Room was clean and comfortable bed. Ate at the restraunt 4 times during stay as well as breakfast each day. Meals good and reasonably priced.breakfast included in room cost. Would stay again as good location.

Bathroom although clean needed a bit of upkeep. Shower was not separate to bath. Issue if elderly. Although rooms non smoking and claim is a non smoking hotel people smoked on the stairs or where we had to walk to our room. Smokers butted out on the ground outside rooms. Not against smokers but surely they could dispose their butts in bins provided.

Super comfortable pillows and bed, bathroom a bit dated with the shower in the bathtub. Excellent customer service at reception, restaurant and pokies venue. Food at the restaurant was excellent with nightly dinner specials. Highly recommend eating there. Plus coffee and snacks provided at the pokies venue attached to restaurant. My elderly in-laws loved the service there. Great breakfast.

Breakfast was good however more milk options would have been great (soy, lactose free) And better coffee. A little noisy with Hume Hwy out the front and some noisy neighbours.

Not far to drive to Sporties in Moorebank where my party was. The beds were comfortable. There was a bar and gaming area which I didn't go into but my bff could get a bottle of wine up until 4am and they gave us wine glasses for the room.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but a nice hot shower. It was a shower over a bath. The handle to grab hold off was the other end of the bath so I had to hang onto the shower gel dispenser as the bath can be slippery.

The staff were very accommodating, our easy check-in and late check out. Free breakfast, big room and I loved the king size bed. Definitely value for money

No microwave, but the bistro let me heat up my food with their microwave so i appreciated that. The aircon wasn't very cold. The room felt a bit stuffy and warmer than the outside temperature. But it wasn't really a hindrance, just an observation. Not sure what summer would be like though.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and within 10 minutes drive to the train station, mall and shops.

Foul cigarette smell throughout the buildings including restaurants. Breakfast was good but exact same breakfast every morning of our stay. Would have loved yoghurt or other fruit choices. Given it was Easter weekend, room service was minimal but I am sure it is better other times.

Beds are very comfy. We had the 2 bedroom unit. Both rooms were nice, clean, quiet as there were no windows, bathroom nice n clean with excellent hot water & water pressure. All you need for tea making, with bags of tea, coffee, Milo, milk in the fridge, toaster & plates & cutlery etc provided in the mini kitchen including microwave. Lounge & dinning area were nice and a good size.

Carpet is very old & stained The lounge /sofa bed is very stained. Not comfy. Both need replacing.

Room was a bit dusty/stuffy when arriving. Runnung the air con/heater caused both our allergies to flare up over night. Sheets felt a bit scratchy/itchy (I am more sensitive to this though, as I have sensory sensitivies) The air con probably needs deep cleaning of the filter. Cupbaords were a bit dusty when I opened them. Shower head was too close to the wall. Making it difficult to shower comfortably. No lifts - I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder dragging heavy suitcases up the stairs. Also have a bad knee, so this was very difficult. Didn't get the option when booking to select a ground floor room (booking.com problem, not a hotel problem as such)

When first arrived there was something leaking in the bathroom, staff were very quick and happy to change our room. Room was basic but sufficient for what we needed and the included breakfast was fantastic! Great value for money! Their dinners were exceptional and all staff were fantastic, would definitely stay again!

Great location, and the price was excellent. Restaurant was open at 840 and still serving meals, which were very generous sized

The room we were in had plumbing issues... toilet needs inlet valve replaced the taps in shower need to have the correct nuts put on them and the washers in sink need replaced. The shower also needs to be cleaned better mold on grout.

The room was comfortable and a good size. Nice an quiet back from the main road. The food choices were great and our meal was amazing with very large portions. Dinner an breakfast were great value for money. Extremely satisfied.

Nothing negative to say at all. Just our room door was rubbing a bit and hard for my wife to open.
