We had a wonderful experience at the Albert Hotel Mosman. The rooms were absolutely beautiful - stylish, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy for our family and bridal party to prepare for my daughter's wedding. A special thank you to all the staff, as they went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed for the day before and the day of the wedding. Their warmth, flexibility and attention to detail made such a difference during a very special (and busy) time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and supportive stay in Mosman

Shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash were all that was offered, which were very nice and relaxing especially in their wonderful baths, however, no tissues, or any extra bathroom toiletries were offered.

The hotel is in a very good and convenient location. It’s really close to Military Road and all the shops, restaurants are a very short walk away. The hotel is very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. All communication was really good. The bed was comfortable and all facilities very clean. Lovely shower and bathroom products.

The room was very small and quite dark as it was on a lower level and at the rear of the property. The hotel was very quiet, and it would have been fabulous to have been offered an upgrade. The bathroom needed a little more space around the basin to put our toiletries, vanity bags etc and it would have been great to have an empty drawer to be able to unpack our clothes. All in all though, really small issues as it is a very convenient place to stay.

Property location was fantastic to all amenities and main shopping Centre. The terrace/breakfast room and choice of food was excellent and well priced, better than cafes in the area. staff were very friendly and helpful. all toiletries were excellent & natural Australian products. The welcome drinks were a lovely touch and much needed.(non-alcoholic.)

Size of room was tiny not much room for luggage and moving around, had to have Blinds down most of the time as we were slightly underground and people could look in to your bedroom as they exit their cars much worse at night as we found out.

Beautifully restored and presented. There is little cover to protect from rain, which sadly impacted our stay a little. The air conditioning is very cold. When notified, the staff advised our only option was to turn off the room control and open the door.

There is NO on-street parking. The 3 parking spots available at the hotel are were reserved for other guests. We were told there is ample parking in the immediate vicinity, but there definitely is not. Do not drive to this hotel and expect to park without reserving a space in the limited hotel capacity

The location was amazing, reception staff super helpful and accommodating for our group. The hotel was quiet, and we had a suite with a balcony which was just lovely. We didn't have a breakfast package but did have breakfast on one occasion which was also lovely.

The only down side I experienced was that the bed was just too soft, which resulted in some broken sleep but that is a personal preference and off course I don't expect the hotel to be able to meet everyone's requirements. The hotel was also expensive but it is Sydney.

I recently had my "bride pre-wedding activities" (my bridesmaids and I stayed the night before, we got our makeup and hair done in our room and photography in the room and balcony) at the Albert Hotel, and I can’t express enough how wonderful the experience was. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and lovely. The hotel itself is stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our special day. Our guests were equally impressed, with many commenting on the elegance and charm of the venue. The atmosphere was perfect, and everyone felt right at home. The seamless coordination and attentiveness of the staff made everything go smoothly, allowing us to enjoy every moment. I highly recommend the Albert Hotel for any special occasion. It truly exceeded our expectations!

The hotel is beautiful, lovely decoration and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

It wasn’t a dislike, but just a note for other travellers. If you are travelling with lots of luggage as we were (we stayed here for a few days as a part of a three week holiday), the standard rooms don’t have a lot of space for big cases, so would recommend booking a bigger room! Also if you’re relying on public transport, the area isn’t great for metro/trains, so it’s buses and taxis. Just something else to be aware of!

Handy location, freindly staff, clean and well fitted out rooms. The morning breakfast in the hotel was great.

On the second night the temperature in the room got quite cold and I couldn't figure out how to change it. I would have opened a window but didn't want the noise coming in from the street. Not a huge issue but I guess it doesn't hurt to let you know. Finding a parking spot on the street was a bit of a challenge but there's probably not a lot you can do about that.

Beautiful modern room and bathroom with dual shower and a separate tub! Lovely quality supplied products. Quality hotel!

The breakfast room and situation felt a bit awkward - one waitress one chef - took a long time to get the food (but the chef was new to the hotel). Things like ordering toast was awkward, if there was a toaster we could do that ourselves while waiting for the rest of food. And sometimes filter coffee is better than the machine made.

The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. The attention to detail and touches such as nightly biscuit treats, tea variety, great espresso machine supplied with pods, fresh drinking water daily, great sized mugs for tea/ coffee, peace and quiet and great breakfast/ bar if you needed it. I had a personal request which was kindly and efficiently handled by the manager. I would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Sydney wanting a luxurious, quiet and centrally located base to return to after a full day out. Thankyou Albert team, you are exceptional.
