The location was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Being able to go downstairs and eat at the restaurant was a bonus. The rooms furnishings were a bit dated but they fine .

Not having a teaspoon to use with our tea and coffee. A microwave and toaster were in a tiny room/ cupboard next to us but we didn't have a crockery or cutlery to use with it so couldn't have breakfast.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Booking easy and when last was there changed my booking day no problem or penalty due to Cylone Albert flooding my local area last month

Maintenance just small thing like toilet set not attached to suite, Fridge door on carpet floor when opening. Fridge needs to be probed up at front. Simple cheap fixes which need to be done.

Great for a stopover central to getting north or south back onto Motorway and the north/south connex tunnel. Basic rooms old hotel didn’t matter as it was comfortable and the manager/staff helpful. Biggest surprise is the restaurant/bar, wonderful menu the food so good,large portions can understand why the locals were in there.

The room was clean and tidy. The size of the room was great. There was room to lay out our suitcase. The location met our needs for the next day. Loved that there were two chairs and a decent table to sit at. The air conditioner worked well.

The mattress and pillows were cheap and just met our needs. We use better towels at home to dry the cats. The building was old but very clean.

I have stayed here many times in the past 10 years. The new management has renovated the rooms and they are reasonably well fitted out for the price. There is not much traffic noise.

this time I had a heavy suitcase and having to lug it up the narrow, external stairs. Next time I'm with a suitcase I will request a ground floor room.

Check out time was at 8pm but let us arrive at 9pm as their restaurant close at 10am. It was great to know the flexible check in time as within same day booking and find out arrival time becomes later than check in time. It’s not refundable if we cancelled. Thank you for your service.

In the process of being revitalised this retro motor inn is a great place to stay. Large, quiet, comfortable rooms, off street parking, dog friendly and a pleasant stroll away from Wahroonga train station. The motel’s restaurant was exceptional value, family friendly and oozed retro style.

Nothing, it was a great find, especially as we were travelling with our dog.

The man working at reception is amazing. Quick response and efficient resolution of issues. Kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely he makes this place better. Easy access to Pacific Mwy which makes this place a perfect overnighter if you have a long trip.

The first room had some issues, however we've been immediately offered with alternative room which we found spotless and very comfortable.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely walk to some great cafes, patisseries and coffee shops. Nice restaurant on site with tender and tasty steaks. Restaurant is very popular so wise to make a booking.

Quite a few stairs to the top floor.

I found the bed to be super comfortable and had the best nights sleep. The restaurant located on the premises was also very nice and an enjoyable experience and well priced too.

I didn’t find the shower pressure to be that good, I do understand about saving water however it could have been a little better.
