The pool, sauna and spa were fantastic. The Spanish arches were wonderful - if you renovate please keep them! The beds were very comfortable. The Palms water next door was INCREDIBLE.

The bathroom flooded a bit when showering, there was no plug so couldn’t opt for bath, making the shower in bath a bit pointless. Hallway carpets need redoing. The bright lights outside the windows stayed on all night and the curtains didn’t fully closer to block them.

The rooms are very spacious and the greenery outlook is very pleasant as is the Palms restaurant and nursery next door.

Initially there wasn't a microwave or plates and cutlery in the room and as we arrived in the late evening with takeaway dinner, we were not able to heat it up so had cold takeaway.

The location was beautiful, I look forward to the new owners clean up the gardens and pool area. The room was a good size. Next door is a restaurant in a most amazing garden center which we enjoyed. Definitely would stay there again.

The outside area needs a really good clean up and hopefully the new owners will make it like the garden center next door!

Was well located for the reasons we were visiting the area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really. It appears that some renovations are going on which will no doubt make it a little bit more marketable. We didn’t have a need to use the tennis courts but they look like they could do with a little love.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well appointed and spacious. Parking was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot spa was a welcome addition to our trip. We were able to relax and enjoy the quiet and comfort of our room.

The hot spa was cold on the second day, but when we queried it the staff reset the controls, it took a few hours to come back up to therapeutic temperature.

The lady on desk... lovely Kiwi. The food...great stuff..lamb with balsamic...chef class! Just the accepting vibe.

Coffee in Suite...should be better.poor wake up experience Fridge should have free mineral water. Capsule machine desperately needed. As should Netflix as a min be available for streaming. 2023 people not 1990...with two portions of poor bickies with atrocious coffee.. 230 bucks means a bit more on the way in. I would have a fruit basket and mini champs...I felt lost in a mid week night. Should be a discounted regular system to encourage repetition.. my fourth visit in last.year..So much more potential to go from 80 to 90. Try emptying the ashtrays near pool in designated smoke area...very unsightly...

It is looking very tired and needs a good clean up, there was a large bin of smelly rubbish and a cockroach on the stait case. But having said that we still enjoyed it,had a game of tennis and the kids swam in the pool. It is a good location for what we needed and reaonably priced. I would go back.

This Hotel is just next to the bus stop where a bus can take you to the City Centre & train station so it is very convenient. The beds are queen size and comfortable, the room is spacious, and the room service was great. Their customer service was so thoughtful. My money transfer delayed because of the public holidays, they understood and totally trusted me, let me pay whenever I was able to. Thanks so much for your trust and kindness! I strongly recommend this family friendly Hotel, and we will definately stay again next time.

Myself and young family stayed one night here. It was exceptional! Very close to everything you need. The pool area is one of the best I have seen and we spent hours in it. The only downside to our stay was not having the time to use all the facilities.

Looks were very deceiving it needs a overhaul but staff said they are in progress can't wait to go back kids loved it
