Clean, great location and spacious room Double glazing keeps noise down Well apportioned Excellent parking and across the road from the beach

Road noise on Pittwater Rd a little noticeable if you’re not used to it. Bed was a bit soft on the sides and maybe needed renewal. Odd check in; did an online check in with credit card details to supposedly skip this on the day but still had to do so again, seemed pointless to do it prior. Staff at front desk declined to buzz us up in the lift when we arrived and called from the car park as instructed so we had to use stairs from the pub.

We thought our stay was fabulous. We were surprised how good it was, given it was cheaper than the other places around. I was a bit nervous when arriving seeing it was above a pub. But there were double glassed doors and we did not hear one sound at all!! Bed was sooooooooo comfy. Room service great. Very well appointed room. Was there for work, would definitely come back for a mini holiday. Amazing!!

Would love an extra towel in the rooms - girls need two for when they wash their hair! And cutlery in the room incase of takeaway.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was wonderful to have a balcony and individual air conditioning units. It was fantastic to have a friendly bistro downstairs as it was pouring all night so we could get a DELICIOUS dinner without having to go outside. Also I had left my phone charger at home and the lovely girl at reception lent me one for the night.

On checkin I had to give a one off credit card payment even though I had fully paid for the room. I didn’t bring a credit card and the machines wouldn’t work for my phone so I ended up having to ring my husband to get my credit card number and pay an extra $300 bond. It was a bit of a rough way to check in but the stay got so much better after that.

Very spacious rooms, convenient restaurants ,comfy beds....

Styed for 11 nights and had to leave one day early, explained my situation and asked for a credit, for the next visit, was refused, I did give plenty of notice, as it was an urgent matter. The Manager was rude and most unhelpful. Will not stay there again because of her attitude, why is she a manager when she has no people skills???????

Location was very good and ample parking facilities.

Just a little small issue - booking a meal at the restaurant via the QR code was not straight forward as there were no options for on the spot in-dining but you have to select a date and time as if you have to make a reservation in advance. In the end it was much easier to order dinner at the counter. But the staff are friendly and professional.

Location, breakfast, the coffee was really good! Free parking, close the the beach!

Some confusion about paying for breakfast. Hotel concierge said I had to pay online or change the booking to have breakfast included. I just wanted to buy the breakfast separately since I didn’t book a room with breakfast included. I paid for the breakfast in the morning at the cash register.

The breakfast was $15.00 with a great barista coffee and it was a great choice on my part was a cracker eggs sausages hash brown bacon tomatoes and toast very happy had in two days in a row I pay $20.00 for the same breakfast on the gold coast and no coffee very happy

Brought a dozen oyster kilpatrick were tasty but very small in saying that the price was minimal for them.

new, modern, comfy, full size bath, very very clean, very good supplies provided including tea coffee and bathroom toiletries. super comfy beds, smart tv, free parking, on the beach, in house restaurant, room service (no extra charge), friendly helpful staff

only thing was, we learnt why some of the same size rooms had two different prices, the higher price room we assume faced the ocean, our room faced west onto the busy road... the double layered glass doors kept 100% of the noise out! but no other option for fresh air to come in. regardless, would stay again as it was good value, probably choose the ocean view room next time

Didn’t try the breakfast but awesome location, friendly staff, no problems or stresses, I have anxiety but nothing stressed me out I was very impressed

The only thing I thought was the price could of been cheaper, I just thought with the money we paid we should of been able to get an apartment type with a kitchen, I just think in comparison to other places I’ve stayed that’s more what I value

Hair dryer not functional, reported to Reception who displayed no interest in a solution. Bathroom tired, fittings require refreshing and mould on grout areas. Room was relatively expensive when compared to some city hotels in a non peak time.
