The presentation of the place was one of welcoming and classic. the facilities were exceptional and we enjoyed the breakfast. The room was comfortable and well laid out. we were within walking distance to the shopping centre, and. although we brought our car, we preferred to use public transport which was within walking distance. there was ample parking available, although i feel the front parking was very exposed to flow through foot traffic. the pool was clean and refreshing on such a hot day and had a great setting area and shade . I would not hesitate to use the Rydges Bankstown when in Sydney again.

my only concern in the front parking, I noticed people walking through from the takeaway place next door. There was parking closer to the hotel which we used, and seemed more secure.

convenient to the location, considering how close it was to the errors for concert, how close it was too far to venues, as well as shopping centre shopping centre. camera service was outstanding. I absolutely love speaking with a lady and I look forward to potentially staying there again in the future.

One thing that I think was inconvenience was the shower, how it did not have any boil around or anything to solve all that hence why I kept putting towels in before, and after I when we came back, we found all the towels gone so I didn’t know if they found that weird or anything, but we just didn’t wanna slip for me. Went to the bathroom or anything however, surprisingly the toilet being so close to the sink was so convenient and room 202 and I loved it

We travelled to Sydney so my children could see Taylor Swift in concert. The staff had organized Taylor coloring in printouts, friendship bracelet making and had Taylor playing over the speakers, as a mother of swifities, I appreciate the gestures made for the excitement that all the swifties in the hotel were feeling. The staff were super friendly and approachable. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms could do with a refresh, although they were very clean. More in house options for lunch and dinner would be great, the restaurants were closed during part of our stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping assisted quiet quickly when we found the TV In our room not working. Reception staff were absolutely lovely.

Grout and ceiling in ensuite showed signs of needing deep cleaning. Bar staff could have been slightly friendlier. Coffee we had at breakfast Was mainly foam although ordered a latte and the coffee was quiet bitter, Most likely the coffee was packed too tightly on tamping.

It was in a location that was convenient for my needs.

Although the room (101) was very comfortable and spacious a couple of things could be improved: ⚪️ The shower head was in poor condition and really needs replacing. ⚪️ It would be good to have some basic refreshments in the fridge (water/softdrinks).

Bed was comfy. Room space was good, decent space to move around. I enjoyed my room with the nice view of the surrounding neighbourhood and the swimming pool. Bonus was there's a maccas right next to the hotel, plus the bus stop was right in front, yay!

Could have provided more drinks options including hot chocolate and other teas. Lighting can be brighter, there seems to be a limited amount of lights (for the night).

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There was a great choice of food and drink at the buffet breakfast.

The hotels looking a little 'tired'. A coat of paint and restretching the carpet would go a long way to improving the appearance of the hotel. The lighting in the room was very poor.

Breakfast was lovely nice and fresh loved it- service was great, great staff

We were charged for additional breakfast in error which we had to sort out and when we booked out yesterday morning we were told we were still owing -which I need to sort out today - got us baffled? Will call Rydges this morning! I don't wish to leave with a sour taste!

The service at breakfast. iIt seemed too hard for the cook/chef to refill the buffet when advised that everything was empty. She had no urgency about refilling yogurt when asked to do so by head of breakfast and then even worse when I asked her to refill the bacon, tomatoes, baked beans etc. They were all empty. After waiting 5-10 minutes we could get some breakfast. When I asked for two knives as the basket was empty I was also an inconvenience to her. This has happened on previous occasions when we have had breakfast.

I really enjoyed the bed, so soft and comfy. The morning breakfast was yum ! even though we got there late they were still very accommodating. Staff were so friendly and happy !! Parking was fantastic and we had no issues getting in and out.

Nothing. Our stay was fantastic ! Security were amazing. We were in and out often to and it was not an issue with them. Maybe the only thing was the shower was a little outdated, but pressure was so good !
