Great communication from the freindly staff. Explained everything well from how to access the car park to explaining the costs we were charged including the credit card surcharge so there were no surprises. Our room was on the second floor which is the top floor for the serviced apartments. Looks like the other higher floors of the building are for the residential apartments. The room was simple but is homely and perfect for our small family. Double bed plus sofa bed for our 3 year old but still plenty of space to spread out our stuff. Was great to get a few loads of laundry done in room. The kitchen is great, has everything we would need. Good aircon which was a relief once we switched it on, as the room started heating up from using the clothes dryer. Could hear a bit of traffic noise but didn't bother us too much. Location is great. The Manly wharf and a tiny sand beach is directly across the road. Lots of dining options close by including in the wharf complex itself. Manly Beach is about a 5 minute stroll in the opposite direction through The Corso.

Bathroom has shower over a small bath tub which was nice for our 3 year old to unwind in at the end of the day. But the shower was very fiddly to get temperature right and the shower head is fixed so you can't move it to direct the stream. So with the strong water pressure the first time we used it there was water everywhere!

Quest Manly is in a prime position, close to absolutely everything. Just across the road is Manly wharf and the property is within walking distance to the Corso, many restaurants and of course Manly beach. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and the room was extremely clean, all facilities were in good working order. Daily house keeping was great too!

The sofa lounge was a bit uncomfortable. Was ok for 2 petite teenagers but could be an issue for adults and would not recommend sleeping long term on the sofa bed.

Fantastic location with a really good view of the harbour with a nice balcony. Room was reasonably spacious and very clean, found the bed to be comfortable.

The pillows were too soft for my liking. The shower head was not ideal. The water pressure was too strong and it was quite uncomfortable to shower, also the shower head was too low making it awkward to wash hair.

Location. Balcony with pleasant outlook over the harbour. Central location adjacent to buses, ferry, restaurants, great walks, supermarkets and coffee shops. Their is a harbour beach across the road or Manly surf beach a leisurely stroll 5 minutes away along the main corso.

No complaints.The only small issue is the bathroom has poor ventilation but that’s not a huge problem.

Hotel is in a great position, surrounded by great eateries and is directly opposite the ferry terminal so if u ferry in to Manly you can literally just walk across the road to your accomodation. Very handy! We had a one bedroom apartment with fold out couch that our daughter slept on. The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished and was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. Nice harbour view and deck. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and rooms serviced daily. I would happily stay here again.

The only negative for me was I thought the deck could do with more outdoor furniture.

The location was perfect. The room met all our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking on site was easy to access. A variety of restaurants and the harbour right at your feet.

The bus stop was below our balcony and the bus engine vibrated the windows, making it unpleasant. Workmen drilling and hammering in the apartment next to us first thing in the morning was annoying and not appreciated.

I was in the one bedroom serviced apartment, The views of the habour were great and the position in Manly was terrific, with the wharf straight across the road and the beach only a 5 minute walk away

-I had to pay $25 a night extra for parking, so I stayed 3 nights for a total of $75 on top of my initial booking.

Best location in Manly. Next to Manly Wharf, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable although a bit dated.

WIFI was really bad. A little disappointing considering the price and that people have to work online nowadays. When asked for help at the reception, the staff wasn't particularly interested to find a solution.

We travelled from Queensland and Victoria to meet up as a family group. The location was perfect. It was easy to explore the beach, Harbour, Taronga Zoo and the Manly Centre. Food and beverages were easy to access. We loved the view from our apartments. We had three apartments and closeness together meant we could relax as a family.

Location is good - right across from Ferry, easy to get to beach too. (if you are facing ferry, the buses can be a little noisy however), but it is a perfect location if you are going to the city, want to see Manly, and go to the beach. Convenient that there is laundry machines in your room. Staff was excellent - very friendly and efficient.

Room is dated, couch/sofa not really comfortable, finishings are simplistic, and bathroom really needs to be redone Gym is small and dated, but good that there is one.
