Lovely staff excellent location and local shopping, the train right across the road, only 15 mins into central. Small room very well appointed with a fridge as well. Lovely comfy bed. Had share bathroom, hot shower, and kitchen facilities excellent, (other residents tend to be bit untidy) but overall will definitely use again on next visit to Sydney. Drove up from Melbourne so not too much city driving to get to. Parking also. Less than $200 for 2 nights, thankyou Padstow! Didn't get a chance to eat there tho many people were, but looked a lovely, friendly atmosphere all around! A real local watering hole!

Close to Padstow Stn n Wollies ... restaurants opposite motel.... multiple shops within few minutes walking distance.........comfy bed..... pub on ground floor...... TV.... fridge in room....

sl expensive - paid $99/- for one night for a room that fits in one single bed in a room maybe 2 full steps by 6 full steps.....Only single shared bathroom for each sex / gender so you gotta wait yr turn if someone else is showering. Not suitable for those with walking issues coz rooms are up on 1st floor with access via steps.

The restaurant downstairs was lovely and food was really nice. Staff very friendly. Easy access to shops with supermarket just up the street. Train across the road but didn't hear anything. Loved the complimentaries in the bar, pokies area.

Access to rooms- concrete stairs to room/fire exit. Not appealing entrance to rooms- back entrance over metal plates on ground. Other guests leaving towels on floor in bathrooms. Other guests seemed to be long term guests as they were a bit too comfortable and relaxed in shared areas. Could smell cigarette smoke during night and when going to shared kitchen.

You will never be treated this well by staff in any 5 star hotel. The staff were incredible after my flight was cancelled. They went above and beyond, every single one of them were exceptional. I will be coming back on my next stay in Sydney. Thank you staff! The beds was extremely comfortable, great pillows!

I liked that Padstow Park Hotel was exactly as I expected from reading online. All good.

The 'fire-escape-type' stairs to the first floor accommodation (with a heavy case) weren't great, but ok. Also, the extra bathroom at the end of the hallway could be better labelled so it's clear that it's a 'private' facility for certain resident/s.

No breakfast

To reach your room you have to go up 3 flights of fire stairs which you reach from the outside. The man who checked me in kindly carried my heavy bag up. In the morning they don't open till 9am so if you are leaving before then you have to obviously carry them down yoursr My room faced the road which meant it was noisy . If noise doesn't bother you then the room would be great but it bothers me

No we didn't get any breakfast at all. It was very convenient to train station. Also convenient ro other restaurants. Had a small kitchen to use and also with cutleries. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice quiet and clean, very good location right next to the train station and public transport

The female toilets were also being used by the men and were leaving it quite dirty, when my partner tried to use the downstairs toilet in the pub she was almost assaulted by the bouncer even though she had photo ID, he was a bully and was looking for a fight. 😡

The tv, the fridge, the attention of the staff

The bathroom should have a better smell and be cleaner. Same with the kitchen.

It was right next to the train and bus stop which was great for travel to and from the airport and Accor Stadium. I also liked that there was a sink and mirror in the room.

The cleanliness of the room and towels. An extra pillow would have been good.
