The room was spacious with the kitchen well equiped and the bed was big and comfy. The location is perfect for me as it is just short walk away from my family that I am visiting Really close to shops, coffee shops and retaurants , also super easy to get a bus or train into the city.

The room could have been a little cleaner. I am fussy and look at details like a splash back not being cleaned and the headoard of the bed and the bed lights needed to be dusted. My room wasn’t cleaned for the first two weeks or my towels changed. It was only when I asked for the second time that it was seen to immediately.

Comfortable and quite roomy for 2 people The unit was very clean and all needs for bathroom and kitchen were supplied I appreciated that the bathroom and kitchenette were separate, each with a sink The staff have been very pleasant and arrangements have been made for late access on another occasion in a timely manner

The shower screen although still manageable, was broken and unmoveable (as a disability bathroom would not have been useable) The air conditioner needs to have instructions provided ( this was our 3rd stay and I now have posssibly worked it out!)

Bedroom and kitchen very good happy all round. Curtain need to be repaired or looked at. location is great. Close to rail, food,hotel and shopping for anything. Life Line - Fruit, Drinks commercial.

Bathroom was good and Very Clean. However, the shower is old but, a good clean with eg CLR would get rid a lot of old film on the wall and look comfortable in first look. Booking a Room is dam terrible. You go to Motel Site and get no vacancy. So go to Booking.Com and heaps of vacancies. Booking is hard and I now know how to book after talking to Staff.

I have used this hotel before, enroute to northern NSW from Melbourne. It is very conveniently located off the M2 freeway and there is a very good range of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable - on the firm side which I prefer - and I really like the undercover parking for the security.

There is often a smell like cooked cabbage in the hallways - not sure what this is from. Also, not a dislike, just a heads-up to anyone considering booking, the bathrooms are somewhat dated and the shower is over the bath.

Nice clean room with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Really appreciated how very quiet the room was considering how close it was to a busy Pennant Hills Road. Plus secure parking. A number of good eateries within walking distance.

Only consideration was that the room needed to be locked from the inside. It did not automatically lock when the door was closed.

I stayed here for 6 days to work in an office nearby, and my room had everything I needed - a kitchenette, a bathroom with plenty of room to spread out my things, enough room to set up the ironing board without knocking appliances off tables, a comfy bed. I ended up not using the laundry facilities down the hall but it was good to know they were there. It's easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes, shops including a couple of supermarkets, and the railway station into town. My room was on the side facing away from Pennant Hills Road, which gave it a view of greenery and plenty of quiet.

Please provide the wifi password directly to guests at check-in. My information said "Ask at reception for the password" but I didn't see anyone at reception after the day I checked in. Fussier travellers might regard the place as a bit tired. Management could be more prompt about maintenance jobs (no problems with cleanliness, though). Coming and going on foot in the evenings means negotiating a very dark and uneven section of footpath which gets muddy after rain. If management is reading this, you could make this much safer with one or two strong lights mounted on the property itself and beaming across City View Road. Any prospective guests reading this, have a small torch or be ready to put your phone on torch mode.

Motel walking distance to Pennant Hills Shops for takeaway for evening meals etc. Day time a number of small restaurants. very handy to Railway station. Again, walking distance approx.10mins very casual walk to hotel for meals. returning to motel has a slight gradient, but manageable with stick. The apartment was more than adequate with lounge, large TV and very clean. It was great for me being so close to what I needed. I didn't know the motel/apartment was there. I usually use another. However, it was shut for renovations. Car park on site. Motel price more than acceptable.

If you have trouble stepping into baths, I would, strongly suggest requesting (If available) for a room with walk in shower. I certainly had difficulty getting in and out. Be careful if you need after hours - ask.

We stayed here for one night to attend a family function in nearby suburb. We asked for early check in and this was arranged without fuss. The room wasn't big but had everything we needed, including well equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable King sized bed. Close to Pennant Hills shopping centre.

Unfortunately lettering on air-conditioning dial worn off so had to do guesswork.

I loved the facilities, front reception gentleman was so caring and helpful.great bed, peaceful surrounds despite being on a main road. Being able too cook for myself was advantageous too.Thanks

I bought two large cereal bowls for breakfast and soups. I left them in kitchen cupboard for next visitors. The bowls already there were totally impractical. It would be nice, handy, convenient and practical to have a luggage trolley available for lone lady travellers to use when they are moving in and departing from accommodation. Thanks

Great value for money, microwave, small dishwasher, fridge, dining table and lounge chairs all made for a comfortable stay. Parking facilities undercover were great, and location excellent, able to walk to nearby restaurants/coffee shops, fruit and veg and supermarket, and able to walk to Pennant Hills station. Very friendly reception staff.
