room is too dimly lit for me.

My room was comfortable, it is a budget motel and I thought that it was value for money and the location was ideal for my stay. I normally stay at the Best Western down the road, however for the price and ease to get off the M5 when returning to the motel is enough for me to stay here next trip. The lady on the front desk was awesome, nothing was to much trouble for her, she answered questions, told me about the communal area and the best way to exit the motel. Just small stuff, but leaves a lasting impression.

The down side was the house keeping, room not serviced during my stay, not that I need my bed made, but topping up the coffee and a bathroom clean was lacking, especially as I told reception that there was no toilet brush and was assured that the cleaners would take care of the toilet when they serviced the room. Unfortunately, my room wasn't touched.

The friendliness of the all staff is amazing. From housekeeping, frontdesk, manager, all are very naturally service oriented and do good effort to make the stay as good as possible. If things don't go as planned, the fix to best of abilities and circumstances. Highly praised¡

Quality of air-conditioning (known problem) and they're in the process of improving. The mini fridge sometimes is too enthusiastic resulting in frozen "sparkling" soft drinks (could not find thermostat)

Great location very close to everything in Liverpool Value for money Cleaning was satisfactory Room is comfortable and space is good.

Few things in the room need to be upgraded, noticed damaged window blinds and TV screen has faulty lines. Also, Parking should be free or parking prices should be included in fare.

Location was central on main road,but no traffic noise.Bed was very comfortable. Block out blind for great sleep. Very clean.

Only 1 coat-hanger. No armchair, there was a plastic chair out door type,but not comfortable, no table . Hot water took a very long time to come through, but once it did was hot. Stayed 2 nights and only 4 milk portions enough for 1 day. Additional nights should provide additional supplies if room isn't getting serviced. No spare blanket or pillow as no wardrobe.
