Comfy bed. Good lighting for reading. Good size shower. Nice aspect from balcony which had seating. We were at the back of the property so it was very quiet. A decent sized room and plenty of cupboards. Reasonable breakfast. Safe, easy parking. Great having a pool. We noticed the place has a laundry and communal kitchen of sorts with microwave and stove. BYO pots, plates and cutlery and cooking tools if you are using the stove. With the bus just meters from the property, it was so easy to catch bus and metro/ train to the city. We will stay again for sure.

Staff at breakfast was impatient and a "no can do" person. She sat in the eating area, watching her Asian program on her phone and it was very loud and annoying. She was asleep in her chair, when we left on the second day of breakfast. Not a good look.

I paid around $200 (it was a Saturday night when everything is more expensive) and got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking a rainforest. Reading other reviews it appears the rooms are not all the same, so pick the more expensive rooms in your configuration bracket to make sure you get a good room is all I can say!

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast buffet. The hotel is not immediately close to cafes and I have to have breakfast straight away due to having some medications which have to be taken with food. The croissants were supermarket bought ones and seemed stale. No tongs for the bread. I would stay at the hotel again but would not buy the breakfast buffet again.

Room was excellent - spotlessly clean, great decor and very comfortable bed with crisp clean white sheets. Good finish to the room with a "high-end hotel room" feeling ... it didn't feel like I was at a "suburban inn" when in the room. The room I had was spacious which was great as I needed to get some work done and I did not feel like there was limited space. Will definitely put the Twin Towers Inn on the accommodation list for my next visit to Sydney.

1. The external appearance of the property is dated. 2. The location at traffic lights on Pacific Highway. Whilst I could not hear traffic (staying in a deluxe room with garden view), to drive safely out of the inn's driveway I could only turn left. However, this minor inconvenience is offset by having a convenient car space for my vehicle (free parking).

We were downstairs and even though we could hear the people upstairs it wasn’t too bad. The location was great and the rooms were big, the bathrooms were freshly renovated and the shower was great with awesome pressure. The beds were soft but still comfortable. The verandah had a great view but unfortunately didn’t get any sun.

Not the hotels fault but there were no smoking signs everywhere and this one guest chose to smoke on the pathway where you walked so it was disgusting that we had to walk through the smoke. Then last night my husband said several males were swearing and yelling in the middle of the night. He said it was that bad he was waiting for a gun shot. Thankgoodness that didn’t happen. We know the hotel can’t screen guests. And we know it’s not the hotels fault.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were down in Sydney for personal reasons at short notice and ended up staying for a few days and we were able to just extend our accommodation and stay in the same room, so we didn't have to change rooms and move our stuff all the time. They made an awful time easy for us. Location to royal north shore Hospital where we needed to be was excellent 👍 thank you

Everything from the accommodation was good. Some people staying in the rooms were extremely noisy and inconsiderate, banging doors and being loud on arriving at all hours of the night.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.

It was a little bit difficult getting our luggage to our room as we had two flights of stairs to get up with luggage for 4, but this wasn't a massive deal. The breakfast option was quite expensive at $18pp, particularly more so for young kids. It was also a shame that the pool was closed and the restaurant and bar not opened for dinner.

Good, had everything that you would want for breakfast. Kids there enjoyed the pool. Had highway going past out front, but didn't hear any highway noise.

Didn't like getting used to the different modes of transport, as didn't have a car. But ended up getting into a routine with the buses and trains. Also not many food outlets close by.(walking distance)

I really appreciated the bus stop right in front of the hotel, with buses to city center, manly beach, bondi beach, etc...

people on the reception desk were not able to answer simple questions, such as if the swimming pool was heated, or why the public collective kitchen was closed at 8am if it says it opens at 7:30am. Also, the public collective kitchen does not have kitchen equipment like pans, pots, cuttlery, dishes, really nothing except fridge and stove.

Off street parking 👍 Quiet surroundings coz we were off that busy Pacific H’way 👏 & we had chirping birds in the trees , felt like home. Alan in reception Friday evening was fabulous , very polite & helpful xx

Once inside your room it was all good. Smokers were smoking just outside their rooms & it stunk up & down the corridors, 🤪the property was spotless though & had those tinned smoking butt bins everywhere 👍

Nice and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was really good and wifi connection was really good too. Lady at reception was lovely and kind. It was also nice to come back to clean room after spending a long day out sightseeing..

It woudve been nice to have a guest information booklet or something to inform us of what was available at the motel. We didnt know there were laundry and kitchen facilities available until our last night there.. also the drinks in the vending machine were warm.. But other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay.. Thank you
