The location was fantastic! Was upgraded to a Junior Suite thanks to my status with Booking.com. Hannah at reception was extremely personable and lovely, offering good choices of where to dine. Everything was within short walking distance. It rained on n off the whole time we were there, but it didn't matter as everything was very close by. Coles supermarket was literally around the corner fyi as there is no room service. The carpark is very limited with car spots and there's a 2meter height limit for your car. We have a Jeep and just made it thankfully. Otherwise, it's street parking. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were excellent with very crisp, clean sheets. The shower had excellent pressure. The kitchenette was just enough to be able to cook whatever you like. It also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The pool was excellent with a lovely spa next to it, which we made use of. I highly recommend this place and strongly suggest getting the junior suite with kitchenette if you can afford it. The view of Manly Beach right outside our room was beautiful with a balcony to sit n watch sunsets.

There is no room service, unfortunately. A dedicated spot out the front of the hotel to be able to leave your car there until you check-in would be great instead of paying for the car spot would be appreciated. Parking is quite costly in Sydney.

The one bedroom apartment was clean, bed was comfortable and was supplied with necessary items along with balcony overlooking the beach. Staff were attentive and courteous.

My only complaint is, parking, they charge $40, and told ample of parking. Once reaching the parking there were only 2 spots left that were sized for a very small car (mini Morris size) and even then, it would have struggled to park because of other larger cars not parking properly. I suggest to police the car spots. Maybe even mark the spots appropriate to car sizes so others have a chance to park. Eg. "Large car, small car" etc... Staff directed us to sister parking at Sebel, which was the same scenario.

The upgrade to a one bedroom was a wonderful surprise. It was modern and spacious with lovely decorations. Right across from the beach it was easy to have a swim then a shower. Free pool towels that we could take to the beach. Nice bathroom toiletries and a good quantity of kitchen supplies. The sheets were crisp and the king sized bed was excellent. The welcome bubbles for our anniversary and lovely card.

Half the view of the beach from the balcony due to a very large tree in front of the balcony. The pools were boring and uninviting due to lack of decoration around the areas.

Very friendly and obliging staff. Requests were handled very promptly and professionally. The location is excellent at the southern end of the beach and a short walk to the Manly Wharf. Our unit was facing the ocean, newly renovated with a separate bedroom, modern kitchenette and laundry facilities in the bathroom. Hotels, bars and restaurants are close by as are lovely walks to other beaches like Shelly Beach and Fairy Bower.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach . Very good and well equipped Kitchinette and washing machine and dryer . Staff very friendly and helpful . Lots of restaurants cafes and shops nearby . Market by the beach on Saturday and Sunday.

A minor issue - there should be a separate light for the bathroom so , at night , you do not have to use the master switch for bedroom

Parking was very limited and extra cost .. and nowhere to get food or drink within the hotel , unfortunately the restaurant next door was closed for a function.., so that was just a little bit inconvenient, but only because we had an exhausting day night and didn’t really want to go out. In saying that it was only a short walk to find somewhere .

The location is fantastic, plenty of great restaurants close by and all are easily accessed. The staff were great too.

We had a great stay however, the bedding caused us to overheat a bit and too cold without the covers: natural bedding (cotton or wool underlays & doonas) would be more comfortable.

Good location with access to the beach, coastal walks and entertainment venues

The apartment did not have a toaster, the microwave has a grill setting but this is ineffectual. The shower is good but water flows out onto the floor as the low point is the access/exit

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was so comfortable and spacious. There was a large balcony with outdoor dining area. We loved it.

Nothing really. The hotel doesn't have much in the way of facilities but being directly across the road from manly beach, there isn't a necessity for other things to do.

Amazing place to go to have a weekend break. We used it as our base - we should have used it as a staycation instead and not moved far from the hotel! Nearby beach is amazing. Sunday champagne lunch looks hilarious and great value for money.

Didn't really think the pool was up to the standard of the rest of the property. Preferred the beach instead. Worth booking restaurants ahead to ensure you can access your preferred choice.
