It was great for our 1 night stay. Room was clean and loved that the TV was a fancy samsung one. We are used to the cheap ones at many other hotels so that was a nice surprise. Had dinner at the bistro and the slow cooked Brisket was 10/10. Decent standard prices. Enjoyed the game room, specifically the pool table. Will be back for sure.

That the after hour key drop off box is not really secure. I heard constant attempts of swiping at doors early this morning. They even tried ours. It wasn't until we got downstairs to drop our keys off that I realised what had happened. The duct tape was was hanging weirdly as if someone had reached inside the box. Perhaps someone trying to get a free bed to sleep in for a couple hours.

loved the staff and the welcoming feeling. the bed was comfortable and tv was easy to use. the fridge had great space and the bathroom was very spacious. lots of storage for suitcases and bags and everything.

I think that the hotel needs to supply some forks and knives (not really plates or bowls so to speak) just so that people can eat if they get take out for instance because using the tea spoon worked but wasn’t exactly easy when eating certain foods such as noodles.

Beautiful clean renovated rooms, very comfortable and spacious. A great dining area and bar open till late. Location was very convenient to get into Bankstown, Airport, CBD & Circular Quay. A $12 Uber ride to Revesby Train Station which runs regularly.ñ and 25mins into city. Staff extremely helpful especially arriving close to midnight for check in.

No hair dryer but not a big deal as we brought our own just in case. Dining room not open for breakfast but cafes nearby.

We were in room 1 . Only negative, was the design of shower recess, tends to spray into main bathroom area, Also a little note the temperature control direction on taps is opposite to normal standard, ie hot to left. Might save future visitors waiting for hot water , shower itself was great.

I absolutely loved the staff at the hotel Room was clean and comfortable Staff were absolutely amazing Food was amazing Everyone smiles who works there and nothing is a problem Just loved our stay there so much and we would definately stay there again Just need to bring your hair dryer is the only tip

I didn't have one negative about the property at all and the facilities The staff make this place and the food is amazing the bar staff are amazing Everything is amazing

The beds are very comfortable, rooms furnished beautifully. Good meals. It does feel like a home away from home.

I was in an accessible room with the open shower. A bath mat just doesn't cut it in these bathrooms, water goes everywhere. If you could provide these rooms with an additional large towel to use that would be better and safer. Also, for the price, a free drink voucher or meal discount would be great.

The rooms have been newly renovated and fit for purpose with spacious interiors and bathrooms. Wonderful staff who were able to accomodate all our requests for multiple rooms to be placed together and managing multiple bookings over multiple nights to make our family stay stress-free. Can't thank them enough and everyone sang praises of your rooms. Will definitely be back to book in soon.

The rooms were very comfortable and the beds and pillows were amazing. Good blockout curtains. The pub restaurant and sports bar was outstanding. The food was really delicious and well priced.

The shower is a bit small, but not a deal breaker. The room could do with an extra wall mirror so you don't have to rely only on the bathroom. The pub doesn't serve breakfast, but there are plenty of good cafes around the area.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very quiet considering the location near a busy road and attached to the pub. The service was great throughout. The bistro meal was standard pub fare served with a smile. It’s not a holiday destination but if you need to stay in the Milperra area it’s great.

Nothing to not like

Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Decor was very nice. Beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were good sizes.

Inconsistencies with the 3 rooms booked. 2 had an iron and ironing board, 1 didn't. 2 rooms had teaspoons and 200ml milks. 1 had no teaspoon and small milk pods. 2 rooms also had pretty bad window outlooks.
